This week we're proud to shine a spotlight on one of Ireland's most successful and respected martial arts academies — SBG Cork.

Founded by Head Coach Liam Og Griffin and co-owner Marlene brother & sister , both of whom have been involved in martial arts since childhood, SBG Cork has grown into a thriving full-time academy since opening its doors in 2010.
