We're excited to be bringing K1 Kickboxing to Midlands Combat League 1 on Saturday 12th December ๐ Our goal is to give developing kickboxers more opportunities to compete, test their skills and gain valuable experience in a safe, controlled and well-organised environment. ๐ฅ WHAT TO EXPECT: โ K1-style kickboxing rules adapted for different age groups โ No head contact for athletes aged 8โ13 โ Controlled head contact for ages 14+ โ Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced divisions โ Kids, Teens & Adults โ Minimum 2 matches guaranteed per discipline entered Whether you're preparing for your first competition or looking to gain more experience, MCL is a great opportunity to put your training into practice against athletes of a similar experience level.
