okay what's going on guys and welcome to a brand new episode of energized I was just told not to say we have a special guest we've a very bad guest on the show yeah this week we are gonna talk all things football football is still going on Jeremy there's a return day for the Premier League sure return in England we're gonna score Safari how are you doing first of all ruff it's strange times said yourself you you want to start losing weight you're setting all these goals for yourself and like you're getting all the steps in you're staying motivated it's keeping me motivated and active as well like we were doing two sessions we know we didn't tree I haven't drank and really like it's coming up to the two and a half months I just saw Paul Neil and put a post out as well as saying he hasn't done that either and he's been training so like it's good few some people are making the most of this year : 19 situation absolutely I think it's a perma column I think we're do you know if you and I was like that's not really what you're supposed to do now now I know people are passionate I know people have like boy for and that's very very important yeah what about our frontline workers like our doctors and nurses who've been like waiting for the last Tim wants every single day try and like stop this covered 19 crisis I mean if the numbers had there really it's not like that was the largest mass gathering in Dublin the last what three months yeah but it's the thing is no matter what we really say we're gonna be riding through things and wrong wrong and certain things like as much
