I'm gonna be going live with Yannick McGee, he's someone I've had on quite a bit,
someone I've had a good relationship with, taught me a lot about nutrition
and I still don't do what he says but yeah so we're gonna have him on,
we're just gonna have a bit of a catch up, like I said he's someone I've had on a lot,
so what's up Gemma, uh versus in here Alex Murray, Daniel, Daniel what's up,
so we're gonna see he should be in here any minute now, Peter what's happening,
haven't spoken to Peter in a long time. Jacob Doris, I may text you actually. Yeah, so big weekend,
next weekend, two shows, Elite and Gladiator, Gladiator Ireland, and yeah, so that'll be that
for the end of the year, then I don't think there's any more ever-made shows. Next March is
absolutely madness. I'll put a post up later. Every weekend in March five weekends there's shows
then in April the next weekend there's rats so you've got five six weekends in a row
where there's going to be shows so anyone involved in referee media cut teams say goodbye to your
families for that month. Gary Morris was happening down in Cork at elite, but Gary
in person had a great time, really good person so what's up man yeah really really good personally
also Marco's gonna be fighting on gladiator this weekend or the weekend coming so who's this
