This document is provided in English and Thai. If there is any discrepancy between the two versions, the English version prevails.
These terms apply to your use of MMA-db at mma-db.com. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
The service
MMA-db provides information about MMA promotions, events, and fight cards by country and language. We aim to keep information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee completeness or correctness. Event details may change; always confirm with official promotion sources.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.
- You may sign in with email and password or with Google where available.
- We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
- Attempt to access systems or data without permission.
- Scrape, overload, or disrupt the site or its infrastructure.
- Impersonate others or create accounts for abusive or fraudulent purposes.
Intellectual property
The MMA-db name, design, and original content are owned by us. Promotion names, logos, and event data belong to their respective owners. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
User-generated content and profile claims
When a fighter, manager, or promotion claims an athletic profile or uploads media (including but not limited to fighter headshots, promotional banners, event posters, or logos) to MMA-db.com, the uploading party represents and warrants that they own the copyright to the media or possess explicit, written permission from the original rights holder (such as the event photographer or promotion) to distribute it.
MMA-db.com acts strictly as a neutral hosting provider and assumes no legal liability for intellectual property infringement caused by unauthorized user or promotional uploads.
Copyright infringement and statutory takedown policy (Singapore safe harbor)
MMA-db.com complies with the Singapore Copyright Act 2021. If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that any image or content hosted directly on our servers infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal Takedown Notice to our designated copyright agent at andrew@mcnerlin.com.
Your notice must contain the following structural information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
- Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on MMA-db.com where the allegedly infringing material is hosted.
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized.
- A statement that the information in your notification is accurate under penalty of perjury.
Upon receipt of a valid, compliant statutory notice, MMA-db.com will expeditiously remove or disable access to the infringing material to protect our network safe harbor.

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when these terms were last revised.
