welcome back to the latest episode of energized Barry how are you doing I'm doing great this Monday evening Roscoe here you absolutely fantastic great weekend huh by the lads yeah great week to look forward to it is man it's on like Donkey Kong and already I think the countdown since the new year has been to this week really yeah definitely yeah yeah so if you're new to the energize show welcome going to be a school seeing all the action from the weekend including Bellator a doubling cuz myself and Ross were there and then in football we're going to be discussing the Champions League and then later on the show we're gonna be discussing the Six Nations Ruby as Ireland got absolutely destroyed by England but a Russ boy Khan is finally upon us Boykin is finally upon us it is and this weekend must have Barry head down to Cork to our first ever live podcast yeah you nervous party um I'm sort of like excited for it but like you know me like I'm always like well if this happens well if that happens and then you're like it's kind yeah you're like really me lay back read this stuff I'm like buff the mics don't work or just out neuter you know yeah that's your job I know that's my job that's it you'll be there snoring I'll be like rid of the bangs oh yeah yeah yeah look we're gonna give a bash co-co-co plecos were you were you well yeah who you're most looking forward to meeting down there don't say me um I think I think what like first of all people are actually going to the event actually watch your show and listen like I'm looking forward to just speaking to people yeah um some of the fighters that are gonna be there obviously we've previously stated people have been asking or wonderboy it's just like beef the potential of having these guys on our show which is gonna be amazing obviously the whole event is not circulated around all support will be there and we're gonna be doing her best down there and people who tune in all the time we're gonna try and make you as gonna be it's very exciting but we're like getting new equipment as well this week forward as well so like it's all building up to we're going down on a Friday and I think it's just like well what do myself and Ross were at Bellator at Dublin we were part of the media there at the event and Ross where should we start here discussing the situation of Bellator Dublin and Bellator dopamine as always as always say anything there's pros and cons and in terms of what you want to start with the pros at start with the cons um well the first thing we got there was a con so we got a lift off with that 2d 2d arena they sent us to a gauge we went there they said you cannot come in without the media credentials and we're like we have to go in to get meteor credentials so then they sent us around the front once we got in they took more bottles a Powerade off and they're like you can't bring them in it's like I'm hardly gonna travel them and then we take it from there yeah it's always been an ordeal going to events get your actual credentials they're also going into us you know there's 19 floats on the cart ahead along 19 for our to put it this way each for you has the potential to go 15 minutes and then there's 19 of those yeah it's far too many it's not we got there five o'clock at the card itself actually started high four we didn't get out of the arena till after 12 mmm yeah so you need to be well caffeinated as well like you know yeah it's no idea whatsoever in terms the actual event itself though and the Bellator Dalton is what it is you're always gonna get people turn though for people who've the mixed martial arts and yeah and more of I almost think lack of top the range and may events that we've had that have just wards any and may then gets put on 3 Reno people flock to it yeah the unfortunate thing to have gone from now is the rise of Cage Warriors and also the return of you Seto bling comment as well now it will bring more eyes to palate or port it means people are gonna go to all three and they're gonna rank them and be like well belt or need to really step up next time this time this time I wasn't really bailed towards fault because the James got her fell off the Peter query fell off so that's they can't really help that stuff like that happens but those two not being on the card really did not help the current at all to be honest question now worn as well but it just didn't have that feeling of past events now the previous battle toward open that was like unbelievable so it's you can't always get a 10 out of 10 you know yeah well for me this there will always sum up the show when you really really look into a we lost the main event in the co-main event and we ended up with the third type in the main event you also have to look at a way belt or actually setup their event in terms of hello a televised event you have the undercard which is on the belt or up then you have been YouTube on YouTube is are sorry then you have Bellator 240 which is the American paramount care card and then you have Bellator do boom which is on channel 5 it's very hard to follow if you're sitting at home watching fresh art yeah but in the arena they Bellator staff were actually there to vent to a fantastic job yeah and they really really do they always looking out for very very well cater and the caterer is very good they could do like one slowly more money into like the the tables and hares in the catering room as in like it's not you don't wait the field but feels I should play nice it's really back house area yeah also the that's one thing they all stood terrible job so most people who were watching this I assume never had a media pass for anime event I think that's sort of safe to say yeah people don't have another if not more you the show and like being involved in the scene and all like that's cool but like the event didn't really live up to people expect you know there's no way no you mean like you yeah the best friend who bad way just not been some really cool you've seen battle tour events yeah and at some point I'm going to the people anyway no chores like they were there this off yeah yeah um yeah but there is better things to come look at the air come back later on here again like the Cage Warriors is coming to Belfast like that's something we're definitely at 1:04 and then you see is come to dole in August as well so there is bigger and better things overall like like people I just told my little known alone yeah but like some people got wins like people like Wilfer you picked up a win who else
