problem great name by the way hitman no Ross good doesn't really changed much to be honest they're up quite enjoyed oh it's a good break to be honest okay ticking over train I've taken a train to new level you know a lot of way I'm sure your training you're in a wee bit which is good because I think the way I like when you get in there you get in the cage it's just you fighting and Amy you've got your coaches and outside the cage but then it's not like when you've got a pipeline in the gym and they're telling you the combinations and pushing the passage cheesy but like who's you versus you you know so when you've got new things on here and I grew up running I'll do shadow boxing you know I'm watching you you know are you gonna slacking off are you gonna push yourself you know so I think I think I've got a good strong mental game I'll just push it to the next level and some looking forward to to show you home I can do and waking up this Bellator twin division that's faster Ross have you been following all their MMA I think that's been happening over the last few weeks as well and yeah I should be fixed are you fat are you a fan of watching fights as well or yeah you know always more fun when I first started enemy but now I can delay it and I said I said much because I just feel like because obviously 99% of my life's enemy when I'm not trained or not coaching you know there's a big fight on I'll watch it but it's kind of like it's good to have a bit of time away from it as well as you know man just your cheating into other things know exactly what's holding difference as well can give me a killer as well especially if you have to get a birdie trainer yeah exactly yeah so much yeah we should pick fights like a setup I watch their I watch Gilbert Burns the past the past few few fights when you're not Dave Meyer then again I've see the same weight class yeah so I've seen like the big fight split yeah big sheds Charl Molly he's previously on the show is that the division that you always keep an eye on regardless whether it's UFC Bellator cage warriors the welterweight division and just because it is your own division you make sure you you know I always could be a potential opponent down the line yeah yeah I guess so I to be honest you know Schwalbe division but who ever liked that moment like a middleweight division because you know son in the future can maybe move to like I used to watch a lot eat less you are like TJ before I'm sticking all that watching McGregor you know just where whoever property in the big names you there Ross how'd you get started out in mixed martial arts whoa whoa what start what kicked off this massive journey you've gone on a successful journey about yeah you know what I am like I sent you guys before the show I grew up around Barragan so it's born a place called Stafford and I just grew up on the outskirts of Birmingham I didn't really eat and then we do much combat sports until L think maybe I was 16 we've got a bit of combat sports and my family you know my dad was a high level amateur boxer but granddad run and Bob Stanley ran and how much of Boxing Club in the Scottish Highlands up a great granddad and how much boxing background and I think my mum's dad and granddad was in Glasgow as well yeah I mean so it's kind of late it's been in the blood but the way of entry is just by me froggy Ferro fro deities up to these days like yeah he kind of took me an Easter never wanted to go on to it I think is my club at Stanford and I went along with him and long story short you know he kind of stopped raining I carried on and her here we are today yeah and hello William Birmingham for 21 years oh well and did you ever run into Leon Edwards when they were on the scene down there I did you know what he doesn't remember but I remember because I'm training him quite a lot but I he was a club called his team supreme at the time of a guy called Paul Taylor he was in UFC at the time and I remember Adam affair I think is my first on my second have a grappling competition and I didn't really know who he was you know but I run into Leon Edwards and coaches like he's good this guy got an armbar that is the first time I running they were quite crazy tom breeze you know so I'd always heard the radar is quite placing it the West Midlands up and you know I didn't train me up too much when I was down now but when I started taking it seriously when I moved up north I make the trip down to renegade quite a lot you know Sarah you know didn't cross paths too much baby yeah mommy baby yeah I'm probably closest you think you know about darkness bouncer hug Fabian up my house a few months ago I went out of the town and all that so yeah I get over all the faintly like we got a few good night so I know he's good max these guys are smart you know their approach Edwards brothers actually two chances on like the serious serious talent it's very very talented know also both feet on the show I think we only missing Tom breeze he's the only brand we go mad for using all paid on the show there's a few of them out there who are like that the few men I don't know what if where they don't have absorb you enough you know I was kind of like always wanted to get myself for a permanent each time a forty nights so I kind of just steadily made kept my head down made my made my way up the ranks you know it's quite a little better people each time you know but they should got a title shot you know nasty fights have been heavy fights particularly the last one which is good you know good fight good guy you know I mean go I have you made a few mistakes but we have to talk about that that we fight definitely like I just watched the back last night and it was litchi upload back as if you were in a bat like slipping all over the ground itself it was crazy man what was liked it was like being part of that unknown like straightaway when you hit him with the elbow and ass warhead was bleeding
