Real competition. A clear purpose. Helping athletes develop 👊

Midlands Combat League was created to give developing athletes more opportunities to test their skills, gain experience and learn in a controlled, well-organised competition setting.

Our No-Headshots MMA uses light-contact rules, putting the focus on connecting your striking, wrestling and ground skills rather than chasing a knockout.

With matchmaking that takes your background into account and a guaranteed minimum of 2 matches per discipline entered, you’ll have another opportunity to listen to your coach, make adjustments and go again.

Coaches, have someone who’s ready to start putting the pieces together? Give them something to work towards 🙌
