Today i competed at the @immafed World Championships in Abu Dhabi, Felt really good going into it just got unlucky with group and came out with no wins but no excuses just they were better opponents on the day. Back to the gym now next week to work on everything and roll on Euros and Worlds 27. 

Want to thank my coach @paulbyrnemma for coming out and cornering me also @danni_mccormack for helping out and all the lads from @sbgdrogheda who helped me prepare and the @immaaonline sqaud sessions. 

Also my mam for supporting me every step of the way even if i came out with no wins still supports me and im very thankful for her getting me here. @claire.r.w
