A reminder to all Junior and Senior athletes that we have a Development Squad session this Sunday, July 5th at SBG Clonmel.

This is your opportunity to train with Team Ireland head coaches, develop your skills, and take the next step on the pathway to international success. If you are ready to show the coaches what you've got, make sure you book your place.

Session Details:
• Date: Sunday, July 5th
• Time: 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm
• Location: SBG Clonmel

Requirements:
• Must be part of an IMMAA registered club.
• Must have your individual IMMAA membership.
Book in and be ready to work. See you on the mats.
