Markus was against fellow amateur fighter Gus Mckenzie, someone known for their amazing stand-up inside the octagon.

Gus was not afraid to stand toe to toe with Markus, resulting in an amazing back and forth fight 🔥

Markus was able to secure a triangle choke after 1 minute and 10 seconds in the second round by switching up the tempo and implementing his skills on the ground.
