okay what's going on guys and welcome to a brand new episode of energized today we have a very special guest on the show mr. was training like twice a day I really just get this fella by so basically had 242 me for sure box and in the LAN stuff I know this fella beat me I just had a bad day you know I mean I was like what helps you in boxing because some people say playing multiple sports is actually a good thing rather than just being solely focus on 100 cent yeah most definitely but at the same time I think once you decide to be a boxer then you need to for all our eggs in one basket and just focus on the one sport you get me because you have time to be their own holder things are taking up injuries and other sports for you pick up a note from the box and you don't mean as it is so I think it's one I think it's one of them and I'm always playing soccer at the time when I started boxing I mean I just want me and said this it's it's one area so another man boxing is not a sport that you want to become a number two in because you get hurt so it's whether you choose this so you choose suck or what you want to do number two you're right now your record is ATM one-on-one yeah I started off kind of aim just the only because I lost it the only because they enjoy their honor look I didn't mean it with our tone proud because they thought was gonna make the money or I was I just doing it cause they enjoyed for me I was always like it keeps me out where trouble one box you know case McLean the occiput keeps you off the blade drinking Heidi and Hollis to but still feel it man so it was a it was just good guidance in my life and I mean me teenagers it was great guidance and then they broke me boxing solo as a kid and then for him to be at a ring like it's not like it's just going the weekend back in the break it's crap for him we're the only stag when I was 15 and it stopped when I was 18 till 20 1920 and instead when I was not sure I look 20 you start boxing here so it's only really boxing flick three years if you get me so it's a bit different like don't me run along to other islands
