Leon Davies (Ryano Limavady, 1-2) v Vitor Ribeiro (GFS Team Galway, Debut)

Two skilled grapplers make the walk in a fight that has the makings of a technical affair, as BJJ purple belts Davies and Ribeiro clash.

Vitor is a senior grappler at Galway based GFS and is helping build an army of fighters on the west coast. He’s leading the way by entering the cage in Derry.

Despite his opponent’s record, this isn’t an easy debut into the foray of mixed martial arts for the Portuguese athlete.

Leon was once seen as future BJJ star across Ireland during his teens before he made the transition into MMA and is still finding his feet inside the cage. 

Both lads very much still at the beginning of their mixed martial arts careers.
