Gavin Kelly (MMAF) v Blaine McGill (FAI)

A generational fight for the ages in Derry as one of the city’s MMA OGs makes a comeback to face one of the area’s rising stars for the pro lightweight belt. 

Both lads have previously claimed titles under the Chaos lights!

Gavin Kelly, who dominated local headline fights for years, is a former professional champion on the show at bantamweight and is a Cage Warriors veteran, finishing his stint in the yellow gloves on the win column some seven years ago. 

Despite the break, Kelly has never really left the sport and runs his own fight club in mid Ulster. The fitness fanatic is currently training for an ultra marathon. He’s literally in the shape of his life. 

Standing across the cage is a man with thunder in both his hands and feet, Derry favourite Blaine MvGill.

He made his pro debut with a first round TKO back in May but takes a huge step up in level when he faces Gavin. Despite that, he has promised promoters that this fight will not go the distance. 

Without doubt, this is the biggest local fight we’ve had on Chaos since Domz Bombs v Steve Owens way back in 2017.
