see the weather out here is is gorgeous me and Ryan we uh just go for an walk over in ellenfield there yeah soak it up the the place is buzzing lovely lovely yeah did you guys go for a friending game of bingo the bingo hall last night together no we didn't we we we said we'd leave the Bingo because we're we're the week of a fight you know what I mean so we'd be back to that next week yeah one thing one thing's for sure the Afterparty will be in the Golden Palace Ross Shout Out w Hall you you better believe you better believe it but uh Lads H cage Warriors Dublin roll back around two Staples of the cage Warriors brand H can't wait to see his see is do uh obviously bit of a funny one for both cuz uh normally boths are coming off uh wins but uh last time out in Dublin it it didn't go your way H James obviously you had that m fight with Oban Elliot H do you want to tell us what it's been like preparing for this one and did that have any negative effect on your mentally for the last one uh no no it didn't obviously a loss just still kicking yourself in the teeth but uh look I've I'm I'm at this long enough that anytime I do lose I I just look at it logically I lost because of X1 and Z next Camp I need to do ABC and that's exactly what I've done it's it still hurts emotionally because I really felt so good for that F I felt prepared and I felt I honestly did believe I was going to finish open and that was uh that was nearly the uh the cause of my downfall that I was loading up on shots a bit too much fell in love with kind of the idea of that in front of the DU crowd and and um look that's that's part of the fight game like there's there's no better teacher than experience itself so um yeah look I'm looking forward to this next one and I've done everything that I wanted to do and that's where confidence comes from that you can just take all the boxing like look I've done everything I can and that's it now it's just time to go do it and then obviously just to T on that uh obviously oban's gone on Fallen Contender series and then uh is now signed the UFC is that that does that just let you almost know the level you're at the F margin of this game that you're like you know you're you're actually not too far away from that yourself now yeah yeah definitely like maybe maybe like even a year or two ago I maybe would have uh focused on that a little bit more to be like oh yeah I am good enough this guy that that h i I do believe I could have beat like um show that like I'm at that level but I I know what level I'm at um I I know like I'm cage War's Champion world and like I'm good enough for the UFC so regardless of of Alin H winning that fight in the UFC and sorry in the contendo series and getting the UFC contract I I I know what level I'm at it's it's everyone else that doesn't know so there we have a well we know James we know we know where you're at so uh we can't wait to see you go and do your thing in the ODS and then Ryan obviously you went Toe totoe with too harell you were two rounds up and then unfortunately uh got caught it was uh it was a great performance for from yourself up until that moment uh and then obviously he also actually got a contender series contract but then couldn't fulfill it cuz uh he uh I think he had Visa issues but uh tell tell us this uh what did you learn from that fight because obviously that was your first professional loss yes so like that was my first professional loss as you said but um like James was saying earlier like losses are part of the sport and when I used to compete and te one on kickboxing I I suffered some big losses before like that so it was actually nothing new to me you know I think a lot of people thought I was going to be you know completely devastated when it happened but that just wasn't the case like I just um like I took some time off because I had some a few injuries after that fight and when I came back it was all just the next Camp was focused on fixing the gaps that that were in my game you know for the last fight and it he sort of exposed one of two things that um that like I showed a bit of weakness in but so this camp this whole Camp has just been H working on closing the gaps and just fixing on problems yeah absolutely uh I suppose with both your divisions at the moment post Dublin they've or post last one they've really gone up in the air and the doors wide open for someone to go in and take that shot uh I'll start with yourself James obviously I think Brown was fighting for the wewe H in London but you know any Contender is is viable with big enough to get in there for a title shot soon do you feel like a win here could propell you to that title shot next James yeah look I I I I think it's Downy move that makes sense I I think Amil is going to win that fight and if I was cage Wars after I win this fight I would book me on a t h book me a ticket for the kar London have me in the crowd once on me lift that toil put me in it's the rematch a wants to avenge his last I feel like that wasn't that performance wasn't worthy what better way to do it h to do it again for the title but simple as like brown CH and too i' be here for I like uh Paul Hughes was just on the show and he's he came out with a sound bite there and they they posted like a a picture of it I could just picture di home now making something about what Jimbo just said there as well yeah definitely definitely H and royan tell us this the featherweight division uh we were just talking with Sol s about it saying it's probably maybe the sexiest division in cage war is at moment Paul 's going up the lightway and there's about five or six guys who are all definitely worthy of a title shot yourself included you know you have Jordan venic Harry Hardwick H James henden after beating her there like yourself with a win after the weekend you see that play yeah Luke royy as well I think he'll be out a bit with that broken hand but what way do do you see that division actually playing out now and if you were to fight for the title next which of those guys would you actually like to go in there and test yourself against um I was saying this before like I see myself eventually fighting like most of them Lads because I feel like I'm going to be with cage Warriors for the next while anyway so I feel like like you said a good win here next week puts me in a good position and and then I'd like to keep the ball rolling into next year and because I do feel like some of the lads are a bit ahead of me in terms of like the work they've done in cage Wars you know and um I'm not too sure if Paul is is giving up the belt or I'm not too sure what's happening but you definitely see two of them the top Lads fighting for the vacon title next year and then like maybe towards the end of next year if I have a good streak down I could definitely see myself fighting for the Bel end yeah definitely we'd love to see it and like we definitely think skill wise you're definitely up there sure you proved it against herel and he he's one of the top guys there as well but uh yeah I couldn't believe the performance you're putting on against re like like I know beforeand you told us you told us you had an injury going into it that's why you didn't want to talk to us we T you haed us Ryan like we're we're I was like I'm never going back to W Hall again it's cuz my nose was across the other side of my face if he watches this he's going to be like what's the story with his nose no we KN we knew that after but the performance he put on was Unreal like like B these Lads all the poor people like people backing you like we're all looking forward to that but uh that's why we cannot wait to see the Redemption of the Jimbo slice and the Ryan Shelly on the 14th of October in Dublin's or the S Arena this one's not to be missed these two Lads are going to go on a road towards the title we it will be live in UC F pass make sure to get on the James and Ryan for tickets and we will also be doing a competition for four cage Warriors tickets as well but if you're friends with James and Ryan you're not getting them it's not right Ross no BOS you stop telling people they're not getting them anyone's more than welcome to enter and especially if you know one the voors definitely get on to us on ENT competition we're also giving away a pair of signed cage warriors uh UFC Patty the body uh Superstar gloves as well so that's uh pretty cool as well so uh yeah good man Brad diing me out of a hole there H Lads I want to know who's paying for the PK Lane H post post win on Sunday morning J it was my birthday there last week and my mates got me a GI from py you love you did I'm always there like me it's happened like two or three times now where me and James fight and like the next day it's like we just see you should and we go just a just a little one of us all walk out walk like yeah H you P yeah all good yeah that was World P get on to the two Lads for sponsorship it's not too late they won't do that now they're they're they're two embedded with the g n that MMA show for thems that's one thing we have to talk about as well is your teammates are going to be on the card H James you have Solomon Simon and J Harris on the card as well like how's that feel to have all the boys competing at cage Wars oh it's it's it's classic it's an individual sport but if you haven't got teammates you're you're you're nothing in this game and the lads like the The Lads are even the fact that they're uh they're lower weight class than me if we're in we're do move around a bit with salul but it's the knowledge that you're sharing and when you're doing rounds the boys are giving you little critiquing points as well and then you're doing the same for them so it's it's major and the the fact that you're going through the same [ __ ] right like even even me and Ryan if we're pumping into each other right you you know like both of us are start water Ling and it's just good to have your your your teammates they going through the same stuff as you feeling the exact same way if need if one of you needs reassurance like stressing about weight or whatever you're like yeah man you're grand [ __ ] on this on that whatever it this happened to me before and that's that's what teammates are there for and you prepare together and you go in on the day and take take over the show together so it's great to answer your question is yeah and Ryan what about yourself also shout out to Adam shy getting getting the win over in cage Warriors Manchester what was that like watching Adam getting the win in Manchester Ry and what's it also like to be competing on this card with Leon Hill and takam Mand yeah it was brilliant watching Adam you know um like most of the fights I'm I'm in there for you know I'm the one competing so H that's twice now I've I've been cage watching the fights in corner for ters fight back in July and then Adam's fight there in September it just it sort of puts a a a different set of lenses on it for you you know and you see it from a different perspective a little bit so um yeah it was cool watching Adams fight obviously like I think I said this to you you guys before like I get super nervous for Adams fights and then for my own I'm and like you know not a part on me so um yeah I was actually rattling walking out but no he performed very well um I think he was a bit annoyed with himself that he didn't get the finish on that guy but he was a really like he had a really heavy grappling style so um it was just one of them fights where he couldn't afford to make any mistakes you know I think it was actually his best performance of his career today to be honest uh yeah like those elbows up against the Up Against the Cage are absolutely vicious though so uh shout out to Adam H he deserves all all the credit and uh he's calling out Adam Ken which is uh which is a a battle of the Adams which would be a spicy for yeah yeah like Adam's one of them people like like Adam shell like is a he's definitely one of them people where like I know it sounds a bit cliche but like Adam will fight anybody like genuinely L you know like um when names come in like and you know if anyone's like oh maybe I'm not too sure Adam's always like yeah I'll take that like you know he's never turned away from anything and that's like like his what's his record five- two like and that's um five- two like is a good record but like look when you look at the and this is the same with James you know what I mean look at the lads they fought when you look at the record and you look to the lads they like won against lost against like it means when they get to that next level they're going to be super battle tested and I'm trying to do the same now you know I want all the big names in the division but sure between yourself uh Adam and then James all those knocks outside Rems that time have really helped yourselves so uh you know Ross you know way really well sure look I'm I'm on a Stones throw away you know what I mean so uh look if it's the whiteall special we have to come prepared you know yeah Google Maps yeah you know how we do it on the end of Jo show yeah number one [ __ ] this could be number one trending video on White Hall we're gon to get sponsored by bit of special that I do in front of my friends and family and uh in Dublin in in the ODS so yeah yeah it is pretty cool at the end of the day I I i' do it anywhere I'd fight for the belt anywhere it's all about the fight and the win but it is it is a nice little uh nice little added specialty yeah cuz uh the crowd went wild for you up in Belfast uh after you won there so uh I can only imine what it would be like com Dublin H even more people there uh on the Jimbo Lo Army and then uh Ry what about yourself uh obviously bad that there's uh other KF fighters on the card as well and uh you guys travel in force as well as the as well as the Ryo Army so uh tell us this uh what's going to be like for you to get to have that opportunity to do it in Du again yeah again it's it's going to I think we all know it's going to be a huge event and um I definitely want to win this time I feel like I came so close last time I did everything right except get the win so this time I'm just going to I'm going to pull the trigger on a fully and um yeah put on a good performance and um even though last time out I didn't get the win I was still like walking out and the whole experience like it was it was a special night and it's something that like like when I look back on it I only think of like like I think of it as such a positive experience and this one's going to be the same but I'm definitely getting to win this one yeah we can't wait to see it like uh obviously you guys we think are phenomenal athletes and we expect nothing less that then then the win but uh bz wants to know where are we going for The Afters uh where's the White Hall after party har the yeah Harry's on Harry's on the green all vo Hall is gonna me Harry's on the Green Oh there's James Sheen gone he to Harry's in the what about yourself do you have um absolutely nothing lad like I never plan any of that stuff because obviously you don't know how the fight's going to go but I just um I think we're just going to probably go across the road or something like that you know if there's a if there's a bar across the road I know it's a mad rugby place you know because it's close to New yeah yeah it's going to be a huge weekend as well shout out to the Irish Rugby team winning yesterday they're going to be taking on New Zealand on week uh R Before I Let You Go actually I want to ask you this right who do you think will win between Dylan Daris and Logan that's a it's I I haven't been following it that much but I think Logan's gonna be I when you look at them like surely isn't isn't Logan not way bigger than him though yeah I think he's about like 6' three and I say he's a bit of a specimen like and then Dylan like I know he's legit on the ground I know that's for sure and but like his boxing outside is very suspect so um yeah I'd have to go with Logan there I think he overpowers him you know yeah that's why that's why this weekend's going to be wild but U obviously obviously James hates us now so he's gone yeah know he he want to beat Ryan in the q's po L that's what he wants to do I'm actually gonna be heading over there now in a bit L we're actually definitely gonna tag here but uh Ryan thanks for joining us we'll give you the last word what you want to say to the Republic of wall um just for any I know we we we do have a big following around the area so um I know a lot of the
