pretty fucking good at this. Good evening, we're down in IFS this evening before tonight's
grappling class with Bradford McClurg ahead of his fight on Clam Wars 56. Are you excited
about this one, Bradford? Yeah, I'm buzzing to get back in there. I love being on the Clam
Wars stage, it's one of the biggest shoes in Ireland for amateur MMA and the atmosphere
there is unbelievable every time. So yeah, I'm just happy to get back in there and put
on another good performance. Excellent top man, how's everything going with you? Yeah,
everything's going well here with camp, getting down here training at IFS as much as I can,
getting the buzz in the atmosphere with the rest of the lads here, fights coming up, so
yeah, everything's good for this camp.
Feeling good and ready to go first one?
Yep, 100%.
No injuries, no négals here, just ready to go in there and show my best performance
again.
Good man.
Aviani, advice to the younger fighters coming through?
Best thing for younger fighters is try and get down to classes as much as you can and
try everything.
Don't just do the one or two things that you maybe enjoy doing like striking.
down to the grappling classes do everything because whenever you can
understand MMA as a whole instead of the individual aspects of it it's so much
more enjoyable and whenever you can put it all together and sparring against
high-level opponents and the people you're training with it just makes it
even more rewarding. 100% to get to the consistencies key in this one here so
best advice to get there is probably just get down to every class make it as
much as possible and keep at it. Yeah 100% just getting down here as much as you
can and absorbing as much information as you can you're not going to learn
and everything at one night for getting down consistently time after time even
whenever you feel like you're not picking it up you are and you'll notice
that there in the you know months and years ahead whenever you're back to it
and everything's just muscle memory at that point then. I think one of the
things you hit on there too even on your bad days you'll leave here feeling good
as well it doesn't matter how low you are or how tired you are if you get here get a
session in you'll definitely go away feeling better. Definitely 100% even if
you're down here and you feel like you've had an awful day you've still done more
than probably 99% of the people out there so give yourself a pat on the back
Let's keep going down there. Keep going down there.
It's definitely going to be a top man.
Can't wait to see you going next one.
Best of luck, bud.
Thank you, bud.
You're pretty fucking good at this.
