🥊🔥 OLD-SCHOOL IRISH MMA LEAGUE VIBES ARE BACK!

At Midlands Combat League 1, we're bringing back that old-school Irish MMA League style of competition, giving developing fighters the opportunity to put their MMA skills to the test in a safe, controlled environment 👊

No cage. No ring. Just two athletes competing on a 6m × 6m open mat, looking to outwork, control and submit their opponent.

🥊 NO-HEADSHOTS MMA

Our ruleset is designed to help athletes develop skills that actually transfer to MMA competition.

🔥 Striking to set up your takedowns
🤼 Wrestling, pressure and top control
💪 Groundwork, positional dominance and submissions
🥊 No headshots, allowing athletes to focus on skill development and gaining experience

✅ Kids, Teens, Adults & Masters
✅ Beginner through to Advanced divisions
✅ Minimum 2 MMA matches guaranteed
✅ Opportunities to compete in Submission Wrestling and K1 Kickboxing on the same day

Whether you're preparing for your first MMA competition or looking to gain more experience, this is an opportunity to put the different parts of your game together against athletes of a similar level.
