hey folks it's Paul sha here backstage at cage Legacy 23 we're just after witnessing a knockout by Kyo solivan so we're going to get to her later meanwhile we've got a man here with a cage Legacy welterweight felt Nick RI ranu how are you feeling with this [ __ ] B Moon I've worked very very hard for this past six seven weeks I I want to thank everyone in my team especially my coach uh Alexander Sullivan and my coach uh de Sullivan they they St through me to tick and T they understood when I went wrong and they helped me with everything I couldn't be happier and hard work do those pay off and now Nick that fight with Reno flid what I loved at the end of it was you two embrac each other because you two went toe for toe the pace did not stop at that fight it was 100 miles hour the whole way through you came out on top but what was your thinking as you were going through that fight did you know you had it in you to take this belt home 100% my coaches and any and everyone in my team especially Keith K Rossini Alexander o suvan and Jordan Bradshaw mainly because he's one of my very close friends that I've knew since I was very very young they've always taught me to believe in myself and trust my abilities which I had struggles doing before and of course this one I I do deep and I do exactly what I thought I was going to do I knew he's going to come over with heavy heavy wrestling pressure and I don't exactly what I practiced throughout in Camp I believe in with skill set and and pay dividends in the fight now Nick your corner were shouting at you the whole way through they were a passionate Bunch but what sort of training are you going through you're in incredible shape your conditioning is out of the this world everyone here was on their feet as you got that belt wrapped around you by Dollar deck tell us a bit about your training routine so first and foremost for the past six seven weeks I have to take time off work because usually i' be working day in and day out going over and training I had to take time off work and I had to train two three times a day and I want a big shout out to guys Fitness who pull me to the ringer every week that I've been to him he he told all of his love he taught all of us how to get fit he gave us all the right exercises and he pushed us through to our limit and I can't thank that person enough and other than that I want to thank myself and I want to thank Jordan Bradshaw he he told me a lot of things he told me to breed he he told me I'm going TR shun and everyone in my team but I want to thank that person especially and my friend over here Daniel L who St with me through all my losses come here for a second know when is f from Mr Nick ran who gave you a big shout out there what does this Bel mean to you everything bro this guy the amount of work I've seen this put training to F it was just unfortunate his last few fights he wasn't there mentally I see him locking fully told him a million times lock in bro and you've got it you going you're going to take it to the top exactly what he did I believe him since the start I told him you have it and he he went in there had it that don't get wrong that is a dog he's a bull you saying that's not easy person to beat if you can beat that St wrestling you can beat everyone saying that wrestling you in that wrestling Department he got a bit tired towards the end and like the F like come in swinging that's about it though you say he was a dog insane win insane there's no one that deserves that I swear to God to be fair to Reno Florida he gave it his all in that fight too but I feel for Nick this just brings Nick on another level what do you think 100% brings on another level only and he's not fought just no ones or people you don't know he's fought top top levels since the start he jump right into the deep top D who else I've always tried to fight people top experience F say he's there for everything's there for I've I've always tried to fight people that were better because my coaches told me if you're fighting people that won't give you a hard fight and won't put you to the wing and you're never going to learn so I've tried to fight people it might have not came my way I've always try to test myself because that's what I want I want to fight the best and I want to become the best and that's just how we have to do Nick I just want to say on behalf of cage Legacy congratulations that Bel looks great on your right man and congratulations to you too and listen I wish you all the best of the future all the best much
