Yesterday at the Mubadala arena in Abu dhabi I became  Immaf World Champion in MMA for the second time 🥇. It was an incredible experience. Travelling and training with Team Ireland @immaaonline has really been so beneficial to my mindset and sense of belonging being around like minded people, especially the females,  making new friendships.
Day in day out ,morning, weekends, I get up early,  I put  in the work , I travel.  I train hard. It is not easy but the result reflected the work.
Huge thanks to my teammates @checkmatwaterford, morning and evening crew,for making my jiu-jitsu stand out on the world arena and also your support and encouragement .
To @therichieivory for bringing everything together for me in MMA and so much more. Love the tough talented crowd in Gorey.
