okay what's going on guys welcome to a brand new episode of energized today we have a very special guest on the show we have the creator and face of our football fan TV mr. Paul Neil on the show Paul the Premier League is back Heywood soiled are you for us well it's been a long time coming hasn't it months waiting to get back with the likes of the Bundesliga lolly gets here we are back now it's great to finally actually have our own teams that we support back now I'll be us and I know we'll get to it we play Liverpool for the first game but it's great just to see um you know players that were more familiar with back as well obviously Irish players it within that bracket be back as well so you really looking forward to it I can't really wait now to get on the way there else yeah obviously I can't wait for the comeback I don't think it should have came back board it's going back so I can't see any better but I'll see you for people that aren't aware to work where Paul is the face of boys football fan TV he's doing an amazing job over there I'm some amazing interviews and we'll make sure to tag the interview we had with Paul beforehand we did a few weeks ago as well so some people really enjoyed it so you can check that out at the end pulled a plug like you did bring up some more players come back the euros is not going down Jesus actually go to a good thing for hyung yeah I do think because obviously Steven carries on the community I always manage I mix gone so before coronavirus happened Mick was destined to be the manager we were gonna be going into the euros and it would happen it would have been happening now like today I think and but yeah I think it's a good team because it gives Steven Kenny more time to look up players as well and if it is a case from approaching but this sees it you know you could have some players coming up next season to the Premier League with other clubs as well and it gives them a chance to look at more players and it gives other players more kind of time to get get up to standard if they need to or whatever like you could have some players there might not I felt like they were that far away from the playoff squad but now with that extra bit of experience between now and I don't know September or wherever it is our next game would be for the national team is that they could have the experience boy then you know belong be in these legs as well he'll probably be back at Brighton and whether they are in the Premier League now is no which I'm sure will come on tape or um yeah I think it I think it is it's a blessing in disguise in some ways for I was a bit like I said I I coulda woulda rather seen you know Liverpool just given the toil and start fresh next season because you know usually by now that the league is Dawne transfers and everything else it's just kind of a big backlog now and a big mess you know but yeah well I think in ways for our team it has a selfish kind of point of view I think it is a blessing in disguise yeah yeah well I'm just glad it's back from my own entertainment points for you obviously yeah Peter may know he found mining later we're very hot coming into this long break well I was looking forward to him play I suppose with the break and play now you know we know they've got some of their key figures back like Rushford and pablor i think a lot of squads will be back to full complement but whether they say back to cup for Compline for a long time and seems quite unlikely i just seen in the german league there's a far higher injury rate at the moment where the game so it will be interesting to see who stays figure the longer or look football's back it's such an odd laugh for everyone to have a look at on the loaders back and I'm not gonna harp on my baby I thought it shouldn't come back because it is back get uh-oh let's endure yeah come on Barry yeah obviously it like its back the thing is like as we've seen in order least there's been no fans in the games how do you think that's gonna effectively lads Paul may as well show you how do you think it's gonna affect the league well I don't know look I think I heard some people saying that my favor Man City bit more because for most of time even when they're winning stuff put like the likes of Liverpool I think it might affect them like I know they're home enjoy at this rate and they both like I think for their performance a lot of a you know their crowd really intimidates other teams when they go there and to not have that I think there's a big disadvantage for them no they're kind of looking in a sense they're coming to the end of the season and I would take something horrendous for them to show the way but and I think in that regard were like looking around other teams I think teams or in the relegation battlers I think they'll probably be better for it then I suppose teams got all maybe four top four or whatever I think I think Owen how he said it the other day on the Bundesliga show I was like you know when when you're going into the last ten minutes and your portion on in the game and the crowd usually give you that lift the crowd out there so it took to the players then to kind of show and give themselves that lift you know so I'm not I'm not a fan and having no fans that games is probably similar to I know I use cover fighting in the USC I like the energy of a crowd or whatever you know I think you to ask the players they just want to get it play at this point it just driven mad you know yeah I think there's gonna be pros and cons so I think the pros obviously is you're gonna probably get a closer field to here and on the pitch what's going on what the players say to each other you get that inside ball again like you know it's gonna look like when some score goal is gonna be like training you know the team I'll jump on top of each other and that's it or you know he can't beat when you know some rolls over to their home fans are pouring the last minute a winner and like you know they're in the stands with the pounds basically when it happens on they there's some magic moments when that happens I feel now you know it will feel less magical yeah it's it's gonna be weird looking at now just quick prediction do you think that more people are gonna watch the first game possibility I guess Chevy annoyed it or do you think more people are gonna be tuned in for the first game with the Bundesliga cuz I've got huge ratings as well well I feel like it's probably more in comparison most people watched Arsenal vs City looking the rains for that game will be huge um and I think you'll probably a to the Schalke versus doorman game but I think I'd say if you're one do like for like you almost have to do like you know in terms of pictures in terms of qualities of a Pownall to think that's it like to put it this way if paderborn we're playing at home to stoke arch telling that one don't you know blockbuster rains sure yeah well I think the fact that that was a derby wasn't it so I think yeah that's kind of why people were a bit more tuned in for that and it was at that point we were completely you know frozen out football all together was absolutely nothing to look forward to but I think as Ross said you know Chad you know it and Aston Villa doesn't scream goals it doesn't scream you know the most glamorous football or I think at this point people just would like to see the Premier League football Ross said there but you know getting an insight to kind of walk players to be saying I know we've heard German people saying stuff on the pitch but we don't know what they're saying now with the with the Premier League you'll probably be able to make out what the lads are saying to each other I remember I was at game earlier on the season and it was asked on Wofford and it was - - and we were like like literally two rows from the front and band faster and I think Brendan O'Byrne Lana wasn't girls so we were right beside Annette and you could hear what they were saying to each other our corner kicks no no I think that was really cool I think if you can kind of get an insight now it might be killable in terms of ratings or whatever oil obviously be tuned in because I always like to see how our oversized to get on and especially Shefford you know it's I think we'll we'll come to that in a little bit kind of the European places I'd love to see them get in there so I'll be kind of watching eager eyes to see Alex John Egan and ended Stevens of dizzy kind of get on you know yeah he's a new contract there till 2022 last couple things I do want to drop in before we actually go into sort of games and stuff they're said to be knowing substitutes for it in each game right knowing nine that's fine well that's what we're talking about now and the thing is everything is going to be way more like it focused on okay so obviously the Premier League is gonna be way more focused on everything there's gonna be highlighted like because they're gonna have no fans so everything is gonna be folks on the pitch and the subs so there is it going to be a choice nine of nine swords you can make five substitutions as well like it looking at certain things everything's gonna be more highlighted like you're gonna hold way more players in the bench more players won't be upset but not coming on well happens with your player also he doesn't get picked in the squad this is like you're gonna guess agreed you get to see the behind the scenes so there's still Frankie so Paul like obviously there seems to be serious when rested with Spurs and I was a Moreno so I hope you think this is gonna affect when you look at the Spurs team and all this sort of stuff going on and you get to see player not coming on what's gonna happen what it's gonna be interesting like Mourinho he's so momoy like I think it's even the same way with players that he plays with like some people absolutely long that's okay but absolutely hey my name's Brent a lot of bridges over the years so as you say will be interested in that regard to kind of see and if you're probably able to hear more what I saying back to you know as a state or whatever off they don't local they might make it a point cuz it's how much player power now that they might make it a point it gonna make him look like a feel a little bit yeah also the way these first games against you know I just like dinner yeah well I think as well like they you know Spurs that are not the same so it's as they were possibly I haven't think they were that good last season no I know they got to the Champions League final boy you know they kind of scraped that way and again soil acts in the semi so I just didn't think there were no you go back coupe the seasons and they were unbelievable we're Eric's and they don't really have those so if the players I think they'll be looking more so maybe marine or more so I'll be looking more towards to transfer window just kinda get the seasonal front only at this point and when he falls out with people I don't think he's any stranger the follow people so I don't think that's gonna face him to multiple he needs results doesn't he so it's gonna be based on that as well so I don't really know kind of what to make a Spurs a tomorrow and we'll have to kind of see how they get on and so many teams are playing more so much more different than they were for the break and obviously all the Momentum's gone from anyone so you don't know what way teams are gonna kind of feel though I think this week would be a good marker for next week then when we do another one yeah what do you expect them to look out for here the matches as well because obviously we're gonna be watching 11 verse 11 but like sort of as I touched on players players are gonna like if they start rolling the shirts away for coming off as a sole but not all this sort of stuff you know like what do you sort of look at what do you think people should look out for well I think one thing that's gonna be very here is that the transfer window is gonna open Phase II as soon as the Premier League closes so if you were looking for a transfer this is the perfect plan put yourself in the shop window put your hand up for that transfer you know I mean like you're gonna be so hot and then you know the transfer winner is gonna open straightaway so I think if you're looking for a move away you know thrown a tantrum or or you know kicking over water balls isn't here isn't your best option whatsoever oh I think you know players probably on their best behavior and look Delhi alley went out and he did this video about the coronavirus or whatever and then he got one match BAM so you mean like players wanna be on best behavior otherwise you know FAA or the FA don't more intro no bombs left front and center yeah also if you've seen in certain games I was in Germany on in Spain for instance the players have taken a knee after a goal or pull the top open showed something about like black lives matter I expect a lot of that people deployed hops open up messages on the tops like bars like especially some like sterling who's very open markers rastros do amazing things over the last couple months I mean Paul Pogba for instance see I'm sure he's dying to get a goal and there did this there's gonna be like a lot of a lot of like attention on this so this is like a curfew time for people to speak out against stuff that should be shouldn't even exist well I think is well they're gonna have those prayers are gonna have heard he came back which they had no strikers remember before the coronavirus can i help break as well Rochefort's coming back for you know as well so I think in some ways as well you know the will be positives to take that so many players that were injured will be coming back and as he said Bashford and the loic's have done Mays things on social media and so on which a lot of players get criticized for so it's great to see you getting the kind of recognition that he deserves you know yeah I was gonna say oh do you think on that game that's like a tough four make a break for Spurs that Spurs lose that game I don't think they have any possibility made top four after yeah that's calling back and we are very excited and like almost every teams have a full complement of players what sort of players you looking out for and you're excited to see obvious awful roster boat man you know I have found so what like saying the return of Paul Pogba before anyone bought Paulie you're a neutral here so what sort of player is he looking forward to seeing back in the Premier League well Rochford for one because when he's fit like Wells Tommy scorer and he seems to be the main man fees at the moment well before he got injured you know Luke RQ went in the summer and then kind of it was no really there or no one was officially named as the man to be the main person for you know and he's kind of stepped up and he got a bad injury and I think they were saying he was gonna be real loafer to euros I know it's back so I think that's a huge boost for the looks you know it I was actually lo leaking Fernandez Bruno Fernandez really thinking he was starting to actually do good things for you know and he was giving money no it founds a bit of hope because I think before he came in there was just they had no hope they were they were just saying that like like you know someone like Mack tahminae is getting a lot of plaudits insult like that now when you're defensive midfielders getting a lot of products you know Conroy at the other end of the pitch in terms of scoring goals not that he's a bad player or anything like that I'm not saying up or one saying is usually mine you know it are known for you know scoring goals creative plate or things not the defensive between us and I think Fernandez kind of gave that and he was scoring goals and then he was shushing pep guardiola and so I think he'll go down really well with you know he defines and if you can finish the season strong before I think today in him I don't know what way if if Olli will play you know Pogba and Fernandez in the same team but I mean if I was coming up against might be quite worried yeah any routines any other players of any routines a you know 14 back there's no one really kind of jumps out at me III seen them all the season I mean it definitely was coming off the back of a transfer window more so and you know I love watching Man City when they're in full swing Kevin de Bruyne and so fact that also expires yes you know I'm not gonna lie I do not like Liverpool so you know I want to see them but they do play unbelievable football I mean you can't deny there are champions in waiting um so I'm not looking forward to seeing down but to the likes of I just want to see like every players back once you've a chance and banging in some goals again I love him Dominic Avila knows where I've been amazing this season so did these types of players but that's just my own voice you know you're kind of looking from a neutral perspective around the day there's no really that you know I would like to see someone like Aaron Connolly's go on some girls for protein but that's purely from an Irish point of view and an open family maybe for Shane long for certain border nah I I wanted to see football back firstly and then I'll kind of worry about the players if you know what I mean well who are you looking forward to like I'm pretty nervous falls below they look for the I'm actual conference in Le Roy sunny but I think he's absolutely unbelievable player and he's basically missed the entire season and I think you see back oh yeah apparently so yeah well I am no worries on actually think he would have made the foil they're a lot closer if he was there I was like heaters hot he just tear all his defenders especially if you back for that aerosol game because like he actually like pisses all over them and her in terms of older players like obviously there's like you know Tino your players Bruno pogba and the Rushford Marshall I'm like look and see how they all work on the warm pitch and and again like I always do keeping away on the Oriole players boy it'd be a few interesting departments however like you know for Boyd and he'll do our economy and your mom oh boy you can Pookie get shooting boots back on and say today for an hour and what did he tell them to you and then like I just keep a good look on a chef as you know it just because they have a goal contingent that Chris Walder hasn't played unbelievable football first which like a mediocre team and I'd say 90% of any pointers predictions how Jeff hedge annoyed at the foot of the actually have a sneaky suspicion it's gonna end up being Broyden this year oh dear boy Broyden they're very very subtle up the back or I don't know if Nemo boy and Aaron Conley can score an off girls relegation battle before and Eddie hair was sort of you know always been in relegation but I think he sort of escapes the last for 10 games it's the worst relegation about Bournemouth battles I've been in since I they've been promoted or I think probably know going bananas he they're the least quality of the four sides Paul um I think as you said to built Norwich you know if three players that you think they're that kind of standout asked Phil actually have a game in hand on them what I'm seeing here and so if they will away and I think Norwich are gone and I think it actually could be a good thing for for again from an overage point of view if they get relegated next season I think Alameda could be the star man in the championship which could be good for us so I think either way I think they're gone at this point and then you're kind of looking at what Ziller born with Wofford West Ham I'm Brian the thing is you know I have to say the job noise of Paris and stoma Warford has been amazing considering you know we went to watch them against Larry on the season they were losing every game they were hammered and they would change managers like three times before January and he some positive results I think they could they can stay up because you know they've got some some decent players in there with Davey proper and Pascal gross and I can set up calls for it's as you say goals and getting players into position to score the goals I think you said that Villa for for me you know I don't even think Jack Grealish is all done and that's not any bitterness or anything like that like I just you know if he was not good very bitter but uh waiter well like I just I just look at Villa like like okay they got to a leak of liquor final but they they got beaten didn't everybody to find his feet this is his first real management job and so I think it's gonna take him time but I think you know this would be a good tester for him so he who he wants to keep out who he wants to get rid of and I think that's more so what this would be more of an experiment for them then really pushing on I think you know they might finish in the top six but I think they'll really have to push themselves harder they are gonna do that yeah do you agree with it there is definitely quality in the squad they have the moment just low the rumors going around that Obama yang laksa have Luiz are all gone this summer if they are not gonna have a very long hard look at themselves and see where you know their next superstars gonna come from oh look at ours Heather seems to know what he's doing and they won three entry over the last five games in the Premier League the only problem with them is that they come up against Man City next time on City you seem to be their kryptonite so I lost there is gonna make it very hard to sort of win there remain or their games no challenge for that sort of top four top six spot or anything is possible they have the quality get there or you just think they'll finish shorter seven I think they have finished drop it out so it there's gonna be like it's so funny how all these players been often they've been during a massive wages and coming into these games a few games think the professionalism is gonna really take George and remember to pop belly yeah but just everything they just like thank you everything is gonna be so much more hyper focused so good everything it's gonna be it's good if everything is gonna be picked up there in these few games I can't see us all getting into that top of it well again top six I don't really know at the moment can you see them getting top four lads a phenotype for now nope well they're eight points off Chelsea okay Spurs like Jose Mourinho the tactical master do you think you saw has them because like a good win for any of these teams will well like it's a great way just to hurt off cool back wasn't cool say if you come back three losses you're out of the game hardly could what story house Marino do you think he saw is he is he still a special on or is he a turn into the forgotten one I think I think you know I think he's a bit outdated now I think I put out a tweet earlier just looking cool players who work really hard for the team and man you know I know sorry mom yeah when I look at the team he has now and I just look at some of them are kind of like getting to a point where on somewhere else and maybe he gets in his own players next season again it's similar in a way to I tell her where he'd be looking to see who's gonna perform from he can get rid of I think if he has his way I think he might look to offload how he came for a big hefty chunk and then be able to spend that on a players that he would like to but you don't know whether leave he's gonna give him the money to spend on who he you know he would have probably been told and given assurances that he be allowed spend money or toys he wouldn't take the job but when have you ever known Mourinho nastika job but he's been money since portal days you know he's gone gone everywhere and he's had a big windfall of money and he'd been able to go boy who ever pretty much he wants and now I know we spoke earlier about how he burnt bridges and stuff like that so many players that were gonna be hesitant to go to him now more so than ever because he has a bit of a rep and you know his time it you know I didn't - well he seemed to befall all that would everyone here and there and I think we player power I think he's kind of fell victim to a little bit because he likes to be the one in control yeah and now he doesn't have the supposed to control over the players I think the players have to control the dresser more so then you know if we look at clapping Guardiola you can tell that they have a reign of the players love they love the play for them they love everything about him but I think Moreno has a if you do went wrong on Moreno I think he can just change his tune altogether I doesn't walk towards anymore and I've read stories a player's been injured and just talk to him and stuff like that which is just a bad way to go about so sorry to go on told him but I just say it's gonna be a case of I think if his pair he needs Paris to perform from minute go and if they don't I don't even see them I see them finished in seventh or eighth to where they are now I don't you seen him portion on too much older teams around them I think are playing bear or were playing bear also you seem to come into a team do well when I was a lot of man ready to go not really younger kids he doesn't like
