A quick reminder to all our youth athletes and parents that we have a squad session taking place tomorrow, June 7th.
This is a fantastic opportunity to sharpen your skills, train with the best in the country, and continue your development within the IMMAA youth program. We look forward to seeing everyone on the mats for another high-energy session.

Session Details:
• Date: Sunday, June 7th
• Time: 11:00 am to 1:00 pm

Please ensure all athletes arrive on time and are fully prepared with the necessary gear. Let's make it a productive and focused session as we continue to build the future of Irish MMA.
