Don't get me wrong, like, in the like moments afterwards, when you first, like, it sucks ass, mate. You know, I was fuming, I was like, fuck, fuck. But at the end of the day, man, like, how you feel about something that happened in the past is not going to change what happened, you know what I mean? You can only change your demeanour and your sort of viewpoint on it going forward. not only that, but losses happen, you know, I've had worse and more losses happened in my life before I ever started martial arts at BJJ. You know, losses, everyone has losses in their lives, whether it's losing a loved one, whether it's fucking, you know, losing a job, losing whatever, losing a house, losing anything, anything, losing something sentimental to you. Do you know what I mean? The losses aren't going to happen. The difference is with MMA losses. It's like, yeah, your ego takes a dump because you've lost a fight to another guy. But end of the day, like I've won loads of fights. I've done that to someone else. And also, like I get the chance in a few months to go and get a win back, you know, like if you lose a loved one, that's that's it. You don't get them back. They're gone. That's it. That's the end of that. And so there's bigger losses that you can suffer in life that just losing an MMA contest because guess what? In like two, three weeks, no one gives a fuck. Everyone's watching the UFC. Everyone's watching the next event, the next soccer gone, the next PFL event, whatever the fuck else, you know, and UFC's on this weekend, I believe, you know, after that, like, everyone was fucking talking about the Germany game that same night in the World Cup, do you know what I mean like so people just move on like no one's arsed the only one that like will really be arsed about losing that fight in a week or two is you if you let it affect you in that way but like I mean like we spoke of um
