James Gallagher appears on The Energized Show ahead of his return at 971 FC in Dubai on 14 June 2025. He describes roughly seven months away from competition focused on nutrition, strength work, sobriety, and mixed training in Dubai with Carl Keller and the 971 team, plus sessions in Ireland with Nathan McGillian, Sebastian Torres, Nuri, Decky Molen, Kieran Brady, and Ryan Roddy. He says he is now a free agent after leaving PFL, grateful for past Bellator opportunities including multiple 3Arena headliners, but relieved to join a fighter-first setup with Munir Laziz and 971 FC after years of contract and personal turmoil in the United States. Gallagher explains Carl Keller introduced him to Munir, they shook on a deal, and he is in Dubai about two weeks before facing Fabricio Suarez at Coca-Cola Arena. He outlines corner support from Carl Keller and Nathan McGillian, plans to stay active with a possible boxing match a few months later and another 971 show late in 2025, and openness to a title shot if it is available. He also reflects on rolling with Alain Sterling early in his career, recent Thailand training with Coach Woody and Owen Skullion, bulking to about 84 kilos, and his ambition to become a major name in the UAE market.

Diana Joy. Someone say, "Are you ready?" Are you ready? Okay, here we go. It's time. Okay. What's going on, guys? And welcome to a brand new episode of Energized, brought to you by Orings Competitions. Russ, are you intoxicated or something? Introduce the guest, man. Today we have global superstar, Globe Trotder, the one and only. It's the Straanimal. It's James Gallagher. James, how are you doing, bud? I'm good, boys. It's a pleasure to be on as always. Thank you very much for having me. No, thank you for the time for making time to speak to us. Um, James, it's been a hot minute since uh we spoke to you. It's been a hot minute since we've seen you in the cage. tell us what's going on in the life of the straanimal. To be honest, not not much, but a lot at the same time. Do you know what I mean? So, for the last seven months, boys, I've been just [ __ ] uh keeping the head down. So, I have [ __ ] honing in on all my nutrition, all my strength conditioning training. And then I've been back I've been out in Dubai for a good bit doing a lot of jiu-jitsu training, a lot of striking training with Car Keller and then mixing in with all the lads at 971. Then also I've been home training as well a lot with uh Nathan McGillian and then we've been going up to Sebastian Torres's and Nuri training with the likes of Decky Molen Kieran Brady all all those boys up there and then also been going up to Ryan Roddy's and odd night a week as well and stuff. So, it's been uh it's been good, boys. It's been good. I feel feel like I've been uh growing a lot. So, I have grown a lot, you know what I mean? Mixing it up, new ideas, new forms of training, and just kind of back in the mix. Do you know what I mean? And it's been great. But also, while I've been doing that, I've been just laying low, keeping the headlines, focus, family time, do you know what I mean? Just working on on myself. And it's uh it's been great. And it it's really showed like cuz usually it's like [ __ ] you know what I mean? Obviously, I've been in contract since we [ __ ] motion since I've been 18 years old or whatever. Yeah. So, it's kind of like you have a big fight and then there's a couple weeks off and then you're getting ready for the next one. So, that that being a part, do you know what I mean? That being away now, not not being there. I was able to just take the last seven months and like haven't had a drink of alcohol in over seven months. Not that I was ever drink any but you'd have been fighting. You'd have went out for a few nights and celebrate it. then you' have been back into training camp is where now it's kind of just been like smooth sailing. Do you know what I mean? Having absolutely nothing nothing wrong for my body has been going into it. Sleeping, eating correct, training correct and just uh in a really good place, man. So, I'm really happy and uh really really happy with the way things are. Glad to be out in my contract of PFL and very happy to be on the UAE market now with Minura and all the guys at 971. Yeah, absolutely, James. And it's great to see you in good spirits because I feel like maybe the last three or four years there's constantly been something made at the forefront or in the background that's like sort of been unsettled for you. Like I know like when you were over training in the States, you know, like there was issues with like James Krauss's gym and like like that went on with the UFC and stuff like that. And then obviously, you know, you're with Bellator and things are going great with Bellator and then when PFL and Bellator merger came, you know what I mean? Like I don't know. I felt like you were left on the sidelines at times. You know what I mean? Like obviously, you know, they they didn't want to front up the cash for the Straban, you know what I mean? That that that seems to be the the ongoing trend. The the top Bellator stars weren't getting booked for whatever reason. But it's great seeing now sort of uh I'm going to assume you're is this a one fight deal? Are you free agent at the moment? Yeah, I'm a free agent so but uh I'm going to be sticking here with the lads. there's going to be more shows on 971 but but the way that they work here boys is it's a fighter first company do you know what I mean so the way it is is like yeah you fight for us but if there's an opportunity come arises that is good for you to take we'll help you get ready for it do you know what I mean so it's like it's [ __ ] just like a weight off me shoulders to actually have somebody like a good team on my side that's actually wants the best for my career as much as of what I do is where when I was in America, as you say, with the James Cris, you know what I mean? I had a great situation going there. It all went [ __ ] pear-shaped and then had my own personal stuff going on with with my son and all this stuff which I'm still fighting for yet and it's just been a lot, you know what I mean? And it's kind of was constantly walking around looking over my shoulder, do you know what I mean? People were coming at me from every direction and it was [ __ ] hard hard graft. And then when you're doing that there and then you're trying to prepare to go and fight some of the best fighters in the world and then the promotion and stuff then when the change over came it's like all right well now you are trying to sb me. So not not only was that my little escape from everything to go and do something that I love. It's kind of like made me just hate the sport. You know what I mean? I was like [ __ ] this. You know what I mean? The money is nice. That's nice. But there's a lot more to life than that. Do you know what I mean? And and and them two get separated to get out of all that there to come over here. Do you know what I mean? There's some great guys over here. And they they kind of like uh took me in, helped me out with all them contract stuff and and got got me in a really good situation going on. And I just feel like now I'm back on top of the world and and on like a new market to be able to go and show what I'm really about. You know what I mean? is where then for the last you say three to four years if you can see like I just wasn't out there the way that I could be because I couldn't because anything that I did always had like someone at the far side trying to take it away or find a flaw to come and hit me at a different angle. So I had to be looking over my shoulder to [ __ ] make sure that what I was saying what I was doing and it was just a [ __ ] headache. Do you know what I mean? But at the end of the day, I'm a fighter and I had that mindset and nobody's going to get in my way to stop me from going anywhere that I I want to be and and it just took me a few years to get it done and and now I'm here. Yeah, absolutely. And I feel like um as well like just to sort of finish off the sort of the PFL part of it, I feel like they really dropped the ball with you because I feel like at the time they were trying to come over and put on shows in Dublin and I felt like they really missed that headliner and like you were right there for them and like if and I'm a big fan of like if you're running a promotion you should have the fight in place before you put the venue in place and I feel like you know the Jimmy show is a real thing. We've seen it time and time again headlining the three arena and you know I mean they wanted a ticket seller and they wanted the main event that that was that was the fight to make and I feel like they dropped a ball on they did they did but also there was like just some personal issues there was other people behind the scenes that they have political agendas with that didn't want me to shine you know what I mean James why is that h just personal issues going on you know what I mean and some of the the stuff that I that I mentioned there before we that We talked that there's high up families involved in these crowds. There friends here, you know what I mean? Friends that are pitting together these things that are that are not like a [ __ ] him, you know what I mean? We're not giving him that because such and such is my friend. Yeah. Yeah. I I I I see what you're angling there and we we can leave that. You know what I mean? Yeah. So, like without without saying too much because we don't want to you don't want to land yourself for me that that's not how I roll. Do you know what I mean? I'm a shooter. I understand that. I understand the way I was kick me out then kick me out. You know what I mean? If I want to play get me out and then that's the thing. I understand that. But it was just like you headlined the the tree arena so many times and it was just like the fans wanted you there as well. Yeah. Yeah. You know what it looked it looked like um PFL were biting off their nose to spite their face. Whatever that phrase is that's look look what they were doing. You know what I mean? And look I'm happy for you now. So we'll have a look at like you going forward now you're fighting on this show. Coca-Cola Arena. Massive show to be on. Like I don't think I've ever seen a promotion like like have a show this early on in its uh career being such a large venue and have such star card to put on. Like this is like what new promotions aspire to do. Um Munir Laziz and the guys at 971 are putting on a massive card in a massive arena with superstars like yourself, like Muhammad MV, like K Moose on it. Like does this feel like a very special thing for 971? Does this feel like they're really coming in all going blazing? Boys, you have no idea what what you have seen, what you have heard is a small small little thing to uh compared to what's going to happen. Do you know what I mean? This show is Manur is the [ __ ] he's a gee man. He's he's such a fighter first guy. There's no [ __ ] It's straight up straight up business. Do you know what I mean? and he's a fighter first uh fighter first promoter as he is a fighter. Do you know what I mean? So, it's an absolute like just a breath of fresh air, man, to be over here to be doing that with a promoter that that wants that you to get the good fights to progress your career to get into the position where I where I should be. Do you know what I mean? And I'm [ __ ] I'm on top of the world again. Do you know what I mean? And there's absolutely no stopping me now when I'm like this. You know what I mean? It's just it's just happy to be going to the gym, happy to be training, happy to be [ __ ] going there and fighting for them and and all that and just no [ __ ] Do you know what I mean? And obviously like with Bellator and that back, do you know what I mean? I had [ __ ] the time of my life there and and as I say some some of the stuff know that went wrong or whatever. It's like that that's a minority. Do you know what I mean? That's a small little little thing that I'll never hold anything against them. I'll never hold anything against anybody. In fact, to be honest, you know what I mean? Because I'm going to do my thing. Let me do my thing. And I'm very, very thankful for the position that they give me. Do you know what I mean? I Let's call it a speed of speed here. They [ __ ] looked after me amazingly. It was an absolute honor to work for Bellator and absolutely honored to fight there to be able to headline the three arenas. Do you know what I mean? So them them little small negatives are like so small. Do you know what I mean? They're they're they're they're not even worth it's not even worth talking about as as you could say because no I'm not I'm not there. I'm free and I'm very thankful for the opportunities that they give me. I'm very grateful for Mike Kyoga and all those boys there. Do you know what I mean? Who [ __ ] who did give me them opportunities early in my career and it was do you know what I mean? So now that time's up. Now it's time for me to move on. I'm [ __ ] 28 years old now. just coming into my prime and uh this is this is the new venture and this is this is where we're going. Yeah. No, in fairness many a great night was had at those Bellator Dublons, wasn't it Ross? The best obviously life boys life. Do you know what I mean? So this is this is why I will never ever do you know what I mean like talk bad about it. I'll never ever because the good outweighs the bad always. Do you know what I mean? And I'm very thankful for that and very uh grateful for all them opportunities and uh when it when it was good, it was the best. Oh, 100%. And I feel like, you know, you will you won't be far from getting back to having that feeling and like, you know, being treated like the star that you are. You know what I mean? That's that's the truth. I'm back. It's done. It's happened. Do you know what I mean? And I'm just very like proud of myself for staying the course. Do you know what I mean? It's when you're young coming up, they're throwing your money at you. They're this or that. You kind of go off the rails, you know what I mean? And yeah, there is sometimes you [ __ ] do for a bit and then you pull yourself back in and stuff like that. But I've stayed the course. I've stayed solid. Stayed true to myself, true to my morals, true to my family's morals. And uh I'm on top of the world, boys. I'm [ __ ] so happy. And you know what? It's sometimes when you're come up these fights, everyone's, "Oh, you're looking solid. You're looking [ __ ] sharp. you're looking ready to take people's heads off and all this, but this time it's the biggest compliment I ever get. Everyone's just like, "You look so happy to be in the gym." And I'm like, "I am. I'm back doing what I love. Back doing for for a promotion that's loved loves to have me. Manurve is [ __ ] you know what I mean? He loves to have me on the card. He's looking after us big time and uh I'm just very grateful and very happy. But the end of the day, if that wasn't for Belar and PFL and all that crew, wouldn't be here also. Do you know what I So, it's all swings around the bites, man. And uh it's a blessing. No, that's great to hear. James, for the people tuning in, James Gallagher is back on the 14th of June in Dubai. Uh James, can you can you tell us like how did did this like come about you signing with 971? Uh so, it's all with a good friend of mine, Carl Keller. He introduced me to Manure. So, he did and uh we were talking and I was he was like, "What's the deal? what are you up to? Blah blah blah. And I just told him to crack straight to me as he's a straight shooter like myself. And he's like, "Sweet. Let's get to work." And I was all let's do it. And the handshake happened. And uh the next minute I went home. I got the head down. I was [ __ ] well had the head down anyway. I was training away, but I didn't have anything coming up. Do you know what I mean? But I was just going if I just stay stay the course, some something will happen. Then the next minute the show started popping up. Contracts started rolling in. figures were getting talked, opponents are getting talked and I'm here in Dubai two weeks out from pitting on the show in my life. Yeah, absolutely. And like um you know you can't say you haven't drawn a tough opponent as well like Fabricio Suarez 14 and three like he he looks like he looks like a tough opponent. I haven't seen him play person myself, but what what do you know about him? He's a really really solid big Brazilian lad coming in. He's got uh he's more of a striker than a grappler. So, he is bit solid like one of them guys that he's gonna be a [ __ ] nightmare everywhere. Do you know what I mean? He's a he's a rather than going like, "Wow, he's a a really good fighter." I would say he's just a big nightmare. Do you know what I man? I've been living in nightmares. Do you know what I mean? So, this is a walk in the park for me. Yeah, absolutely. Look, and I'm not going to lie, I'm really looking forward to seeing you get back in there. I always feel like that that's that's when you're at your best and like it's actually been a wild ride. Like when you say you're, you know, you just touch on it there, you're only 28. Like if you look at your career, you know what I mean? Like you've been and some of the biggest spotlights out of any Irish fighter that that has ever fought in MMA, you know what I mean? Like from an early age of like sort of 18, 19, like you were launched into superstardom. You faced all the critics, you debunked all the critics, you were criticized again, you debunked them again. like it feels like it's been an absolute roller coaster and now I feel like you know you've come into like this great version of yourself as like a proper man now and I feel like now's the time for you to really like you know have the pinnacle of your career and start like you know making even bigger moves. Do you feel that? 100%. I feel the exact same to be honest. And it's kind of like a I've been there and done that. And also just coming into my prime I'm do it again. Do you know what I'm trying to say? So it's like now it's different. Do you know what I mean? Is back then it's like you're learning on the job and the biggest moments and the biggest this. But you're walking in there going, "What? What's this going to be? Do you know what I mean? How big is this going to be?" You know what I mean? Where do we go from here? How big's it going to get next? And it's been up and down and up and down. Sometimes you think you're going there and then bang, you're back down. And and that's how it's been. And it's great. You know what I mean? It's an absolute blessing. And I feel like all those moments have set me up to be somewhere like here, you know, in this this market out here in Dubai. It's it's young and so am I. I'm a young veteran coming into me prime and ready to take over the market out here. Yeah, absolutely. And you know what? I feel like uh you know I'm going to assume there's going to be a big stage for you as you walk out. I'm going to assume you're sticking with free from desire and I feel like once the fans like hear that and you know what I mean like like the three arena like that was a different gravy when you came out like it really really was. Yeah. Yeah. This one's going to be different level. Yeah. So it is this is this is going to be like no event before but obviously the only thing that's going to be missing it might it might top second best but the Irish crowd you know what I mean fair is there a lot of Irish out there James is there do you feel that yeah 100% well just to hear where I'm living it's a big community you know I mean it's all Irish boys English boys and also it is and it's and it's great you know what I mean but uh at the gym as well it's full of Irish boys so it So it's it's a great community out here and stuff like that. But the three arena is the three arena. That's a different kettle kettle fish all together. Fair. Fair. Come here. I actually saw a clip there the other day and it was Alain Sterling. I don't know if you saw it, did you? Uh what was he doing? He was he was talk he was talking to I think it was Demetus Johnson and he said he was down SPG one time and you were on his back and you were battering him and he said he wasn't he said he wasn't too happy about it. said he was like, "I was on vacation. This fell's punching the head off me." I don't know if you saw that or remember it. That that's the reason why I went to Bton with Oh, was it? Yeah. Yeah. Cuz he was in the gym. So, it was a was a great guy. So, is I really have a lot of admiration for him. He's he's a top guy, but a knee injury and then remember I blew my knee out [ __ ] years ago. I suppose they headline this arena. Blew me out. So, I was out for like nine months, but I only got back into training. It was only like me first or second grappling session and he was ranked number six in the UFC bantamweight and I remember I was like well what weight are you? And he was like oh like a low 160 pounds and I was like 159 or something like this you know what I mean? And John was like he's number six in or something. So I was only like [ __ ] what 18 you know I mean looking back maybe I was like a I could see his points you know what I mean? That was a we bit back. I was like, "Ah, [ __ ] I got this." You know what I mean? You're for the scalp. I mean, you can't, you know what I mean? You could make a good run. So that that's that's why I went down. But now I feel I've grown into a man. You know what I mean? So So them days are gone. Yeah. Absolutely. No, I just heard it. I just laughed. I can only imagine used to roll having a role and then but again like you know what both very similar you know what I mean like once you're on that person's back same he got mang too he got mang too so he did I'm sure I'm sure he's a nightmare to get off is he yeah yeah it was the pressure that he applies from top it was more he got on top of me so it wasn't then I was like [ __ ] you're a nightmare so then when I got free from that I was like going I'm not letting this get on top of Nama, he's a great guy and uh I really enjoy Trin's [ __ ] years and years ago and N have a lot of respect to him and it's not it's not like that. It's not like competition or I don't want to make it like an animosity thing to say but I was [ __ ] beaten up by Joe Stan or any because I was not like that at all. Do you know what I mean? No, it was funny to tell Yeah. Yeah. the story. I mean, because that's how it did h it did happen like that. But do you know what I mean? It was it was funny. He's a he's a good guy. Actually, he's he's a traveler. He gets around to all the gyms as well. Yeah. It's a good good way to be. He's got loads of ideas, loads of opportunities, and and you can see him. He's doing his things. You know what I mean? It's a great thing to see. He's [ __ ] he's got his what is got his bourbon or he's got his drink going on. He's got a few little side hustles going on. And man, I I just take keys into the property business and stuff. So I I take inspiration from people like that. Do you know what I mean? Someone who's came up the hard way, faced all the criticism the same way I did myself. Do you know what I mean? And all that. And then after that Peter Yan thing, it could have been easy for him to just get defleated and do you know what I mean? And just be like, a [ __ ] all that. Do you know what I mean? Yeah. I'm I'm top of the world, beating the best in the world, and I can't get an ounce of [ __ ] recognition for it. Do you know what I mean? But he just stayed the course, stayed doing what he's doing. And now it's all paying off. He's out in Thailand doing his [ __ ] Ultimate Fighter things and having a blast out there. Do you know what I mean? So now man, I have a lot of respect for for people like him and for what he's doing. Yeah, big time. And an absolute dark horse in that featherweight division as well. Yeah, bro. Featherweight's the most dangerous. It's like it's a hard because you get these guys you come in, they're like know like small little guys and then the next you could look around you get some big six foot. You know what I mean? So all the size difference of all the fighters in the division, it's very diverse. Do you know what I mean? As where if you go to bantamweight, it's like you usually get your real small stocky kind of guys that are coming in. Obviously you got exceptions. You got Patchy Mix, you got Shan Molly, those kind of guys as well. But it's either you get the little stocky guy or the tall skinny guy. Do you know what I mean? Where you go to featherweight, you get a tall guy that's [ __ ] a tank. Do you know what I mean? So So it's definitely a hard hard division. But I've uh I was training out in Thailand. And I got coach Woody out there. And also now I'm working with Owen Skullion. He he was out there and I went through I put on a lot of size over Christmas. I hit the weights hard. Went on the food. Put on a lot of muscle. I think I went up to about 84 kilo. So it is. And uh so now I'm feeling out right right in there. You know what I mean? And I'm very very big and very strong training with a lot of lightweights out here. So everyone everyone's a lightweight out here pretty much. So I'm I'm not under it might you might sometimes for me it's like if you you can ask anybody that I train with they they'll look at me and they like oh you you look a bit small and then it's all right then I get on top of you and then I grab a hold of you and they're going oh [ __ ] now now we see now we see the side you know what I mean they don't you don't feel small when you're on top of them yeah exactly exactly you know what I mean so that's why it is no big time you sort of just touch on the coaches there come fight night who's going to be in James Gallagher's corner uh So, as always, the big me uh me D. So, is he he's going to be there. Uh Car Keller and Nathan McGillian's coming out as well. So, it is. So, uh I'll have three three solid lads in the corner and uh I'm ready to go. But for me, it's like the what I need is coaches in the gym to get me ready for the fight night. The fight night, you just [ __ ] give me a slap in the head, tell me to go and do my job, and that's up to me. Do you know what I mean? If you have to coach me in the ring, then I've failed. I've [ __ ] I failed six weeks ago. Do you know what I mean? So, nice just make sure that I'm sharp, switched on, and ready to do my thing. Do you know what I mean? Because I feel like at the gym, I'm the most coachable guy in the gym. And when you coach me in the gym on fight night, I'm not I'm not there to be coached. I'm there to win. Do you know what I mean? And I don't feel like that that's is an important kind of the only important thing about a coach is to make sure that my mindset is right. Do you know what I mean? And that's what I feel. And make sure to give me tell me how long's left in the clock so I know when to slip in the rene James. I I can't wait to see that. I'm I'm absolutely buzzing seems James Gallagher on Sorz back. That's that that's what I want to see. Yeah, it's gonna happen. I can see it. James, how how active do you want to stay this year as well, bud? Uh, very active. So, I'm going to do this one. There's a potential maybe then maybe about two, three months after that, maybe like a little boxing kind of match just to stay fresh and then Manur is going to have another show again in the end of the year. So, uh, I'll I'll be on that. But whatever opportunity arises and boys, you know, to be honest, what I what I can see is when I come out and pit on this performance that I'm going to do, the the way that I've been training in the gym, my emails are going to be gone full the next day. So, it is I'm going to have opportunities from everywhere. But, as I say, um I'm very very happy and if Manura has the space and opportunity here for me, I'm going nowhere. So, I'm not I'm gonna be staying right here fighting for these, putting on a show and uh we'll just take it one step at a time. But for now, the the only thing that's on my mind is sparring tomorrow. Do you know what I mean? Fight nights in two weeks time. So, it is. So, I'll be thinking about that in two weeks, but tomorrow show up to spar, do my thing, and just take it one day at a time. Do you know what I mean? So, I'm not too I'm not too worried about about the future. The future if I take care of tomorrow, the future will take care of itself. No. Brilliant. Brilliant. And very true. Yeah. Would that would that be similar then to um Sen Kley and John Mitchell's boxing the sorry again? Sorry. Would that be similar to S and Kley and John Mitchell the way they had Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So it is that. Well, but that's that's just that's all. Do you know what I mean? So I don't want to be saying too much and and No, no, of course. Of course. But like it's potential potential. Just maybe we'll see what it This will be just more like a little a little move around, you know what I mean? To get get the hands warmed up for just to stay active, to keep the head focused, stay in the gym, progress on my striking, you know what I mean? And uh we'll go from there. And I wouldn't mind the I wouldn't mind the jiu-jitsu match as well. So, and then fight again at the end of the year. Yeah. No, I saw you meant to do a jiu-jitsu match and then that got cancelled as well. Like, so it's look there's plans obviously in place. So you're you're hoping like with a win here on the 14th of June, you're looking to fight for the title then next later on the year. If the title in place for me, I'll take it. So well that that's for sure. Um but as as I saying, I'm not I'm not too focused on on that. So I'm not I'm just focused on on the now. Do you know what I mean? And when I do that, I'm a lot more happier, a lot more focused. And uh it's just a great mindset to be in because I'm so confident in my abilities that that that's all going to that's all going to happen. If it's there, if it's meant to be, it will be and I'll be ready to take it. Do you know what I mean? So I'm just hope focused on this one now and this will create all that for me. Do you know what I mean? So I can sit here and hope for this and hope for that. But if me granny had balls, she'd be my granda. Do you know what I'm trying to say? So I love her. I love her. Yeah. Yeah. So it is. So, I'm just going to go out there, put me balls on the line, [ __ ] in two weeks time, and uh I'll create all the opportunities in the world. And man, I'm good. Do you know what I mean? I just [ __ ] stay focused and I just want to stay active, stay in the gym, stay focused, and everything else will take care of itself. And I just love doing business out here for all the boys. Manur is a [ __ ] absolute pleasure to work for everything we need. He's a fighter first guy from the fight the fight week setup to the media. Everything's about the fighter. Do you know what I mean? It's not even about promoting the show and anything like this. It's just about what do you need? What's going to make you put on the best performance of yourself and what can we do to facilitate you with that? And it's just an absolute honor, man. I've never ever came across someone like him in the game before. That's brilliant. And that's that's that's what we like to hear. And like hopefully more promoters take take that lead as well cuz obviously um we're big fans of fighters being looked after and we can't wait to see it. You know what I mean? It's going to be a massive show. There's also there's no there's no you had Bellator on stuff like that, but there's no like there's no promotion that is their fighter first now. Do you know what I mean? Obviously you got USC and you got the other things you know what I mean that people are people are wanting to go but this middle ground kind of where people want to come fight put on big shows big performances and and have that middle ground before they go to UFC or go one SC or whatever it is they want to do you know what I mean which they're also they're solidified great know the best in the world or whatever but I think something like this is going to start to take over soon and be up there with that. Yeah, 100%. I think um the UAE is like quite untapped when it comes to anything bar sort of the UFC in that until June 14th until June 14th. That door the doors the door is there and I'm about to stick foot and thankful for Manure to be able to give me that opportunity and put that door in front of me so that I can stick me foot straight through it and I'm going to knock this market down, boys. I'm going to take over this market big time for the next few years and uh and we'll go from there. Well, like we always say, there ain't no show like a Jimmy show. There isn't, boys. There [ __ ] isn't. I love it. I love it. The Energize Show is close. The Energize Show is close. So, make sure to tease it there, will you? We will do copyright that. So, make sure to check out James Gallagher back on the 14th on 971 of sorry, the 14th of June on 971. James, is there is there anything you want to say to the people tuning in now? They're looking forward to seeing you back in action on the 14th of June. As always, the Jimmy show is going to be special, mate. So, it is I've been in a really good place and I have nothing really to say, man, other than I just want to thank my mother and father for every all the support. Want to thank manure, Carl Keller, do you know what I mean? I have Nathan McGidd in there training me back home. all the lads that have been mentioned at the start to who I've been training with. And uh I just feel like I have a lot of people who have my back now to support me to get to the places where I need to be. And uh I'm going to be at the forefront with these people behind me. I'm going to be at the forefront kicking down every door that's in my way. And uh make sure tune in, buy your tickets, buy the pay-per-view link when it when it when it gets up. And uh the Jimmy Show won't disappoint. I can tell you that voice. James, thanks for your time and we'll let you get on with the rest of your day, bud. Agent boys, as always, thank you very much for having me on and keep killing it. So, it is I love I love tuning in. You see he's interviewing all the lads. So, the enjoy show up the enjoy show up the face that runs the place, Chaos Cortis. I want to thank the Irish MMA community so much for getting behind me. Yep. The Chaos Cartel.
