okay what's the story goes and welcome to a brand new episode of energized today we have a very special guest on the show we have the host of house of Ruby podcast Ireland and also heartthrob Andrew Trimble how you doing hard throw nice fun fellas yeah fresh to me you know looking a bit fresh my wife cut my hair the other day so she job she did all right I had tidy up there a little bit but yeah all good a heartthrob is it is a stretch but that's very very kind of you fellas like thanks for the Tommy Bowden boy in the hot when we're saying he was cool looking he didn't my no I'm sure I'm sure he's probably more familiar with that sort of been in true but I listened to the poll the the Tommy podcast I was great you're doing great stuff fellows thanks we go who knows to where we need to get the other one you know yeah you have the balance things up on the left yeah there was a great there was a great story tommy was telling us about you Andrew that air he has 69 Casper around the new of 70 he was being a humble that because he's got 69 69 Ireland caps but he's also got five maybe four or five Lions caps on table so he's got he's really seven in bed the truth out of me he was to go for you to get in the car moment was he exactly yeah no no told me obviously tell me I tell me and I go way back so we I don't know he might I know he said this we were very good for each other we were bad for each other at times and that we we fell we had some serious fall on site on the page on the training product everywhere really but we got the best out of each other and we were good me its thread a lot so he was he was certainly Eva's brilliant for me and he moved away to Ospreys for a while and then that competitiveness never really never really died down because even when we were playing Ospreys you know it was even more competitive than ever so great and great competitor unbelievable player and I was very lucky to have that influence whenever I was playing yeah just a quick question Andrews well and that's way like I never even thought about this but also and apparently people see who's the top goal scorer and then obviously when you see in the program twelve or chrome fourteen now at the top choice for us would you always try and be would you always see who's on top and try and catch them and not really my to be firm um I didn't really score that many tries like four for Ireland thanks something like 16 17 tries in 70 caps isn't a master isn't a great return school a lot of tries in the European Cup and then obviously the likes of Tommy Tommy's leading away maybe Craig Gilroy Tim Visser a lot of those guys are kind of leading away in the lepre 14 but no I didn't really score that I didn't really show that many tries you could you can if you come take couple of conclusions there I better read the game very well or claim the center's but yeah Ben ascenders yeah Blair would rescues rubbish was make those for his choice exactly yeah the you should stay your holes were there exactly highlights highlights and gloves that was a simple simple period of hours will be led by disco he put me on your chin your training bag and he's like you have to wear them and the or that's it yeah the the gloves was a weird weird period I'm trying to think of like famous like glove wears and Brock James the Australian guy who played at come on honey good was a glove where yeah I know Driscoll I think that three of them the three boys just going out at whenever the nobody died off for everyone else and they were still wearing their gloves he was a strange one dude was neat just like strange physique for someone who played a slight half of me was like a bar oh he was yeah and I think as his career went on he kind of got he got bigger and bigger but I think it's gotta shows how I talented he is and you know his his distribution is past him in his kickin we're both incredible and he he he was a like he did it he did the wrongs of a few different clubs I made a big mark everywhere he went and played a little bit bringing them as well so he knows the game very well he's an old school he's one of the last kind of old school rugby players he's probably not maybe as athletic as a as a Johnny Sexton as I'm far but he was guy he just relax mr. distribution and his kickin serious role be playin serious left a big impact on River a once ya big boot on a money even for sure he wasn't in the times which is you know a lot to say it's really yeah massive yeah I don't know I don't know what way it was nice how they come I can't recall that kind of period of English rugby but yeah he was certainly in the mix a few times and it was his but yeah it was a big kind of a welfare drool especially for Leicester if you've got a big boot there that's a short pitch and he he turned a lot of wingers to find a lot of grass and behind guys and tortured a lot of back three so yeah some some player yeah speaking of clothes I and II you you play for Ulster and only Ulster from 2005 2018 what's like just being a like a woman I wouldn't be a woman was it what's the phrase woman talk yeah oh man welcome [Laughter] yeah yeah I uh to be fair I only got maybe one or two opportunities to go elsewhere and it didn't look good a couple of things but for me it was always well I grew up playing school rugby and Ulster my dad was a little bit player and my dad kind of always encouraged me and he brought me along to Ulster game Ireland games and for me I was such a big fan growing up and I'm such a big Ulster fund specifically I always kept options open just to see what was right there and I always liked the idea of maybe plan in France at some stage but for me the idea of the thought of potentially Ulster potentially winning something whenever I wasn't there just the threat of that just tormented me and it wasn't really worth the gamble but and as well as I I kind of felt really comfortable i wife's from here we were very sad old and my wife's a doctor and she and she's obviously you know her career is very important to her as well and yeah it would have had to been something special to have moved away and and then obviously the way things are with us with Ulster but the way things are with Ireland if you can be as talented as a zebu and still not be considered for selection then then it's really not going to happen to me personally ever got away with it playing elsewhere and then still being picked for Ireland was Johnny sex and then Johnny Saxons one of the kind so that Ireland would have been gone all together and for me I got a lot of joy towards the end of my career with Ireland I'm so glad I stuck around because it was worth the wait zero regrets no zero regrets I do I don't regret but I wish maybe I could have played somewhere else whenever I finished up somewhere 2018 so nearly two years ago nine that's mean literally two seasons gone I was looking at going to second division team at France at the time and I for me it was more about just the lifestyle played a little bit early with a little bit a little bit less pressure then it would have been used to I just get back to just enjoying Roby and its pure sense but no no strings attached no no was not a high-profile you know second division of France you know nobody give me a hard time I forgive me things didn't go well just come back and I was me and a family and we just enjoy the lifestyle that was that was my plan and then what whatever where I worked I my back was give me a better father a few injuries and I was getting slower and slower now how kind of thought it wasn't any work there's an opportunity here business-wise it came up that I wanted to get into as well so I don't have any regrets but it would have been a nice thing to have done for a year or two for yes for me for Robbie Robbie wise but more for the family kind of just just chilling out and just enjoying a couple years before getting into the real world and I was there any other talk of you going to any bill or provinces whether it be Lancer monster and Canucks and I know you know I'm drew Conway web skew and black rock and he's down a monster was there any tops that been you saved in your hair or no not realistically or not not at all actually no I never and there was never an approach or never had any conversations to move from provinces again I was reading Rory best autobiography their last few days so it's a Kim ID and I didn't I didn't realize that lanstrom even approach to him is Michael checkered whenever he was moving on so he would have been going in he would have been going to Leinster the time whenever Schmidt arrived and then that was the start of that kind of cool Neera which is still going on today it was really a little bit of a dip for a couple of years but yeah can you imagine the amount of he would have been sitting ribbing sitteth your highly-decorated Irish international but also you know lots of domestic stuff lots to European Cups um I think what a bit beside keaneally untyped very long as well which would be amazing formidable formidable front row ridiculous front row yeah but but I need these things happen you know and Rory might have become the person he became or the leader he became had he not had a little bit more adversity you know a few difficult times at Ulster where he had to dig deep and show a little bit more leadership and maybe that developed the character that you know we all know who Rory is in the implant he's had on anybody around him maybe ask because of you know if he had it all laid on and if it was just when when non-stop freelancer then he might have had to dig deep and about that character but yeah I find that understand I always financially see what's going on behind the scenes with guys and clubs chapter guys and there'll be a few surprises out there I'm certainly not much what that was one and I know Rory wouldn't wouldn't regret that for a minute because he's Ostrom and three and three and we're obviously right prior to him as well and just on Rory best there I'll see you played under some fantastic captain's boat for Ulster on Ireland where would he rate the best captain's do you've ever played under oh he's right up there I think what he's accomplished in the last few years and on how he's managed to squeeze performances no he's he's 30 he 37 night yeah I'm right up until the end he was still going strong and he was driving his career he's had to build them other other aspects of his game that that he felt like you know as you get a little bit older than you lose a little bit of that dynamic kind of leg drive or the ability to carry a ball or offload that wasn't a big that wasn't a big strength of his so he had to develop other strengths and leadership's and what he communicates to the team and he led by example more often than not but also he was happy to put his hand up and call people light and demand standards so that's I mean it's the same way you would describe O'Driscoll or carnal Johnny sacks and all the all the big names all the big leaders that we know but there's just like subtle ease and differences in the way they go about it and it's hot it's hard to describe until you actually just see these guys in action but those those guys have one thing in common and whenever they speak people listen and they they follow on the mound of the pitch and they they fold them in in whatever they're directing them to do so they get the better their teammates and worry was certainly one that did that yeah so respect is earned not given as well yeah absolutely yeah Roy I think whenever you know what do you think about like you know a famous story about Rory is whenever I think with the old box in the All Blacks in Dublin I think it was Rory procas broke his arm broke his arm and then he went to clear out a rock and I'm straight after and it was just auto pilot he just knew what he had to do for the team and that was clearing out a rock with a broken arm and then he and then he kind of went off with his arm in a sling so if you know as tom was prepared to do that for you and then you're prepared to give a lot more and certainly he we knew he was prepared to do so we we give a lot more back as well URI really was fun past a cop man I don't think he has point those arm you'll almost be underrated in terms of Katherine almost just because he followed O'Connell on O'Driscoll there may be sort of slightly sexier captains in a way in terms of their name I think Rory think almost of that cause he was such a leader by example you know when you're sitting I hold on the cage you don't see all the hard work in the background back equal team and he doesn't seem as variable as the others before look man let on them to Brownstown six nations photos zoom in for me like he'd always be one of the best for crystalline she's ever seen it's probably up there with Keith Ward really really unlike some people might think that speck on first say what like Rory best Scott job boom yeah I don't think that's controversial at all I think obviously Keith would was was a massive part of our trophy and a big turning point in our show be as well were professional professionalism I just come in and and he kind of managed it to make Carol be professionalism when he certainly played his part so no one's no one's discontent what Keith wood is done he's I'm sure we would say this he's an iconic Irish hooker and Irish leader and Irish captain but equally you gonna go but we're always done and you know he's the the first on the second Irish captain's ever be the All Blacks first Irish captain never be set off again so I forgot first Irish captain to ever beat the big three South Africa Australia New Zealand in one calendar year Grand Slam 2018 captain and then being part of the grand slam 2009 it goes on and on Mikey's accomplished so much and as you say he's accomplished it with a slightly lower profile than the beer Driscoll on O'Connell so there's a lot to be said for that and he hung in there and managed to manipulate his game and contribute what he can from a personal perspective as well I suppose what he was doing from the team but yeah he'll I think he'll be remembered very very funny and I shall be yeah he's left both rugby and solve yourself and maybe he's left a void there in terms of leadership and also see if you do very well this season they're inter second in their sort of standings and pro 14 hair just needs he also repeat kicking on after Rory's left I think Americans coming over and Shearer you think that he'll look for that he just lat yeah I think so that you know attend Billy burns it's gone really well for for Ulster and without kind of 910 partnership it's been handy for Billy that someone like John can he stepped up and he's provided a lot of direction there and a lot of a lot of the play can it goes through Cooney so but that little lamb pairing has worked well and more generally down McFarland's had a big impact and do we impede on Suber all these guys I think about a lot in terms of what's going on with Ulster Roby you can see him a massive turn right I was concerned that last year almost because things have been super for a couple years I was I thought that maybe McFarland's first year it's the one year that you get a little bit of a gimme and you don't have to achieve too much almost um but they played so well all season they got the quarter-final they really were the best team on the pitch whenever they got beat by Leinster and the Aviva for just a massive big big performance but again fell short again - that's the aging competing with the best team in Europe it was a big step up so I think as a result then I don't think Don McFarland or the rest the Ulster coaching staff or the team for that matter would I don't think they would get the same grace period if their victim of their own success they've got that level so now everybody expects supporters and everything expect them to continually get to that level so it's a shame that of you know what's happened this season because going to go on to Toulouse will be in a career challenge for that Ulster side and the a little bit of a tip that I think of peopIe Ospreys you know a couple months ago away from away from home which was a bit of a shame stole their momentum a little bit but in Europe they've been incredible incredible on Europe's you know I think the proof 14 is great know and it's you know there's just not the same pressure that there is in the Premiership from Austria 43 it's all about Europe and again the quarter-final they're getting the chance to impress so yeah it's a real shame but I think I'll start kicking on nicely and I'm Sean like there are they're they're starting to be able to compete with the big boys in Europe but competing with them is grounds we've done that for years we've always just every now and again we beat not a lesser the RTS would be a monster and and Romans but we've never done it regularly and we've rarely done we've done it once in a knockout stage or a big game and that was in 2012 the quarter-final way I Thurmond so we've never also have never done it consistently they've never been taken seriously to be taken seriously yeah they have to do it on a big stage not quite or you have to do it consistently and all sort of never doing done that so over the next couple years we're getting to find out if we turn the corner who do you think's been ulcers most andö player as well this year John he's been incredible he just looks like he's thrive and he looks like his heels up plan was so much confidence and he just looks like he's enjoying Belfast Marcel could see it you can say what you want about decision-makers and subtlety and deception and keeping your weight and playing with Pearce and you know all that all that creative stuff is great let's get creative let's get themes defensively chasing their tails let's be really clever and I'd smart teams fine but let's win a game line and you know how you want to gain line Marcel could see yeah he just he's just incredible and you cannot win a rugby match without someone who wins Gihon lines Marceau could see and it's triple cross fear the two guys you do for Ulster so for me Cooney for his creativeness creativity and did the two the two big fellas McCloskey and could see yeah well actually think Milewski was all lucky not together in the Six Nations astern 1512 and then I feel like if it was inferred sort of so I was like he can't have sex unable Murray John Cooney was the informed on going to the Six Nations and I thought like maybe he was gonna actually get that starch as well I thought they were both unlucky not to get it yeah I think they were I think I think they were lucky you think they just need to get lucky they just need to get get a break and perform well neither of them I think Cooney came off the bench I don't know what game it was but we saw him for about 10 minutes and we saw like the Six Nations the Test match version of the European form that he's been doing all year know it's like a different game plan maybe not so much European but prime crew 14 is like a different game from playing international but European even it's still closer to that and it is international it's a different style of game more physical last time more of an arm-wrestle proper test match stuff and whenever it comes to that and becomes a lot of the strengths of Murray and kicking him his ability to manage the game and I thought we saw just little glimpses of Kearney doing that really well and if he can do that and if he can get 60 minutes or if he gets a start were Murray's unfit or whatever whatever happens if he gets a prereq and he can prove that he can do that which I'm pretty confident he can yeah then I think that's it then and if I'll go right no I trust you now it's time to it's time to put a bit of faith in you seem from a cloth ski for me he's branched out and he's out it's so much this game he's just so unlucky he bet there are about five world-class centers in Ireland Gary Regan loses the first knee I'm dying Chris Farrell's incredible and he's got a lovely balance a little bit like kind of what I was gonna say about McCloskey just adding to his game he's got lovely subtlety of hand delivery skills but serious leg drive as well in contact Bondi a key really good defensively but really good with with with ball on hand as well links very well yeah Robbie Henshaw you know it's it just the less is analyst and I think that's just lucky for first - that any other I think any other countries to be getting loads eg in time but it just so happens that back row and center or where Ireland are really really strong and he's been a victim of that just before we actually get into your esteem if we could round up the you're also a groupie experience well be like your biggest highlight for claim for also be for Ulster I kind of touched on it there but 2012 we got to the European Cup final and that was a season where everything clicked unfortunately we met and Leinster side that we're absolutely home and they're in their prime it was proper Jewish mitt territory where if they get the ball they go through fees after fees after fees and you never get the ball back and there's something there's something and you whenever they got the ball you just know this is we're never they're gonna score three points or five points or seven points and there's nothing we can do about it and there's something devastating about that so that that mindset broke us a little bit and Leinster we're just so so good it's probably the best Lester sign I've ever seen apart from maybe the last last season to be did something similar on to sure Lancaster but for me that that season was one of those ones were everything everything tech for us and we just we were just winning winning big games won in European games we managed to qualify away from home filmin park and the quarter-final and we beat monster and it was just one loose one of those memories I look back and think we we rarely rarely if ever else did it and that was one of the ones where I kind of cherish we went into the lion's den and I'm beat them like when Wendy I received probably back in the day not too much nowadays it's not as much of a fortress but for a period of time no one went to filming in Europe I'm gonna win we did it so that was a big highlight and we beat Edinburgh semifinal don't hire Edinburgh managed to Canton semi final thought for us and then we just got so we could have got reponsible done but I have far far better side and in the final in Leinster but that season for me which was a big memory a big game because I and fairness monster are a bit like your beloved Liverpool at Anfield I mean there are 14 to be at home but I tell us this Andrew what is a who's the best player you've played against in all surgery and who's the best player you play against in our lenders e for Ireland best player ever play against was mils Muliaina for New Zealand he made his way gather all market yeah he means ready go wide and sign for call it for a couple of years not sure ever played against somebody who's got past his best at that stage but something unbelievably chomp them very very special with him best player ever played against with Ulster probably could be an all-stars and hey well be tell me who actually a kid have been the best team that we ever played against was Leicester that day and Johnny was pulling the strings so Johnny would be off there and then Saracens the the best side that we just we never beat them in any knockout stage we played them for maybe four or five times and always got beat and for them it was always been a puller on fire so gonna pull it all in final - gee Johnny Saxton they're the best persons what IH bill you'd be just cool to stand as well yeah yeah I'd say they're probably ones are actually helping off with the season being Council yeah definitely in their lives anyway so they were just going please please be a global pandemic and then we can get on with their lives in the championship next year then on G major your debut from 2004 that's correct is it that's right yeah yeah who's that against and where was that exactly that was against Australia the old Lansdowne Road no messin in with the big boys straightaway and with the big boys yeah and I was a youngster I just turned 21 and I was 13 I'm strangely played 13 for about a year he looks like a bit low risk okay things so this was the the autumn after the summer were they were bored Brian get dumped on his head on shoulder with the Lions bye-bye you manga and me allow me belonging whatever names and so he was like so I'm so I got my opportunity played 13 I know is he knew I knew how big a star Brown Driscoll was so I was feeling the pressure as it was in the run-up to the game and when I've selected a 13 you know always he felt like I had big shoes to fill but in the run-up to the game there was a fire and the in the terrace on one end at the old Lansdowne Road so um their structures were insecure so they don't allow any spectators in so instead of filling up with spectators they put a massive banner of O'Driscoll on the terrace in one end so I was already feel me eight because I had to play thirteen and replace wood basically so even more so it's just a big reminder this is this is who should really be better so good luck and then as you say the big boys was playing against a lot of D kiri and this is back come on Cyril winner yeah well yeah you spend he spent 13 no you were playing he was drops a normal don't be like yeah yeah I know you realize that I seek I remember I was playing against a member of he was 13 or or in the wing my dad sent me we did this promotion for proof 14 for premier spoon and I'm show us your show us your shirt and dad sent me a picture of the display in my mom and dad's Hall at home and I submit my pic my jersey and Lolly Chakiris Jersey and Chris Lea thermos birthday Steve Martin leaving Arkham ya think I think he was before trading so they were so mock me maybe maybe Andrew Mitchell I'd love to go back actually and see exactly what that team was but I remember Chris Lee at them specifically Liam and Laura to Kerry came over to me after the year and I'm security went our first task congratulations the latter for you so so signed of the both of them they were it was mine these guys are legends when I was a youngster wasn't that they both came over lift him was like you know congratulations great first test happy days went on to carry that took off his jersey and give me and I went to give him mine he said no hold onto it to be silly so that I've got both of them displayed up a moment outside home so really nice nice introductions don't strain on the deep end like physically in terms of rugby a tough introduction and international rugby but can off the pitch a really nice way and an appreciation of how big a moment that was for me and my career in my life my family and also lovely lovely touch from them boys where you're at yeah but when were you told that you're gonna be the starting the starting model it would have been would've been probably Tuesday Tuesday yeah she's gonna be selected yeah did you did your all your friends and family home to watch yeah every much yeah yeah everyone everyone come down and it was a big yeah I was a big moment yeah the most amazing I knew who you partner with the other day in centre at Gordon Darcy corn bars Oh a leash had an experience found on me and so idea yeah yeah absolutely so it would have been stringer Oh God Darcy myself call me in one wing Mikey yeah shaggy or Dennis probably Shaggy and think and then Jordan Murphy at 15 see so much routine when you think back well it's not yeah yeah because Tony ball was only tell you that or Tommy has we refer to must Argo may I was only saying the Jordan Murphy's when the best players ever played with mmm he certainly be up there right very very talented and I told me and I probably both got appreciation about when we were youngsters just coming in there and just seeing hi hi skillfully is and some of the stuff he's doing some of his little trick shots you know very very creative and very far ahead of his time yeah he was he was he was something else I was nice to play with him and create loud as well weird he was very very good at let me only fellas feel welcome feel like we're a part of it and feeling like we're a part of the team and it's nice to have him there yeah the demo actually went on to be part of two World Cup squads as well in 2007 in 2011 which one was did you have a better experience in all 2011 by a mile by a mile 2007 was famously just just the World Cup that never really got cool and our whole prep was cur where we were staying and was per the food was / and everybody just felt like they wanted to wanted to get home our performances were / Argentina were on fire France were on fire and then we just we just got hammered move through those games we very nearly got beat by Georgia and their 2011 was just a different different different world altogether I went to New Zealand we spent a few days finding her feet and seeing the site and doing lots of fun stuff down in Queenstown then every few days they kept us busy kept us occupied kept kept campus stimulated and excited and and joy and enjoying the novelty of a world cup and joined each other's company and then that kind of all culminated in whenever we beat Argentina Australia in Eden Park and then we got beat by wheels obviously in the quarter-final but that World Cup was so much more positive than so much more fun to be at I I was on the bench the whole world cup really which was a little bit disappointment for me because it felt like it was playing well but it was just one of those things I was still enjoying being part of it and you we were we were performing pretty well it was disappointing in the end the week got beat by wheels not quarterfinal because that would have been nice opportunity to kick on I think wheels got beat by France then and the semi-final that was the the game were someone got someone go red card is not Kim no fish rings a bell anyway that was like him so it would have been a nice nice way to go but there wasn't to be but still great experience being at that World Cup 2011 and so yeah under just just oh yeah have you asked you about the current squad we have and [Music] awesome news first Tyler I know you knew that you were on the bench and from Darko you think sometimes if you are versatile as a back and complain in a few different the hard time - my handle on the bench just because you know a bit like oh we put a Trimble on the bench chief play their center or wing simple but you know goes the pattern selection a County it can definitely go against you it people talk you know it's a nice he's a he's a useful number 23 or number 22 it used to be mark then but yeah it's it's a shame that that's that's thought of I think most most adjustable and often they think well he may be better at three or four positions but he's better at all those than that guy or that guy mmm so yeah I think it's a little bit of a shame that that's that's considered considered the case but the other thing is it's nice to bring someone off the bench to add a better impact people talk about finishers nowadays they the importance of guys in the bench it's gone through the roof now and you know someone to come on the last half hour you can do a lot more on that half hour then you can do in the first fifty sometimes because the game listens up and guys coming on with fresh legs can come out a little bit and especially we've got a little bit of X Factor as well but I never really have much much X Factor so I didn't have to figure it out too much but yeah it's a shame it's a shame there's guys like that and they probably mess out in a bit it'll be from and when you look at the current to the winners that I don't have the oh yeah Conway have stopped there you have Earl's maybe Jacob low coming into the second half is here I think you'll be eligible playground who do you think starts for Island there those four yeah yeah there's a lot of competition I hundred common ways fly-in this year and it's great to see someone like him because he showed a lot of promise early on with Leinster and I'm not sure I'm not sure what happened why we spoke to him in the podcast wanna back with this but he he always he always was a fan of monster obey so he you know shot on the road when he got the chance and really it big home for him became his own problems very very quickly he seldom very well Conway's flying at the minute hmm he's worked really hard to get back into the picture and he shoot a lot of consistency so I think he deserves to get credit for that but then you look at guys like like Jacob Stockdale um again little bit of a different form but still he's still guy who scored try bags and bags who tries and you know they try he scored at work on the try scored against the All Blacks he's he's accomplished massive things and he'll only get better as well as he gets more mature and more experienced as you say James Lew that's gonna be fascinating to see how he fits and yeah he's a real crowd favorite isn't he he's a big time you always hear about them sometimes journalists would be can I hide spoke and avoid and foreigners coming over and then qualifying for Ireland he'll be an interesting one because sometimes get you know journalist has given off about guys but James Lee who was the guy that everyone loves so it'll be a tough case to make for anybody to you know be disappointed by him me involved first of all because the character he is everybody loves them but also what he does in the pitch he's got a serious ax factor only adds a lot and sometimes you could be inclined to think that a little bit of X Factor is exactly what I would need because they've got a lot of structure a lot of consistent performers doing their jobs like just just doing really really good jobs but nothing remarkable you add teams low into the mix they're there and he can Higa do something special so it's better and better so that's why I kind of felt it took me a long time to get to get in there to feel established or feel like I was a part of it and then that was kind of that all came to a head in Paris in 2014 whenever I just felt I just felt great I just felt like I was really really in the middle of everything that was going going well with the team and I was just class to be involved in an occasion like that then we kicked on that was a massive highlight I'm going to there so I forgot 2000 2016 on tour and win and dine-in and Cape Town was incredible when I'm with 14 man it was amazing and then they automatically beaten New Zealand in Chicago was a massive massive occasion that I was incredible and I always think you do remember the occasions but you don't remember them necessarily because of the staff or their then whatever was the data or the wind or whatever first win and never ever long you remember the occasions because the people he shared them with and the team was filled with great lads at the time and for me it was just good to have such good memories of people sitting around roof and under pencils for all your time a you're brilliant Esteban and I know you don't
