What You Need to Know: 
• A 20-week beginner MMA program combining boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, and jiu-jitsu. 
• No prior experience needed. Every class is structured from day one on fundamentals. 
• At the end of the 20 weeks, there is an optional fight night finale: a fully sanctioned amateur MMA event. 
• You just need to show up.

This is the Altar Warrior training program at SPG Cork.
Just over 1,000 adults over the last 10 years have completed this program and let me tell
you this, not one of them has ever regretted doing it.
This is a 20 week beginner MMA program where it combines boxing with kickboxing, wrestling
and jiu-jitsu and you don't need to have any prior experience because every class is
structured from day one fundamentals. You just need to show up. At the end of the
20 weeks there's an optional fight night finale. It's a fully sanctioned
amateur MMA event. If you feel that you could step into the cage and have a
crack off it then we'll provide that platform for you. But either way you get
in 20 weeks you're already a warrior. Season 16 of Alta kicks off right here in
SPG Cork on July 20th. Limited spaces they're gonna go fast so get your name on
