okay what's going on guys and welcome to a brand new episode of energized today we've two very special guests on the show we have TV superstars musicians that know more warm podcasters in the whole of Ireland it is the to Johnny's hell the four lads sure look but anything for Kara's finest you know you know what you're actually the second peeper well people I suppose or second guests that we've hairdo do you have now I think it's midlife crisis I'm having no I actually don't it for charity originally yeah do friend trust and then I was like yeah although don't bring that back lads let me know so you're doing other things for charity as well just on your Instagram page do you want to just give that a shout out as well so I was running for peer to house Bernice Corley and we did a live stream as well as all peas which last three we didn't relate stream Skeets from the GAF for frontline workers we did one for the Irish strand in Australia and I started me as well yeah there's a lot of charity I think I've never seen so much charity stuff mommy likes our instagrams blown up and like we can only do so much but it's like it's nice to do something like that it is but like a whole inbox a message is just charity events and then also just always so many charity events going on now it's mentally you can't get more yeah yeah no it's a sure everyone's asking boy also you sort of you want to do one of the time as well you don't be trying to run to charity events at the same times up yeah yeah that's another thing that I broke the internet this week was Joe Rogan announcing he's gonna be moving over solely to Spotify and getting a hundred million dollars a year not people not to whom looms on as rosters family a hundred million a year why shouldn't think about that I'd love to know resume we'd love to know the deliverables on that like how many what Joe Rogan actually has to deliver how many podcast week yeah is there any target service can you sue I've complete free rein buttons it's what happened how first it no people listening on Apple Apple yeah and Spotify and they cast box and other stuff I don't your stats yeah we yeah we're just really mainly soak the focus are on YouTube Spotify and Apple say although some people tell you but like some be able to tell us they listened or son like these weird apps that we didn't he know we're on yeah like our manager was delighted he's gone straight to sparf I know he's like give us the money we do it for because you let's get more streams on mind in a in Ireland Dan Joe Rogan as well which is like unbelievable go nuts yeah madness things like we had a true how to do a podcast like when we said we do one lat don't podcast and we rang him was like how do you blow this thing now insurance we went and bought a straight away like cause if we're doing that and we go into it like 2 4 so on like a Vinnie Jones tackle we're gone straight and then we just don't we have leave it's mad people just love killing it but like for people that don't actually know who the pair user can you like give us a bit of a background like how you sort of started out together and then take us on the journey you know yeah well so what we do know is the two journeys podcast um and it's a lot of audience interaction we get we have great threads go on I'm a good story sent in every week and you it's [ __ ] hard to believe someone I'm like last week something came up about sex toys and then all these people will take in like I worked as a waiter in a hotel and one night at a wedding under the table was like an 8-inch purple dildo yeah and then other people like guy who was working in law and dress and like the amount of [ __ ] sex toys he pulled other people to Washington stuff so then he creates new threads all the time and we discuss all kinds of stuff like we started it was a bit more sport when we started we had like hurdlers on it stuff and then French token it's just general topics yeah howdy actually to Johnny started was yeah we done a fundraiser for our local Jaso and mean Johnny were like one in the fundraiser it was strictly food dance and we were like running running this event for it for our loss yeah and they were like oh we get to host it we were like we lost who was there like we're like listen we're organizing this we're horst and then we hosted it and everyone's like she's you're onto something there lets you know so this before you did anything together yeah yeah we was oh well we did a local panther once there was a pant oh and they I was in the bag Korriban and they asked me to get involved and I was living with Max so we said we do something but then they gave us the script and we're like this is [ __ ] [ __ ] we're not doing this so then there was like what a change in scene you know they pull down the curtain and we sit like we'll go in front of the curtain I do five minutes while you're changing the background whatever and it ended up being about 10 or 15 minutes and we came out like I quit the pant don't leave the lads on stage like to woodcutters or something just like [ __ ] was gas and then we didn't do it again for about a year until the strictly strictly yeah first time we were snagging there was a line that was like I was showing to get off with snow white or something like this and it was like slag and Prince Allen the fella she's been offered and smacks his name was supposed to be like he can't sing or something you know have you seen the first half and then we were down to rehearsals I think for I'm like that has shade you can't say that cause smacks your is near butcher oranga and then don't be you rate you may have her use for a living engine girls did it it helps it actually has for what we're doing that we do stand-up or whatever do the shows and do our show it's like it's I learned how to talk to people really inviting a bunch of cons rooms just so they could be gas I was acting like I knew everything I mean not it just help them for for like if you're able to charm a 75 year old woman that you're serving gone off Minster yeah her sauce making her boy more than she actually needs yeah then you know you can take it straight yeah brag about bragging about vegan sausage rolls off-camera that fella yeah too much vegetarian sausage no you said you moved in together okay how long then did you start playing putting out videos did you start in Facebook or were just after we did this strictly it was a while it was a thing was 32 May 2016 yeah it was our first video we did a couple things at face book all about Tim hit a heartland and football and then that year we sang out and we got to go on up for the match which was just my head crack like the free bar and oh yeah there was like to be the bar having a point we came up stage richie power UK me harder they wouldn't give money drink cuz the shore was just about to end and they kind of want to get rid of everyone who doesn't absolutely have to be there so like there's Kyle and then come back there's only like a few left and then Richie power couldn't get Sarah Graham week a minute we're like we're only off stage we were getting from that free back your license drank absolutely and lads you've done something like incredible podcast with some great guests but he was the best person you've ever met true doing the to Johnny's brain cannon yeah jellal do you know brain cannon yeah we know oh yeah firing the kids unbelievable we were in LA and doing our own podcast life and we went to this comedy club and he just arrived on and did like 20 minutes it was only about 50 people there and he was some new stuff and he blew us away we love to masters chat we were like will you come on our podcast he's like yeah [ __ ] alright we're having a bit of crackling like and then the next day he arrived onto our Airbnb and just walked in the door and took the mic and I was like [ __ ] press record and go and after about 25 minutes for a chat and he just looked at his phone was like okay so I gotta go just [ __ ] missing was he drains mana Knost had left his last trade from service oh yeah that was probably the highlight for me he was classically so he pulled up on later hours and the Google peanut ever was wrong he just parked up on the street and was just like ah just shown here he actually see actually it's cause like even what you're ogre like yeah when they're in the for you companion like he just shows up whatever he wants I hit like that and then he comes he and chilled down the room and I was like it wasn't me give us a minute we're finished if something's like I don't give a [ __ ] when did you first feel like your first lollipop cast as well because like obviously starting is really taken off and that like like when we like right this is be sure do this live now because obviously you're gonna lot of use and yes for we don't assure we started like doing shows like as for Club fundraiser saw like you know some gfm Wexford would pocos and we do the two Johnny Shore which was called Big Boss smaller bar and we go and do load of sketches and songs so we made our for that was our first kind of show yeah that makes the stand-up and sketches and be funny song yeah I never and then when the podcast took off and we were like right we should probably do a live podcast and our first one in was and in the sugar shop and we're gonna let vodcast Mimi heat your heart as a guest and the blizzard air we guess like that and just don't it's great craic everyone either good night and then we're like yeah Ron and then we don't applaud cast or vicar street and sure we're ready to Tamara to keekorok you know it's on the Coronas [ __ ] a throne as for its stopped us in our tracks but I'm not that's that's how the show started and I tell you like Daryl a podcast technically but they're also somewhere between like and it beats a rave and like yeah it's not just sitting down with the mics talking it's like we trying to make a big show but a big spectacle she never published any of the life podcasts in full ya know one or two of the interviews have gone oh yeah I saw the one in their shoulder quote yeah I won't see that yeah yeah we feed if you listen to podcast you want that [ __ ] sexy yeah audio experience and you get used to it and if you're in and the next one is naive if you get pissed off and the figure is what I'm - I mean I get what you mean yeah okay the audio is actually so important yeah yeah because it's it's different if your audios maybe not a whole new pretend if this video to go with it what if people are listening on pure audio alone like they go not yeah plus our fans like the listeners of the podcasts are constantly in contact with us so like if they actually haven't eaten query they come to us like it's like that's generally no story the tickets were like a promotion from Nike if the audio is not ready if it's not working at the beginning it used to be we put up on a Monday I don't like one or two o'clock on the Monday and then we started like going the earlier and in one week we were lit yeah we got on a mystery school where is the [ __ ] podcast free yeah so people let us know so if the audio it's talked about that way Nick if the audio is not write someone a message you'd be like now are your show straight and we do it okay that's the thing that's like it like during this coronavirus I got like myself across we didn't one took a break for a week and we're like what are we gonna do and then we just start doing zoom into it soon podcasters we actually put in 40 episodes in a row like every day every day every day you can introduce every day in prior two days for that like oh like your story sometimes I deal with mental health issues I'm like not having podcasts listen to would have totally just having not known what to do you know I mean so the people still pulling up the content it's actually so important like for instance that we did a show with the roster coder who used to be like very overweight and they would change his lawyers and he's a personal trainer like in sporran loads people and we put that video ever and then em when Ross is one of Ross's a good friends listen to it and then he was like he got straight on to Russ he was like I need Roberto's number I wanna start training with him and then just yesterday Russ Frank and Aaron trained with us and he was and he told of stuff what happened and I was like it's unreal like like obviously you're allowed to show us way big and I'm sure you have way better stories for like like went home and told me the other story and I was like this is what it's all about you know just if you can do one thing for one person then that's what it's all about really at the end of the day yeah it's mad I think you especially the podcasters like it's the way it's a weird kind of bond that like you love lit like you just not listen and it comes back to your your your ritual and people feel like they're nosed in as well because like you know we're listening for an hour and a half or whatever it is week yeah you're really tuned into like we've got Lord's messages from people who were you know struggling with mental health issues or in order going through like treatments for different I understand the podcasts get me truly mad we choose not to read that out to we kind of train keep the whole show yeah well that's why I didn't want to say Russell's friends names like I know he's curling just there and if they're not if they don't come on time or like something wrong I'm freaking out like I need that podcast toilet oh yeah I can't imagine how that people feel like that was for like the RC do you know if City or coaches podcast he's like all right and a brief two weeks only phone cheek in step you know I need this I also making sure that's no wonder people Alicia weight increases to have a bit of a chart you know I didn't I had a weird experience last night I was on the patreon talking to people and you can go in through the back door opener and you can see the names of everyone who has signed off and that really brought it home to see the actual names and they profile pictures of thousands people who have signed up are paying money to listen I was like [ __ ] hell we better not let them down I think he's sort of home and I get cuz you know you look at page you like you remember hitting like a thousand followers if I it was the followers it's like a big deal but when you actually see people's names face it's like [ __ ] these people all community yeah they're actually and come on I think Putin you know and Jeezy maybe I think that's why it's on to be like never one let the standard rock every episode is precious to us every episode is [ __ ] prepped and it doesn't go out on its horns yeah so what's great meal nuts so the great thing about it is what users are doing you can do this for years and years and years there's no like oh dunno doesn't retirement age as well so rusty Lou saying to me and bury me bury have that chat as well and it's like every episode you do could be someone else's first episode that they ever listened to you um and then like your meaning if it's not called will then like they're never gonna come back I mean and sometimes always say to Barry cuz I think we have like 12 heads and followers on Instagram then expired everywhere else only so some people put that much team like load so the people are like that my team NOLA right go if you actually pour 12,000 people and frontier the DA will be and had a lot of people and like I think you guys have like over 160 tails and like you guys could fill over CRO power toys for your followers who I mean [Laughter] say it's Mars when you think about it that way yeah but there's a big difference between like Instagram content and selling tickets oh yeah and also also where the based as well yeah yeah would you depends on what kind of stuff you're posting and what are it translates to a life show like it I'm glad that we had done two years of like stand-up tour before we didn't live podcast her because we just [ __ ] learn so much we can come over and our life podcast definitely has more razzamatazz than anyone else any other life but I've never been to another life podcast but I've seen issues yeah I think a lot of people they connected you less the way you like the way you bounce off each other you can tell you re really good mates like like okay then you were doing so well you're like right let's bring this globally which is a huge thing team thing bad because just before you utilize came in and I was like rust-eze nods I don't know how to compare them with anyone else cuz like you're going all over the world to it like sailor name shows like well Jesus Christ there when when did I idea first conscious and then like to actually go and do it as well there's a whole different thing from a couple of hours that like from tip you know yeah happy birthday boy yeah we're we thought about our first time trip to America said it was like we started the to Johnny's doing sketches whatever on Facebook and then some American labs like email ism was like would you lads like to come to New York like we got him on the phone he was proper American life yeah and he was I love that one you did about like craft beer and we're like we need a cast member what yeah put us on for a week like in New York and we like we didn't get paid foundation we got East for a week so your first time ever being there yeah yeah yeah it was mad we don't to shores and like first one was an absolute disaster I worked like the equipment didn't work and like God it was amazing we filled the place it's like five other people there and we had soundcheck and then when we got off one of the mics wouldn't work and you know like the two of us and then something the guitar caught out then the guitar wouldn't work because at this stage like it was you know he wouldn't close the bar so all these [ __ ] Irish people come out his plays it comfort and they were standing to go [ __ ] nuts and we were like look let's just lash out a lot of [ __ ] tunes for the second half and then the guitar would more so then we hit one mic between the two of us trying to do a stand-up show to remember five hundred people where they wouldn't close the back that was the toughest gig we've ever done cuz we hit stand-up but like we hadn't gone that much stand-up or not like a seasons you stand up row who's [ __ ] come up doing all the mics and stuff so we got down off stage that way and I think it was for trauma times I honestly I remember getting off stage and I was like give me some word and then a young let on Eddie hold when we just met in New York handed me a double vodka redbull and I was like we were know and like just parity wait like before you want to be come to see it and we were like look come back tomorrow we're doing another game we get it right and then we actually moved into a function room so we got over to bear into like a big function room off the back and everyone see we had a proper under proper sure everything works whether that ends like go to America that was the first thing we made and we were like just four people here you know you're like we come back at all the time so we haven't got back to New York since well yeah I'll go at the moment yeah we got California wherever's Overstreet you know the Americans are like yeah at least in every week I don't understand so the things you're talking about and sometimes and understand what you're saying yeah it's just I think it's just a bomb that people have listening to podcasts you're just like no matter what to talk about I listen like I mean myself arras know we have some people to tune in like they don't even know it like they don't even watch football or soccer as they call that good like they're just listening anyway well I was also listening to Al for one's pockets out he had Rory stories on the show at East Rory Rory did you if you haven't heard it this year level no yeah Rory actually mentioned they were talking about you lots and he's in particularly yourself and he said that a you and him were talking away and then you said he said you know yeah that's the thing as well like I mean like some things might have about a week and your focus but then like next week you just want to go again it's almost like an addiction as well I have loyalty to people as well you know you can't bring them under halfway through the journey with the the best party at the chrome really I never met anyone more so believe this man day one came to my house even before we had started a Facebook page what do you say isn't all there said to me we're gonna go professional we hadn't even started a Facebook page yet after the first night on stay at you dougie we didn't even try and we were pretty good and we were good we like wrote songs would like the names of all the contestants in them and we like to learn a dance routine I mean we had our cue carrots and I matched in suits not was the first time we ever done stage together so I think people used to come up to us like when I was in the early shop at him I encounter go on I don't know what it is but she have something so then I wasn't told Sierra and I said uh that was beam out here dropping off apples um so from from the word go for OC it was never just a bit of crack we wanted to be like okay music on Malaysia and then it was like geez let's [ __ ] ray and Alden but something we all wanted to do and like the podcast was we were doing snapchat stories and Instagram holidays but max max is a good storyteller the long-form Sutan so like podcasts absolutely natural for this man I think Noah when people are starting podcast it's cuz they can't tour or whatever so but like podcast is made for podcasts yeah you thought you use are totally change in the way like my performances are like Oh see you can do the music swell like it how many yards no room one hits like it seven or eight yeah enough bigger more at home but like the way you can do that way you can do this sort of you can do static sketch comedy and a podcast as well it's it's like almost a brand new wave of like that's way just stand-up comedy like that's almost just like radio and now you'll answer like gone into the new realm its way to extort away Brendan Schaub sort of done his thing as well he sort of got like people said buy us off them because he was in the creating came in therapy and comedian put him and bran town also as well I told sketched off as well so it was like refreshing comedy yeah I think it's it's um it's nice for us as opposed to be able to do different things you know like so we can do a podcast or we do a comedy tour then we can go to let your picnic and do for music so it keeps those two keeps those kind of fresh is where like you because if you were just doing one thing all the time here we get bored of the back where we can change it any and it can get you know keeps us keeps us changing this melody definitely for me anyway I like I like change so I think you have to do like some days we will I write when fret no 4 and then you know the next day and be like now we write the book and then the next day and be like have this sound idea you know so you're constantly doing something different all the time so I like that like I hate we just do Monte yeah I think that's what makes it different evidence yeah that's exactly what Ross the same forehand there's like yeah he's a comedian it's like people don't even know what to call us yeah do you think from that a problem or you don't mean that or what Wade you see that because that's what we sort of have that problem as well because we cover Ruby boxing MMA football and then we have a bit of crack as well so it's hard it's hard to be like those are those guys yeah yeah our manager like the first time we met was like you want us to pick one of them you know you had to him all that's you know I use like you'll fall between two stools no he's laughing spoken at oh yeah we had a meeting like that as well there recently it was we were there for an hour I was actually hungover Russell's gone mad I stayed open mates got these like get old okay pull there we went and then he was like you can't be doing that you can't be interviewing old people and like obviously not to like not a reference joe rogan but obviously he's the pod pod father like yeah I was like how come he's laid out like comedians for stairs actors on the show but like you define your own brand yeah yeah things have to sort of do your own thing and like you have to sort of like this is your vision you have to go over and you know I mean if people listen to it they'll come along for the ride yeah it's good and we think we'd enjoy it then we do we know of the startup we have to kind of you know yeah yeah that was the problem we were in miracle real MMA but like every week and then they can be like you see Russia and then you wouldn't even know how to say the last names would know any of these fighters people tuning in you're like we'd say it on the show we like you look we don't want to like go to disc area because we know people don't like the well-known photos not gonna be interested you out of here like what order for the crack it is because like as you know that's it like over the years you're sort of crafted into something that it is or a house home cuz at the beginning you don't know what to do and then like it you get into that's what I've bracketing you're like right this is what to johnny's or this is what the energize show he is yeah i think of bars I think of the famous to UFC Moscow was the straw that broke the camel's back we're here like a UFC card every week and we're like it was UFC Moscow on blows oh no I wouldn't say that we record the shower works like need of us enjoyed that didn't said yeah I mean it cuz like yourselves we put our shower well generally every Monday but like the crown Wars to change that we have like I'm gonna say four or five shows to do on average each week now yes Jesus Christ we're doing two and it's it's it's tough work seemed like really good like a couple of like at least one year solid like I don't think we've said this in camera poor there we used that we be sitting in Russell's room or else sometimes we'd be in a car and we just talk straight into the phone because we didn't the mics we had didn't work and we didn't know what to do or who to ask so we can record Russell's room talking into the phone tools and once Ross actually hit the stop watch each other we're only 20 minutes here just the voice recorder we were just speaking into it and then people be like won't have guests on the show and it's like well we can't actually tell you the trooper like we'd have to get them to sit in between speech so they pointed out zoom Lizzie we're like we've made loads connections online and we just which you brought nearly everyone on that like like we like and they like her cell phone like people people are sitting home now and they're like just a cat talking with her warriors at a girlfriends or boyfriend's the moment or the dogs or the kids so like together like 20 minutes half an hour away to talk with people that are also sort of doing something like for instance yesterday we had Pollak re on the show he's the next football around he had to retire at 27 he a horrific leg injury and like we start speaking loads with mental health and Harry came back man it was like he probably wouldn't have the most followers of anyone on the show poor his story resonated me way more than probably any more I guess we've had in the show yeah and it is it's it's like you know guess sometimes like it's not even about to be named story yeah it is the stories you can have superstar around them they have no personality like some actors or maybe you know mm-hmm or some more than to podcaster from Tipperary but that's like obviously you have that big show lined up on the marquee like it like phrases like you mean my servants are always looking at like all the other lawyers people what they're doing who was going for and it's just it's actually greening to see because a lot of people don't know about when user and skill if you sort of step down the Box in any sort of way you got pull right back in your box poor damn you also then stuff like when you was on The Late Late the apps you smashed it then you then got offered this TV gig with all GE as well can you tell us where Dad I'm like well [ __ ] doormats now yeah there was a long time a lot of back and forth day in trying to get a TV deal like it's it's never really asked communicating directly with RT you have to have a clock should company lined up all these things that we didn't know about making TV show and we had a shorter we wanted to make and it's done we crossed what we had envisioned I think yeah but come to America as well that's that's that's the big box you know it's not a sorority of like all the cash in the world we splashing around yeah and it's madly like we always wanted to make that kind of show because like we we'd be just driving around in the Cara like on if we're going to goblins meets or whatever just having some crack and we were like someone should be just film in this yeah with all imagine we want to do we didn't have to pay for we had met so many characters that are previous times going to America and there's kind of people you want to have on your podcast and on your TV show so we got some Ramon yeah does anyone your commercial be sure if we dunno that's one that's one somebody knows knows no checkers no no not so that's I see unreal and like people love that the sort of the behind-the-scenes footage that you know watches the two journeys talked about off camera you know I mean people people often older and already looking forward seen it uh you know uh it's really a spec time or te being the national broadcaster like takes notice of the people on law and here were like making the most noise like do you even need see like fair see here on for another 40 years or can we actually see two of our own you are actually you know make a big noise Royden like real entertainment I'm sure the viewership will go up on this is on yeah don't even be like that like that's so whole news and gonna what the am the thing is and it's actually talking translate from so it's actually the attention of work some people are class online and then when it comes to law Eve or like you know TV they clean it and that's good you know something somebody can do it it's very easy make a video edit the video and dude and then put internal do it on live television or you know it's the medium doesn't sue everyone like sir yeah take these Irish people like you were huge in tik-tok a million views per video but like that tick job could be 30 seconds whatever sure to sit down and watch them for an hour what are they gonna board us folk explain that the people who Commission shows are not in their twenties and they also after gonna spend the public's money they need to be able to say this is definitely going to work this is not gonna fall apart and people are gonna be on Jase is why you spend their money on you know like ten people like it's great to be on television like and we were we were absolutely truffle you guys some people will be like okay away from television you know it's it's a dad's you know it's their know that like and those are people can't get on your birthday people who were huge on YouTube and don't care about television yeah Jack Specter guy just hit 24 million saw that you know what so some people actually lose money going on television you know everyone injured the gamer yeah like weird funny hair anyway he was massive in the States and he went to did like shows but he actually lost money because he actually made more money streaming on Twitch your banner play fortnight like we were offered at a radio show and we didn't take away our podcast this is first of all it's what we want to do and say from the bar like it was actually making more sense both from our brand and financially to do our podcast in of us to go on an - I suppose national radio sort of not to like knocker in but they do take that bit of creative control from it but that makes sense yeah I couldn't handle music like if you have played six songs an hour ariana grande it was funny one like we went in for the meet and yeah no yeah we actually had we did a radio production course together and I was like eight ten twelve weeks something odd and yes yes we did a lawyer show well like a record-low show doing that [ __ ] away before that once we did that we like right we had the program you want to just keep going and going and going and then that's a we actually like just kept doing the podcast as well because as I said lunch like we didn't want to be talking about Kim Kardashian this unless it was like a funny joke or something you know so we but they were pretty near like no I have your own radio show it almost need to be like once a week for like two hours and you have to sort of give us free rein you know maybe you're like you guys are brilliant as you guys you know you know wants like a corporate version the Teutonic you know the oldest a Magister were before I want to be like 20 different voice yeah but like even even wait we just have to learn a like you think you guys aren't afraid to go and do something else like you're like radio you want to do as well as you just did TV I have your books I mean what's what else say you're sort of looking to do like I mean most you must think about and come up with stuff like what's next because that's like if you're not trying to get to another level you don't mean you can just get a bit stale no we have to decide what not to do only so many hours in the day like we start to the tick tock and it's like [ __ ] do we have time like you know especially the second part gets the week and also we definitely want to do an out I like that books [ __ ] serious [ __ ] that a no no let me say let me say now I mean like like a young maiden trying to expand oppose like yeah yeah also the content to okay you know we almost be in our stuff variares trying to be more ter do you can America but you don't lose what we have waiter yeah you gotta weigh it up like like down the line like we've got more television shows planned like or work on my name as well at the moment like and definitely do bit more that I think I think where we want to get it is like or we have more time off you're doing good stuff what you're doing like I think work smarter not harder minimum effort maximum help or was it I cannot earlier another question do they like my son Ross that like we thought we'd have these problems sometimes but like there's really like the two E's be with her so much and consi talk about the show is that you have much time too late to just not talk about the show and talk about like how things are actually going on you're sort of your lawyers your family yeah it's not yet when the polls are open by that was that was yeah every day we come in so we were okay heard it there for 10 minutes when we came out it's a better herder I have to give it to Johnny but like he's good if the ball comes really yeah Ronan is might like Johnny Johnny's a workhorse so he's your Kevin caliban he's up and down all day like play foot forward likes it nah he's do yeah well that's the distress when actually brilliant I'm like it was great the hobbies both on the show and they're like what one thing I do when I didn't just for you're a pope it is like World Mental Health Awareness Week and I didn't I like it's really person to a lot like yourself a lot of people and like you guys having massively influenced it just wondering if you know event and to say to people at home just like may need I'd like something somebody here some girl yeah like it's gas there's so many people are horrible mental that know and like it's something that we've never really went into in there because we feel like we're not qualified you know to talk about I see a lot of people are talking about and you know to give them mental health talks and I don't think they're experts on it so it's a Katie like what I would say is see Tolkein has proved everybody that is handier like and and that's like me and Johnny can be testament to that if we're feeling low or aunt like that like we say at each other like seeing [ __ ] there or you know whatever are like if we have any problems we just talk home to each other and I think everybody has that one person or a few people in released I take an all too often I think just talk I'm having a chat and let people know how we feel like I'm Gran's like it's what everybody says how you I'm grand yeah what does that mean what does that how does that actually mean you know I mean so I if we're gonna say that like I just be saying talk to people and reach out you know what I mean and also follow up on the ground yeah are you sure you're and maybe yes that's pretty much like Joe like at the end a like just keep doing what you're doing cause it's great and I can't wait for a TV show to come out as well yeah we'd love to have you back on again and the people are on the marquee or something how big a cracking I mean we love to help you promote I'm sure I'm sure I'm sure I'm
