Well yesterday I put up the joking post about me being arrested and having to go away for a bit because I'm too good at what I do 
As a true Irish man you put the pain behind jokes, but the truth is I've suffered from addiction for many years and the last 5/6 were bad the last two have been horrendous 
I'm going to rehab from today to march

It was all my own fault my own decisions, I was brought up well we weren't rich but we have everything we needed in a loving home but cocaine doesn't discriminate, your race, religion, gender or social status doesn't matter once it gets you it gets you and nothing else matters except that little white bag and trust me I know I'm not alone there's so many people in the same position or worse than me, I'm just glad I was able to make this decision to go away because a lot of people don't get to.

The second slide is people who have really helped me through this period @mel88mc_bmaa and @senan_coakley got me through my darkest times last Christmas 
Mel has always been there for the past few years for me and Senan Coakley what a guy animal in the cage but if that man cares he will go to hell and back 

@ncshooter_csp and @caoiltedebarramma have been absolute legends throughout this whole time the weekly conservations we'd have really helped me through 

@gemma_fightingfit is just fucking mental 😂 but also such a good person who's really helped and given advice or a kick up the arse if need (also happy birthday)

@brianmanning_mma one of the people who would check on me when I disappear trying to see how I was because we are going to the UFC together in our respective positions fighter and media and we still will, We've both taken little set backs recently but it's only a short detour in the long journey 

@michaeljcronnelly is someone who I've always had great time for and what he's done for me recently I won't say but trust me what's he done he'll never truly know how much it means 

It's not just limited to these people there's so many more that's I'd talk to but I don't think I could literally tag them all I'll tag a few above but everyone that's been involved knows who they are anyway.
