The hate that he and Garry's getting them on it, I don't think it's justified, but I know him from Clamor's years ago and I've just seen a hungry young kid, a happy young kid.
Obviously there's something different about him and there's something special about him, his drive. He came across really polite and just happy to be there and I can see that from that stage that he could go far.
Again, everybody's different. Everybody's different ways and means to deal with things,
to develop. At the end of the day, he's in a title fight, and you're not. You're nine
times out of ten, you know, people don't understand. People are just jumping on a bandwagon,
listening to other people, what other people say, what's in the media, what's trending,
what's new. It was cool to slag somebody off because of this, that and the other. Then
people get on board and judge people and listen, he's there and he's done the
hard work to get there. Wherever he does in his spare time or whatever way he
wants to live his life, there's no business but his own. Then the day he's
there to fight and yeah he's there in that title. So fair play to him and just
for me Ian, good luck, hope you smash it.
