what's it like in your area and what's the community feel at the moment and we have to say well we blessed with a good community always and they are snow cones around happens everybody's always giving each other they go so I'm gonna I'm gonna blast like that you know so kind of seem like everything is as being gone well I don't care to be honest and we've helped a few people obviously weird voice on them when they lost their jobs and social welfare and I could have had people can form was printed I've actually have to print them in your household as well so the forums are given of the people and you're just kind of doing what you can do you know about him at the time like this is where it says you're limited in a way that we're all trying to avoid with the rules and staying sort of houses helping people to wake up and then they're trying to make their own minds and link the lines and stuff like that together so a the story will be told and so media outlets we actually heard a media outlet and they wrote here today and Mary who and though Mary you know McDonald's which was like very disrespectful there the woman is sick your hope said she said that she she posted on her Instagram we were a call lately horse on the school was the for school to come down with coronavirus and she got they to isolate at the start so I'm I think it's pretty clear when so many media outlets are taken and making fun of people like that will air in situations we've got to chose no enmity and it shows disrespect and I don't think you would see that convey it away so and if it did go your way you would it would definitely hear them so em I think there's definitely and they everything that has happened has been said by shan shan and before it has happened there probably day as a few days actually too late it's mabel and the government whatever they own em they take the calls of being in were ahead of most countries in the new words are looking good so amber I think after this what they should have did in my own opinion shouldn't everybody should have created a national party we should have pre unity and I believe the word unity was used in the same sentence as except I don't think that works so we sort of humanoid everybody together solve this problem shook hands and then maybe went back to the ballot boxes after this that would have been muy em that's trigger trinh-duc a democracy that would have been and it's a shame if two parties go off to the side now I have a description in the middle of a crisis and form a government for the next four years and I don't think that's fair on the urge people and that's just my opinion Oh actually pretty much buddy you only think I think that's what they are doing behind closed doors and I don't think it's right the people vote one way you know the people should be given what they want bought nope you know I mean you gotta play the full avenue or whatever has are too senseless for all in there get in any trouble newspapers in any way yeah well there you have them in like a like an over posture for as well and I can see you're really helping the community as well as grating to see and do well this I loves you came from becoming an MMA star and I don't and can you bring us back to the beginning of your MMA career and all them wounds them Star Wars and all and celebrity now all that gets me a little bit literally and we're just a little red red fellow from jobs and all that just that just went for it you know we always had lots of energy and ammo slots interests in all different culture sports him but when we found geo martial arts clinic when we found that little that camaraderie am in it was look for him this week saying my books win for their family that we wanted I wanted that to be able to express loyalty and passion and empathy into all of them things that we feel that we have an abundance and but the thing about them sometimes you can put them you can give too much of them you don't mean and you can be you have to be very careful nearing that and all as I get all that because they can drain your energy ways your me create relationships and stuff like that giving so much to them sometimes really they disappear and we would have had lots of lots of relationships that and what's close anymore and some people that wouldn't be in as close to that I'm even more close to it now so in Myanmar as an added support when I for standoff fell enough that was it I found jujitsu and and that was there we just I knew he was gonna do it I was driving home and they were sending me friend Dean and I'm gonna do this for the rest of me life and then the mm 18 kind of kind of happened that on the on the road so and I was always able to really grooving it in the total area and we have to be able to fight you know and yet you probably had a little scuffle every every day to be hopeless so I had the idea of understanding what a family when you're walking towards it for you to go you know it's gonna happen and you can quit again you can also more comfortable it's never as comfortable as you wanted to be able you start real always right it's going down so not just talk anymore you know so and then we're MMA always able to like you when you accept in a freak and and then you're moving towards it because this does this little uncomfortable flirtatious feeling going on inside yeah heard it said and that's it who lived that was that was my drug for sure oh I remember the first time I actually remember I met here was I've seen the Regency Hotel I think was a battle zone was the first one actually met in person other the Jack's always weird say note some of the Jack's you know anytime ever seen you since that you've always been very pleasant you're always pleasant boy you say hello to everyone the outcome for everyone I think that made you for a hero amongst yours people I know you don't like that sort of that moniker but at the end of the day like you're such a likable guy you're you're one of us and I think that's what really makes people relatable and you're UFC career it was sad niko george do two years for a healthy health issues like if sound office which are buying when you fought a new sea-doo boom I know you're on the Olson foyer first ball when you started off your UFC debut in the three arena you were the current jerker I'm actually you have a my hardest fight to the leg and sample the sample was like hard nosed mostly wrestler and I was like he's like oh he's in for a rough one here and then you went out there and you kicked off what was I mean it could mean anybody that me yeah just feel extra pressure and going out like knowing that you were first and that you were almost like sitting schmuck yeah or like or did not even affect your was just like here this is all me I'm gonna go out and just do it for me and just when I'm there it's in me face you can see it when we gave her nose and we finally knows it when I'm dead and walking it's like it's just like it's like we faced towards office one of the muscles don't work and so even look at the photograph oh you know when I was there I wasn't there even with younger fruits and so we'd already felt pressure you know to me or just an idea to do a job I'm not walking in taking we agree if we don't win that this happens and it's just it's bliss it's one of these moments where you just focus on the moment you don't think about the aftermath and you don't think before you don't think in between you just think about that moment that each individual moment as it goes on at the foot and I think that's that's good advice to give you in for your as well like some people to be talking about what I will I've got a job over the cage to me that would scare me when we hear when we let say that when we get saying that be you know cuz they you need to be it's free it's for free it's free a toilet moment you need to be it's your only Kenny what's a dog for you is it you're just a soul smile to bear that it's like he's just kind of saying all these days what did I am if he over the league they say oh that was green he was no gradient and we met him a couple Indian boy would whether it's tough comes with that you know you miss my own stones are you feeling today we don't know insecure types and that can come into your adulthood and I used to be real particular but we closed as a kid used to make sure we close we're always fresh and we may be able to keep brick well you stay watching your hats with two bushes and watch me orders and stuff like that and if somebody said to me they like to stay your orders your school for so that gave me I don't know whether that's still around those kids they were seems like it's probably even worse because when we look at it
