thank you very much Lots thank you yeah man that that was uh I know I know you're what A4 deep into your career but uh this was inevitable by the looks things I mean you called your shot all along your career you know people say you talk and you talk well guess what you back it up and every single time you back it up and the last time you backed it up was in your opponent's backyard garden over in Rome it was an epic night tell us a bit about that night uh just a really special time well I just like uh the best experience of my life um the whole week cleaned up was like I just feel like me and my coaches like came closer being there together for like a couple days the fight was not the best opening round but can also tear up with another tackle it out the best Ryan but learned a lot uh finish was good Saturday was good and then I was a kids doors champion and the next day I woke up and at me and all me myths from my home power stuff were in Rome with the case of our title on the rep it was just a lot it was just the best experience of my life and then I went home to throne Ireland and I was like it's just it's just great it's just crazy like it was just like a beautiful name and I'll never forget it I want to get like a wee tattoo or something like a Coliseum or something a room on me just to remember that we that whole experience those classes this class it was so parade you did after uh with the belt like yeah I felt like we were watching you on the session for about two weeks straight it was incredible to see there was two moments that I really remember I remember you being up on stage as a gig and like that crowd going Northfield that that was insane that's one of my best mythical names yeah I I think the other uh mom to remember is I think I assume you went back to your old school and then you walked in and I remember going geez he has some head and I'm going if that's good in the morning was Diana just one of the parents asked me to dance back almost like stare left Stanley humbling yeah Caitlyn you said you weren't going to cry after winning the world title but uh I saw you got a bit emotional after but I know soft Contour no yeah this sport just brings that you know it's something like a your first super much ended like you're just like oh thank God but then I watched myself back and these things that everyone he's posted he doesn't feel like I can't even watch them I can't even watch them now we're obviously we're obviously back here like watching it and like just looking at the the like the way everything was just blown up once you won that title like the whole country was absolutely bosom for you like were you happy to have thrown it over in Rome or would you prefer to being in Ireland or to make a difference just the novelty I've taken 82 deck I think so now they'll take another type of pride and his hometown and just being like waking up the next day and all my mates were there like and I was like we're in Rome and I was like 23 degree heat and I was like my family and I was there and I just foreign because it was such a beautiful moment and because you won the belt in Social in the end I think it it's hard to change that moment or like actually try and pretend it could have been any better because that was epic yeah everything like everything about it the way it was shot it was just uh it was Picture Perfect guys like write a workout and just like the skaters like bring it to the front of the island as I come out they talk me out from Team I bet I don't know about 150 Italians just come to the bar and line up just to Boomer just to move it was just like as I guess it's [ __ ] deadly this [ __ ] the thought was gonna throw me off but it just wasn't half and I'm like too much oh you know what to say you know what they say again whether they love you or they hate you as long as you make them care that all all the matter and that's what you do you make everyone care one way or the other whether they're there to watch a win or there to watch you lose they're watching yeah yeah they all like me now all the hits away and I know no one hits you anymore yeah Evan's jumping on that bandwagon well there might be a few UFC bath weights in short and a few a few uh months ago that will be uh yeah Brian Collins ready called me for MSG and Mohamed they're all ready coming up like obviously you won the title you did the the tour of Ireland like it was a legendary tour hopefully that was vlogged but um what sort of happened then after because like in between obviously someone with you see like there was talks if you're like headline in Dublin okay tourist Dublin show or defend the toilet like what was sort of going on in the background there so basically on the Tuesday of fight week me and calm were in the hotel uh like eating the breakfast and I find out then that him and Sean Shelby run talks um basically if this goes well there's a good chance I could be on USC London if it just is like a tight five maybe decision when they're gonna push Contender that's what I was basically told got the finish and basically that Nate come with email like in the hotel room after the winter Zuma I'd been through this like [ __ ] the atmosphere is insane literally about 18 minutes later I'm in the hotel room and just saying this is like what the [ __ ] just happened like emails they wanted container series for a long time I thought that's the way it was kind of going that was always there the contentious they offered me a fight when I was home in Ireland and Kong didn't even he tried to push push back but this is what it is technical advice absolutely he's a master wizard of a martial artist one of the best coaches on planet Earth but he also has a 15-year relationship with the UFC yeah the back was silver when Menard with Daniel Shelby all these boys he has impact isn't as his name is they're taxed personally so sometimes in life is not just what you know it's who you know so I have that Advantage but it's not luck plays I want I left my friends told me to go to the guy with 10 is Polo 10 UFC battle so of course technically I'm on another level from what I was even when I fall in Rome like no five years when I moved here but I also I want to call him as a 15 year relationship you know I mean on me I would have jumped that container series I'd be like a [ __ ] let's do it let's do it don't tell me the [ __ ] off but he he's yeah you know I mean he trusts these men and and he gets him this is so I couldn't advise a failure to join her Jim Moore obviously with the wrestling harassing the best in UK for not having conversations no one even close not on the conversation but it's the only place well Randy is obviously they're from we'll get the best coaching the best her numbers on live laughing guys now in the UC but that sometimes the same life is just who you know and calm knows the FC and that's that's it lad I'm in and then yeah Roscoe he's in board he is in he is in and one person actually want to ask him about in that gym and I think it's sort of Four Corners combat as well as that John Giles is nowhere come on uh get us sorry hell I'm taking Johnny Joel sorry but uh he he he he sees the man who's uh very crucial around those parts these days uh what's he added into your into your game uh um what's he added to the team the two gems come together well we're actually in the building of like a world-class like literally world-class album Arsenal but Gillies is famous as Australian ghost you want to get this part of the world like like this morning Liam arson was an rzm they've already drives two years you know I mean it's a long jump he comes down you only hear them hits yep you just you don't have to notice him yeah whatever Callum Smith already camped their hair like at the minute I'm doing a lot of training with Alice Barbosa he's like number one right he's not he's over from he's from mtk and Dubai so Gillies is a phenomenal striking coach he has great Compact and he's already started so like really high level spawn importance for me I'm going over elsewhere to go spark his Camp he's taking gays in so [ __ ] unreal unbelievable attitude can we have I'm surrounded by great team and then no decades no Eagles that anyone I think to be too big for himself would get brought back to reality very very very quickly you know so now so this is a good place to train a lot you know I mean it's uh it's the place to train I I think and that's why I'm uh in the UFC I believe honestly maybe someday when he's finished he'll be his legendary is Johnny Joe's okay I'm like oh like obviously looking back over your career like it when you went over to Liverpool your goal was to get into UFC and now it's here uh can you tell us exactly like uh how you found out that the email was there from the UFC saying can you can you start to France on September 2nd did you uh see again are you kind of thought the containers it was happening but so it can be an account for like two and a half weeks tailing for this like it was a six to nine week block for of Canada and can't think it was gonna be 10 series but uh didn't see the video now I saw the video you only had the top part of your gear I wasn't too sure if that was the exact moment or whether you knew because you were sort of pacing around the background so I was like I was like does he know does he not know I was like was he telling the gym I thought was the first time I found out like I didn't name I was like I just took off my game passing I look like a Donald [ __ ] session or something that was the first time a lot of just the real again looking like a soft computer you put too much into this thing so [ __ ] what could you do yeah that's that that's the boy was a little booty man like you give everyone steak and then like when you have these moments it's just like that fella like he's a top lad yeah absolutely yeah I like where Reese was on on what was there yeah yeah and he was saying he he reached out uh who were the first couple of people that you reached out to um did anyone retail you that you didn't expect yeah so I kind of told like a small group like a day before m M I tried to rain out here in a month I couldn't get through them around like five times like [ __ ] me I'm gonna have to run like he's twin uh wrong one then I'll try to face the announcer I could rang me account then I was like your house [ __ ] tell somebody they're wrong a FaceTime my sister she had literally just land filled outfits like I can't talk no shoot look at this can't talk now but I've been saying to the UFC she's like so this time my family and stuff and then I get to return so I spent media family a lot you know what I mean yeah and did any did anyone reach out to you who you're a surprise boy after after he got signed uh no no I got some pretty cool photos from Fighters like uh Jonathan Riley and Liam Smith and basic is here but not really nobody's really management is now they're wait they're waiting for the first uh knockout in Paris France to jump on the bandwagon of course yeah for people tuned in as well you will be able to watch Canon's the UFC debut on Virgin Media sport as well and recently to be on the card yeah so uh this one's about basma break news left right and Sandra here yeah it will also be on uc4 pass as well by the way and uh like that just goes to show the way Shauna like the hype she got there and build for her fight for UFC London and now yourself and Reese are going to be showing a virgin media sport as well um it's big toys for rsma Ross yeah and absolute years I I can't wait for it I think it's gonna be absolutely epic and we had the same conversation with Reese and we'll probably have the same conversation with yourself obviously there's one name missing off that card and it it big name and it's something you're very familiar with and friendly with um what do you make a poly use not be no woman I can't know most guys around Europe but I haven't heard of him I suppose the last person we saw have a few fights in the UFC was it in Gary would you like to have a similar run themselves before the top 15 or do you want to go faster towards the top 15. that's faster 100 I don't need time I don't need time I swear on my family's never believe a bit Sean on the audio right now I swear 100 believe purion will not fight Sean O'Malley got the win got put on a title fight and now he's about to fight he hasn't bought one tire pressure Grappler he had to do this whole UFC account well well no one was any use I know he's about to fight the best in the division so I definitely think alja was going to win our face and uh myself included but uh when he had certain positions he's the best probably in the UFC to be honest yeah he definitely is especially on that back he says he's very honest there you have to you have to give credit where credit's due there uh but okay India or Japan you smell them gloves yeah like for a bit the week there last week was can't like [ __ ] walking around trying to sell some [ __ ] ways up with them I went for like a long walk around and I'll feed the other night Sunday night on my own like late and I was like I won't want to come with me it's like no I can't I'm going my own air I want to do this like Zone oatmeal so I'll get can I go like a fight mode again you know what I mean they're very much task and harm they have to beat this French kitchen I mean yeah uh like personal kind of tongue smell for join us because I know you're very busy you have loads people get into contact with you um what's this what's going to be the sort of difference with this 40 camp or is it going to be sort of the same like like yeah there's no I know I know obviously you're coming back to Ireland for a bit to watch your brother compete in cage conflict ten uh summer series [Applause] this morning probably uh I'm gonna fight differently but uh three fives are very different sometimes he has to be more tired and three five it's a Sprint behind her Dominic Crews talk with this yo sometimes it's often this foreign but there probably won't be as much uh wrestling defensively anyway but there a lot of this kid's not but this kid's not a high that's not a hard fight for me this kid this kid wouldn't want a kid if I leave kids he wasn't one of the kids retail now Dylan's arm would throw him about I I don't know the embarrassed there's not many you think much of Kyle and lizard that was of course I think I've already got the back I'm
