The seminar will cover the fundamentals of MMA rules, how different aspects of Silat can be adapted for the MMA environment, and how traditional Silat techniques can be applied effectively within a modern combat sports setting.

It’s a great opportunity to bridge traditional martial arts with the realities of competitive MMA and explore how the two disciplines can work together.
