today we have the one and only here is the head coach of fight Academy Ireland it's the one and only Pand P how are you doing I'm doing well let great great P great to see you P Pondo uh things are really heating up in h FL Academy Ireland we might get straight into it uh Paul Hughes has taken H pfl and Bellator boy storm ever since he signed there was no surprise there the hottest free agent has now become one of the hottest Commodities in the sport he takes on magam made of for the lightweight title over in Dubai uh I believe it's the first time uh a mainstream promotion has had a had a fight in Du boy as well which is sort of hard to believe but uh they're leading the charge there now and um what you what did you make of fight did you know it was coming once he uh once he beat mcke yes well basically to be perfectly honest um after live the bell went in the third round um what I called as I was getting in the cage uh what I called the M kogan called me and say asked Paul to call out Usman in Dubai for the belt so even before the decision was read that they knew everybody in the stadium they that Paul won like easy every the only question to me was why he won Freddy 27 or 2928 um even the the owner of Bator knew himself so um when I was H when I was read St season that was really R ludicrous but I think that was also the pressure that the the people don't realize that AJ mcke has as a star like I mean they this guy is a superstar and they were trying to maybe looking at him and score him influentially um and look at his shots and almost trying to justify a reason to give him runs which even even in couldn't do um I when looking back in the F it was the me he did nothing in the fight that uh was was winning them rounds or impacting or doing anything at all he was just literally surviving from after the first minute so it was yeah you could nearly argue there was a 108 in there for Paul like he dropped him and he was he was saved with a bell at one stage so like at the end of day like I don't think anyone is is uh remotely down that like you say it's more was it 3027 or 29 28 uh but what a performance and I do agree with you I do think there's bias sometimes going into fight that in your head you're like this person is supposed to win so therefore you're almost looking for the reason to have them win as opposed to and like I know judges can say they're impartial and they score the fights But like everyone has some form of bias whether you like to believe it or or not you know what I mean you have you have you have some form of opinion over who's going to win like sometimes you might not know anything about either fighter but one fellow might look like he's chisel from Stone the other fell might be a fat dude and you might just go well the Chisel gu is supposed to win here so we'll see how it plays out type thing you know what I mean but uh Paul Hughes went in there and he he said he was going to do it and he shocked the world and I think the most you know World shocking thing was how dominant he actually did a Chando Chando P not not to you guys maybe but like to the outside world no the I was calling for a weeks before and I wasn't making any kind of I wasn't trying to ha it away I was telling like P Carl and few the guys that interview like this is this is what's going to happen he's going to G there and he's gonna act like he's a ster against Paul he's going to feel aart and he is going to be daving for Paul's legs at every opportunity he will be in surval mode as soon as Paul LS we had a g p Pier from name weeks when knew everything about AJ mcke we knew his traits we knew what he was good out what he was bad out had a game plan and and the only real thing that was worrying me come there was Paul wasn't really well and nobody knows um he had to take weeks off in really fatal part of training camp because he had Co stuff like that and I remember in the in the moment in the second round when Paul had AJ mck against the cagean and AJ was kind of trying to keep him back over a couple of punches and Paul was just making a miss and I was just I remember Shing myself AJ mcke is one lucky guy the Paul wasn't himself because he would a really he what a a n and we so Paul knew that he was conserved and but we knew we had done enough to deal with a three round fight it was a five round fight may be a big difference and but we knew like Paul had the had the skills the to beat him and he had done enough to do three rounds three hard rounds but like um there was moments in that fight that I knew that a Paul Paul has another few gears to go up and he wasn't able to get there because of just the the lack of preparation in terms of the his own health and during a at F Camp P um just after the fight like like the reaction was absolutely enormous here in irand um I don't think I've seen something as big since like like a Conor fight maybe but um like do you think do you believe that the company actually taught like AJ m would actually win it or do you think they were like part users here to win yeah well first of all a few weeks before they had um AJ mck flew at the San Diego the set kid said with uh what I called Usman fate when he the fers Bel so like they have been building this up they were maybe um what I call they were looking at Paul as like a staing stone maybe um a few things to talk about about but like we we knew that was we were going to we were going to trip them up we knew it anyway so while over overlooking us wasn't an issue to us that was on them it wasn't under us um I know the promoters maybe probably thought it was a big jump from uh Bobby King but lot things Bobby King was very good as I said before he he hasn't stopped in nine years Paul stopped him he's been in with a guy he fought for the Bel and get decision just how guy to put away Paul came the first very excited the second R he actually analed him and put him away you know what I mean um like it wasn't there wasn't much wrong in the Fate I think he wanted to make an impression um and they were look on that as a singular fate and maybe judging Paul on that on AJ mck's level but like like Paul is an absolute Superstar they were overlooking him and I think that afterwards a few of them had told me and say like we didn't believe after the first fight when we s Paul that he could be what we thought he was going to be a superstar we thought maybe this guy hasn't got it but just proved us wrong and they absolutely like kind of their attitude everybody's attitude kind of changed straight after the F towards us because they were like kind of well they are say they are and tell us this Sho like that that man's life has H has absolutely changed he is obviously now making far more money than he's ever made his entire life he's on a worldwide stage he's rubbing shoulders with the likes of Francis andano and Cristiano Ronaldo like do do you feel like Paul use is where he was born to be now it's 100% like just briefly just quickly on the last thing we're going to move on like guy was I seen a quot an interview with um what I call RZ Jackson who's pretty friendly with AJ mck and he was saying I just think it he had me put the work in and he was overlooking Paul and he had me doing this like the whole build up the S Camp J's whole promotion was that he's hitting record numbers yeah he saying like saying I round p say he had been doing enough sprinting and stuff like that no like like he's saying his track record is the best he's ever been his punching his volume everything is is breing all sorts of records and all of a sudden he gets beaten it's a maybe he was overlooking him he wasn't there off this like a lot of balls list he turned up on the day and he got he wasn't he wasn't up to the task we know Paul is a superstar he has changed his life like this time last year like um like he's now sitting where he he deserves to be at the the T table of MMA and the me he's he's going to straight on and and be hope a future Superstar and an acon and um a real Role Model A lot of young kids growing up absolutely and like um I know we touched off off camera but um me and bar were having the conversation like who's the biggest MMA Superstar from Ireland now like is it Paul or is it Ian and I know they had such a rivalry when they were in cage wies rivalry like who was going to get the belt first and who was going to get signed and to the big promotion first and stff of that and obviously he went on and like uh you know started like eclipsing the achievements but now Paul has come around the outside and not only has he h caught up like you you can easily argue he surpass him in two fights with the pfl Mell tour he's got a win that I think is better than any V and Gary's wins today and he's fighting for the belt next against an nor magam made off namesake like this is this is absolutely incredible the absolute rocket ship that's been put on Paul hughes's back and like you know he was a few years maybe longer getting to where he got to once he got here like oh my God this guy has absolutely blown everything out of the water and I know he said it and I probably was a bit apprehensive at the time about it that like he's changed the game but he really has he's totally opened up the door and Sh A New Path and I feel like pfl and Bellator thought they were getting the best free agent in the game of the hottest free agent but now they're after getting what is to my eyes one of the biggest stars in the sport right now like people are all over Paul us at the moment people love to see him and he he's just a man who just looks like he cannot be stopped at the moment yes exactly and think Paul is very infectious because he's a genuine person and that's his all so it's not just that he's making he like all these waves and His Marvelous winds it's more so there also that people love Paul he opens up he does all man Vlogs and throughout the years and he's been showing people how his vulnerability and I think that people have attached themselves to and the felt that every from the very start in his H breaks and coming back and bu his journey from uh K conf the keys Warriors the world champion Bellator the PF all that type of stuff that he brought the the public along with them that's why obv the big news crew a mive follow people people love the CM do well because he is just one of Us's he has happened to make it he's backed himself I mean in this life if you can't back yourself mean what can you do like he has really put everything on the lane he we were we were in Germany on Saturday evening and he was he just l in Florida and he sent me a message and was very emotionally just a screenshot of something he put up four years ago on Saturday um that he had named pulet and the F he named all fighters he was saying like um here like he doesn't know he give his whole life to this Sport and all his money his physical and his medal uh everything has suffered in in pursuit of it and outside of the one fighting cage conflict he would have had no fights and he doesn't know what to do with his career if it can Contin if he can Su stain G on like this and he read the very last paragraph Was I'm I'm literally crying writing this out but I don't know what to do in my life H I will keep his all posted and he read on after he showed the screenshots he says I can't believe that um Vol this foral and it's it's it is it's so emotional like when I see that it really hits home to me like he he could have went a different way he could mean lost hope in himself he not back himself he's ped himself and obviously we have always ped him and uh the me is uh he deserves all of riches he deserves it yeah well catastropic hand injuries as well B like that was like you mean like that fell was basically told his career could be over and like here he is now yeah well it's just like anyone listening now I'm sure there's loads of people from F tuning in to see p on the end show but uh like you have to back yourself in everything you do because like if you don't back yourself no one else is going to [ __ ] back you and like especially in this in the F game but like speaking of Paul as well like uh because obviously we want to get into like other stuff as well but but um like Ireland was crying out for a new Superstar for people to look up to and at the moment like Paul Hughes is definitely flying the flag yeah absolutely yeah absolutely like the guy is everything you want in a superstar he's he's a handsome fell I think we were call him Pome P was at one stage uh he speaks well he fights well he finishes he he's actually someone that if you met him if you didn't watch fight and you met him and you spoke to him for five minutes you're like geez that guy probably do a few TED Talks because he's such an inspiration the [ __ ] chat and if you're like he actually like destroys people half naked in a cage for living you're probably like no way you know I mean like you wouldn't believe it you know I mean he's such a he's such a well spoken individual and he's so methodical about it as well yeah walk to walk and talk to talk uh has changed the him since all this has happened was he his spicing SES went really down the tubes after he King next day we came hotel and he was woring something that Al would wor um ridiculous and then [ __ ] conflict he was doing like an interview in the cage and I thought he was one of the bees he has worn black flowers I thought he stole my mom's Treasures like a guy he's lost all sense of his his fighting sense oh so he's changed now he's actually iive this ISU has changed cannot believe it he's like Bruno yeah very is he does have some uh Nifty threads like I'd probably insult them then I'd probably be told they're fashionable and what I wear is terrible so like it is what Liz you're the most fashional person on this podcast for for the people tuning in Paul Hugh be taking onov for the world lyway title on on January 25th uh P what's the buildup going to be like for this now oh for it's going be like Paul's just landed in Florida Saturday night so we're going to do four hard weeks in Florida L of Spar and stuff like that and getting hard rounds in he wants to come back a we bit later a we more in shape again because after the last we camp we know this is five rounds which is going to suit us ultimately like Paul built himself in their fight so the five rounds of definitely suit us and the game plan has already started um we sat down last few weeks and watched Allman's FES and it's one thing when you watch somebody when they're on TV and you're watching them enjoying them when you're watching them when you're dissecting them and breaking their game plan down and the B is like the GU is like I mean he's not he's a run stealer you know what I mean he's not a he's not a killer he's not know I mean what people make him out to be if you change his last name to Smith and you wouldn't be thinking too much more of him it's because his last name kind of Scar a lot of people people are frighten to wrestle him um and he because of that that he's able to keep them on the the outside and he's able just to win rounds with his kicks so um let's see if he is a fighter cuz Paul's going to make him fight yeah kind of wait for that one um 25th of January booking in uh another person we have to talk about and um some more Fighters that are actually signed to cage Warriors was Patty McCurry came back and got the win at cage Warriors 180 in London uh can you tell us what the reaction was like after that finish and also like um what what way did you see FBI Fighters fighting with cage Warriors in 2025 um I big part big part back active I he's the one want be back active he's been pushing like M it would have been maybe a month or six weeks ago when he broke his hand so literally the last pretty weeks he's been back punching properly and getting harsh bars so kind of ring the last parts of his program and his training camp just to get him over um great stylistically fade for him um obviously they were offering a few different like kind of uh potential opponents from him which I didn't like because PTY has one as us know L um 4 Gams web after two professional fights and like you see we all a champion like second champion and PTY gave him all he wanted py was a young younger guy naive in terms of uh what it needs to be at this level competing like he was having two nandos the night before he fought jams web uh uh sorry before the weigh in he was 86 kilo he literally just didn't have breakfast where James web was 100 kilo walking fate so part is now matured he's a big lad now we have him on a magnum that he must eat 10 Magnums a day so is um I mean he's um he's a big lad he's 100 kilo walking about um normal and he has to cut weight he's a proper middle weight um his skills are phenomenal um he just has to build a we bit of like kind of maturity with everything and I mean because like you have to fight's not just all about what you do inside the gym what you do outside the gym some people take a bit longer to grasp it um we're always on uh Patty's back me and Pat but they kind of you need to you need to live the life because you've got the skills like he's one of the most skillful Fighters that I've ever came across um and if he when everything starts just to fall in line which it is doing right now that he is going to be another Superstar like he really is he's so exciting people love him he's got na part he's Flur he's a great grapper um every like stuff that people haven't seen of him and um he's he's aable person too yeah he really is he I don't know he just has that touch something about him it's one of those like unexplained things he just has a real like ability factor and like that was an absolute fro knockout like toy Palmer uh black belt uh going into the fight like you look at record and says six and seven b that's that's really csb up because like that he was like four and six or something like that into all the way up 2015 didn't didn't fight came back in 2023 and was on a two five winning streak so like someone who takes a break for eight years like you can't really say you know if someone's judging me on what I did eight years ago I think I wouldn't be too impressed you know what I mean so uh he was on a two five win streak going into that and uh Pat Patty went in there and like he finished them finished them viciously also some of the best celebrations uh I've seen in a very long time that those finishing moves that he has uh you know roll him up and smoke them you know I mean like that's something that's iconic that will really sit with fans and people be looking for him to do that post fight all the time listen we are trying to push for him I I'm going to transyl it for is we want PTY to abandon that celebration and have the one when he beat uh money in K conflict which is a 100 times better the dance the the so it's so funny as dance after K conflict he hates it so if he can find that celebration I'll try and find it we want to bring that back because that would be absolutely hilarious so will you do the will you do the downstairs just so everyone knows I I call that I can do the robot but he he's bu like Peter CR he could do the robot but the other one was doing we McDonald has it in his phone most San it is hilarious and one day he he said to me after the cage it was that close to doing one of my dances so if I can get him to it's so good like we'll get we'll get on to McDonald and see if he can send us on that video p p will you tell us who else do you want to see fight on cage Warriors next year because cage Warriors are saying they come they come to Dublin well they come to Ireland twice yeah well no no they go to D first out J I mean a few like the guys from Reno and team C or maybe a few the guys from um f then hopefully through one the end of the year or towards the end of summer up Belfast where they can kind of get a lot of our guys on we have an awful lot of guys I'm say with them um just various reasons I haven't been really active the second part like um Scott broke his ice we well and stuff like that um Jordan hasn't been well couple of f fell fre with Jordan he had uh had to get as well appendix it was appendix or hernia just stuff we want to see them better m is just about have we baby had a we B so I kept him out the start of November and just it didn't hangs line up only only only four party so we like to have a be bit more activity next year for our guys on on their show I maybe saying a few other guys too maybe but again Sor saying that it's like sending guys and it's good getting send the promotions but in the day you want activity um so to me that like nowadays it's not about like what promotion you're sh with it's about getting your guys active build their experience up and uh going from more because no point having the killer if he gets one f a year and and he five years time he's getting 500 pound a year for one fight that's not good like you need to they need to trade on here and and promotions that kids weers have an awful lot of obligations that that have contracted fighter fi so um like it's it's I don't want my guys to be signed up and get fights and sit in the shelf so um with all the promotions now I have built into their Clause um then need to have three to four fights a year um or else we can go look elsewhere so P obviously T lock RS being kept busy with lfl but um I can't help but feel you're talking about Reese not not being that active what would you like to see Reese do in 2025 uh yes we're back and forth relas about getting the right fate and um what C what to do next race so his management um ifm have been in contact with the EC and asking what's what's their plans for R ultimately and um what I called of was like we're waiting to get in the right fight and get the right opportunity we don't want to just jump and take anybody think he's H fought at a high level for guys who have been there a long time still fighting on Main cards you know what I mean chitty won recently and um the newly is above an average guy getting in he just hasn't had the results goes away so I think that's the reason why he's still at he's still there and they still want him because um he's not they turned up in the prelims and getting beat cuz he would have been cut he's on the main card and g a good account himself think he's had 30 minutes the last three fa he had 45 minutes in the UFC Octagon know what I mean against good guys um youve had a lot more experience there a lot of wins um so basically where we are Rees uh hoping to be on the March card in the EFC that's the word p um if not then re is a realist and we're not going to we FC where's plenty of options for race so we ask him to release him and go somewhere else because again a guy needs to make a living there's plenty there plenty of organizations who want him they know he's a superstar as we had this conversation last week where he he just needs one win and he's better people say like if you get if you win the Bel you're 30% better straight away if re gets one win in that USC one he will straight on and he will be a a real Contender he just needs a we better look we better belief we better group all that he's only turned 28 and and um there's a lot more males and Reese's in yeah Reese M against Dan hot chocolate Ross that's the point that we want Danny Roberts versus re mck that's the one I think is is fair for both men give both men a good opportunity especially on a show in London I think that's the fight to make so uh and ree ree likes that fight as well because we spoke him better but uh Dan yeah Dan likes the fight as well Dan he wants that as well yeah yeah and um Shand tell us this P um k conflict is back the 8th of March I don't know if you've released that now but now we have sorry about that uh I want to know will we see uh Daman McAn Pro debut will we see Cory mlin back in there and will we see oh McDonald back in there yes um hope for will be on the card yes for sure um if nothing comes up beforehand um what I called yeah we're get exact the problem is with what I have with like of them guys is um we have a 24 foot cage in cage conflict and there their abilities are really suit of the bigger KES so that's where I can of it's hard because I need to build them in terms I get experience but sometimes the Arenas did a lot the bigger cages where you'll see them really perform like Cory last fight he was almost forced to be in a wrestling match when when he's a real daming strier same as McDonald you see the guy just kind of running stick to the cage where think a bigger cage a 28 foot cage or 32 foot cage which the bigger promotions what are allow for cuz they on in the venues that then they'll see a better version of them same as te McGregor he's like he's he's like a whip it so and a 28 for kids like it it' be real hard to put your hands on that guy um so that's my that would might be my only dilemma if an opportunity came along in a bigger promotion and a bigger cage would it be better for lemons to Showcase their skills outside of that that doesn't come along then yes they'll be on cage conf unbelievable also we have to get blame mill on because he always gives out if you don't mention him so H with BL BL is the minute he's uh sitting in his house drinking BPM eating mix up and uh like he's he's touching he's 103 kils now s so like he's he's he's he's that close to being on a doent fight kind of film so he's a there he's going to heavyweight is he well he SK a few divis so they actually just literally MH me ey say they can't make it up T you know what I mean so it just shows you like this is me and P are very determined where we we our best interest are our feds um he's supposed to be a m night and we want the best him his skills are phenomenal and he's grown so well um but he's grown too much he's grown too much as well like there's no point he F he should be fighting 66 kilo uh he fought from every weight Division and he's always done himself justice but I think he has to but I think he has to realize that when he wants to take that next step up that all these small pieces jsaw puzzle it has to be in place one one one last one I just want to update on uh Troy Gibson what's going on with him at the moment um just har Troy H baby he's got his own gym and it's just consistency you know I mean consistency obviously for a bit of a hard time of um after LEF took a long time off in terms of Spar stuff he's always in the he's always up in the gym spawn helping the boys out and staying classes and know I mean up my my groups all but um I think it it's hard it's hard to juggle having a maybe BB's nearly turning one um having his own gym so far away managing that managing his private life and wan to compete in in a professional sport it's hard to juggle him um I'm sure he's far from finished um but we're we're we're realists and we're I'm never going to push anybody to fate because I know when I was back in the day I hadn't got that right balance and and I know my un professional ability um was definitely kind of neglected because it so I'll never get myself somewh one of my FS yeah sh sh P just before we let you go but um who in 2025 should people be watching in fi like maybe someone we haven't like really heard of yeah who's gone under the Raider that people should look out for in 2025 F me long G there so many but um terms of professionally and con mlin um has a lot more to to give and grow in this sport I think that he's going to be a superstar of the you know McDonald and feel other guys turn pro no Deon um there's a lot of guys on the cusp of turn pro like of James slav and Mel Shields all boys um get they've got all the relevant experience um so it'll be interesting to see how they would end next year when their professional career start and then the guys who just like P for know or starting off the young guys come through like Nathan Mulligan he's only 17 and I can't get him a fight it's so hard to get him a fight he's offered guys are all WS like he's just back from Thailand last night he's in my group this evening um they the talent of these young guys is is fun I it blows my mind like even the guys like Jamie Ferguson and guys there who have fought in the first case conflict n few shes ago turn that and ey and there like it just blows my name you see like a natural talent in the gym like it's from every level up it's just it's just main blown so good to see like so fa in terms of me as a coach just I can't wait to give it back to him and be there in the corners big nights shout out to team Fai and last thing shando is there p is there anything else you want to say to the people tuning in to this amazing show with the one and only p no um again all support obvious your your local fers I mean because that's that's so important that them boys need you now I I'm really I would love to help say the businesses to help these guys now as well in terms of their support as was say the ear about Paul Paul hadn't got some support back in the day in terms of local sponsorships local businesses and helping people chase dreams and he wouldn't be in in such a short space of time since he's gone to pfl B Tour they really need change up but anyway H that's another conversation and I just think the really is like embodying it and I think like just the shoulders he's rubbing with like the likes Ronaldo the likes from ganu and like he seems to be with ganu on several occasions at this stage and I feel like that's just making him seem to be a bigger star I also feel like Ian gari seems to be more over clu almost in terms of his lifestyle and like Paul hu is over in Abu dhab he's in Dubai he's in Saudi you know I mean like he's in the hot spots at the moment so um yeah I'd say Paul you was currently yeah um I what okay ca obviously Paul's fighting for the world title now and the push he's getting it has to be Paul um now if Paul becomes world champion it's definitely Paul but if he be shavkat and then fights for the title next and then wins the title then you almost have you have to give it the in then but but then it's sort of like with an Irish flag he's like he'd be the biggest star but like what they're actually doing for the community has to be Paul oh yeah like absolutely like Paul is a much more achievable blueprint I would say than in I like nomadic in some ways so yeah that's that's what I think really yeah and as we said like look there good like CM Paul's trajectory like and there is numerous Irish talent in pfl and Bellator hopefully they can make a push as well I know the likes of schnake having us off for the tot Peter creedy but uh there's like the likes of der Kelly that's like around there and Nathan Kelly like this one feels different though this does feel different because they weren't getting the biggest push like Paul's getting this proper push now and it's exciting again like I feel like 2025 in the world mix starts and Combat Sports in general is going to be huge absolutely massive I can't I can't wait to cover it and uh also we will be doing the enero 2024 end of year Awards in December we cannot wait to do it we like as as people know we always put the polls out ask the questions we want to know like who people are going to be voting for like who people think are the big names are the stars are the people that like following the fots of the years all this sort of stuff so uh like 2025 is going to be huge and like I'm really really excited myself and Ross R yesterday having some food watching Manchester United do unbelievably terrible and we were discussing like how much we think 2025 is just uh is just going to be the best year ever best year ever Well it can't it can't be much it can't be much worse this year [ __ ] hell but um Ross over the weekend yuss mcau was on and Peter Yan defeated Devon figuro I got this prediction wrong but there is a poll interested in watching um interesting enough morab has called out pan Which is uh not something to see too often where the champ calls out someone uh he looks like he's not sold on the magma fight so it' be interesting to see what way the UFC goes about it h but I think him versus sha Ali five rounds I'd be here for it basma what do you think yeah like I'd rather see shaali in there than morab um I'm surprised morab isn't calling out shaali again just for that Spotlight but uh the votes so far is 60% shaad 40% morab look people like shaad it's it does he count as does he count as an star if he lightweight but Harry Hardwick won the title that's George George is lightweight champion yeah uh but uh we'll start with that we'll start the very very top what did you make of the performance from Harry harck and what would you like to see him do next BL yeah well like I think what he he he did what Harry Hardwick did does like you know I mean I think uh his uh opponent yeah Lopez like relatively unknown in terms of like the cage Warriors audience but uh look he was 111 he was out at Nova Jos Alo gym and Han br's gym like and he was obviously a tough customer he was I'm pretty sure Regional Champion over there he was brought over here uh never been finished before 111 and Harry Hardwick got him out there and it was in typical Hardwick fashion you know I mean like started eating them up to the body and uh got the finish I think was round four um so great performance from har Hardwick I think it would be great to see him on the UFC card in London March I think that's that's what he deserves this stage he's won the belt he's defending the belt he's getting finished es he's a a unique personality H he's got a great fight and St i' be here to watch Harry Hardwick and UFC London yeah just to throw spanner in the works there say if he wasn't like do you think there there's someone in the FWE division that he could fight or do you think they' have to bring someone else in see see like I think the featherweight division's a bit bit of a a rogue one because I think some like obviously like Hardwick versus Luke royy would be like the Banger of all bangers but um I think gr B wants them both to get the UFC so them fighting each other would really like decimate one of their hopes and dreams um look I think if that's not going to happen you could definitely fight Solomon San H in Dublin I'd be here for that I feel like uh obviously a win for Solon would be incredible but you know if he didn't get the win against har Hardwick I don't think that'd be too detrimental to his career either like that's that's a very very tough match up for both so uh ones like that I think will be uh pretty incredible and i' be here to watch what about you bz anyone you'd like to see him for no I was just asking because like the records like he's double the amount to fight to Saul and um like is it a bit too early for Saul to do that like obviously Saul would say no because sa's 28 isn't he yeah yeah so like and he has the the backr the experience in the amateur scene as well actually I doubt Harry is fought as many times well well look Nick bagley's on a Terr as well at the moment uh LGB top team so like he could be someone high hard work fights well now he's only six and one so there not that many more fights in all but uh I feel like he has a few more under the cage Warriers Banner so like it' be interesting to see like we know yeah those are the guys who I'm I'm here for you know what I mean they're the ones who I'm like yeah let's make I I just feel like I just feel like Saul is getting that robe now so he needs B more like they they want to promote them more rather than just Trump straight in you know I'll be down for it either way uh Ross so Kendy Freeman won the women's title as well that was at Bantam way yeah it was Bantam Way fourth round Corner stoppage um so yeah huge win for keny Freeman H obviously her dad is the legendary H Ian Freeman um she she's the only female world champion cage Wars isn't she she is indeed yeah so she's gone up to six no now really really impressive look you know her dad is an absolute icon of sport she she seems to be quite endearing personality um she's got a good fight in style and look I think yeah and she's someone who cage Warriors have built the division around that's her third fight now with the promotion and look I think one or two more wins I think and she's got the UFC I don't think she's quite ready for the UFC yet from watching fight but uh I think one or two wins and could be yeah then H also Justin burlson got the win as well over the weekend and uh his story was shared by cage Wars obviously we we shared it as well Ross during the week we came back from testicular cancer to get the win over the weekend and that fight was absolute chaos man really really was uh Justin burlin and what a guy um he's probably the unspoken Contender of the welterweight division almost you know I mean like he's he's come in there and that welterweight division is really really hot hot I think there's a real race on to fight James jeen H there between Amil Brown H Justin burlinson and probably the other person other welterweight we'll talk about on the card Sean clany Jr so like they're all in a race to fight Jam Sheen burlinson against James Sheen is the I feel like the fight to make I feel like it's the best name recognition although I feel like ail Brown James Sheen they fought before James sh won like a rematch as always a good thing to build a fight around so I think that's there and I feel like you know Sean Clan is the hottest Prospect in cage Warriors at Welter way so like you know mean I feel I feel like all three of them have a unique selling point but what I would love to see is James Sheen fights one of them in the main event and then maybe the other two fight in the co main event or something like that just to have them there almost like as a backup but also a number one Contender fight I would go Burns and Sheen because bernon was meant to fight in Danny W's Contender series remember there's issues there and then maybe Al Brown against Sean Clans Jun he's very great in his career as well Sean clany Jun who also maybe maybe that maybe that one instead of making that com in Dublin you could always make that the next cage Warriors fight if that makes sense so just say cage Warriors Dublin is 184 they make 185 that I think they're slow burning Sean clany Jr so maybe he has a couple more fights before that big step but look bernon headlined against ree in Belfast so like I could see him headline against James and Dublin uh another person who will be looking to get a totle shot next is James power H he got the win over the weekend um do you think James versus George Hardwick for the worldwe title is the next move for cage Warriors to make I think it's definitely an option I also feel like like Adam Collins In the Mix there as well so like you know like again it's a bit like what I just t on a WWE like um James per versus Adam cullin love that fight I'm here for for H James per versus George Hardwick I'm here for it Adam Cen versus George Hardwick I'm here for it you know what I mean so like lightway is getting very very spicy at the moment so I'm here to watch all those fights wasn't Adam K meant to fight toas herel he was indeed actually tobella is also someone in there who would be more than happy to see these guys fight you know what I mean so like let's make let's let's get some good fights going with these guys at the end of the day like I'm here for it and then who knows what's going to be the story with Mason Jones well like he he's he's in the mix as well yeah he actually goes very under the radar as well H also shout out to Leon arms who is a training partner with obviously Harry Hardwick and George Hardwick but uh Adam Derby as well at MMA fight Academy in San Diego yeah in San Diego yeah he was in the corner it was there was a really funny real out but cage Wars after Leon was hugging Harry and then you just hear George in the background going friends it was actually so funny man like that was a great moment but uh overall like cage Warriors do what they do and that was like that was another great event that was like n out of 10 card really was yeah no it really really was it was great to watch like especially if you're just chilling out on the weekend that's it's cool um then uh also on Saturday night team KF Omar tgra got another finish went five and0 Ross when you actually put this post out you said five and nine and then I think shout out to Shane dwn from team was like five and0 and I was like all right change that quick yeah but that was clear your toy B I was like that was definitely Ross who did that but uh no that was just funny uh Ross just before we got into next week's oh sorry this week's Shenanigans um chaos Fighting Championship went down up in Belfast on uh Saturday night and there was two big winds in the fights um first of all Damen McKenna won in the in the co-main and Sean Kelly won in the main um what did you make of the event overall Ross and what did you make of the two finishes from both gentlemen yeah like obviously the event was uh propped up by the Alpha Project which like I'm a big fan of um ios's using that as the undercard I know chaos previously have done heavy like grappling undercard but I think the sort of their wimp to wire version called the alpha product I think it's uh great for them to do that because obviously that's massive in ticket sales um my only critique is I would like there was n novice fights down the card I would have like to seen a few more amateur fights on the card I think there's only two amateur fights and then two pro fights on the card I think I would have rather seen a few more amateur fights on the card and just like the novice with the Shen parts and stuff like that like when I'm watch at home but like I'm not that here for it like obviously it's great for these guys to get that experience it's great for them to be on the card but uh I feel like there was too much I don't know whether you want to call it filler or not but like I'm here to watch the top guys in the country uh so like that's more what I'm getting at but look the guys run a great show the Millennium forms a great venue like the show ran teams the streamer really really good uh and Andrew McAn was funny on commentary um he goes a bit Rogue sometimes you never know where where he's going to go but uh look overall it was a good show and my get into the home Main Event in the main event because uh I'm sure that's what the people at home are looking for us to talk about Damen McKenna um he got the armar in the first round um it look it was it was a short and sweet fight and Damon can got his hand raised I expect them to win going into the fight um he looks like he's going to be a good prospect there in the Pro ranks I think uh a nice Slow Burn for him be nice maybe one or two more on the regional scene and then it'll be interesting see where he wants to go does he want to go to aage Warriors where where where would he end up I think aage Warriors would be a good CH for him um that that point was also voted the the people's main event as well yeah I'm not surprised Damon's got a a big fan base he's sort of maybe the gym leader I would say in uh in Omar M May so um yeah he's he's someone definitely look go for I'll be interested to see who he fights next um potentially uh I think I think him and Jack core fought or maybe it was Emma core fought previously You' all won the cores at amateur so maybe they could uh run that back of pro depend oh actually you know now I think about it I think he actually fought emmae the bloody cores hey they have that on chaos or would they have that on cage gladiators who knows um I suppose it all just comes down to What's the timing timing yeah exactly so like we'll see how it goes and look it'd be a fight that I'd watch um just I have here he it was actually emore memor is actually still an amateur so who knows maybe emore will go pro after two first round Knockouts and him H then mean could do a rematch i' be here for and then in the main event we saw Sean Kelly beat Jordan Heath Jordan Heath has become a bit of a character in The Irish MMA SC people see he's uh he grabbed a lot of Fan Fair and not only that but I didn't realize Sean KY seems to have rubbed a few of the Irish middleweight up the wrong way we have uh not only um Brian Manning calling him out but we also have um Ben Johnson The Butcher also calling him out so that they both want that smoke um and then Jordan heat said he'd fight the loser in a rematch uh Jordan he just loves Ireland man yeah yeah very rare someone calls it the loser but yeah like that's an interesting uh I was going to call it forsome but I don't know if that's the right word to use but uh what I'd love to see is maybe sea Kelly versus Brian Manning Jordan Heath versus Ben Johnson and then maybe the winners then fight each other but uh if not I think Akuma have a show in March 22nd 23rd I think Ben Johnson versus Shan Kenny would sell a lot of tickets up there yeah there's well look there's options man like people tuning in now because um EFC or have another event at the end the end 14th I think it is of December yeah Le Fighting Championships down in Cork yeah um chaos will obviously want to keep some of these names case Gladiators will obviously want to keep some of these names so and as you said Akuma because like um I think they like if they Akuma are gonna be doing another well they are doing another show they'll want Benny Johnson maybe being the headliner yeah absolutely so that is like very very interesting in the RC that's why I think 2025 is going to be amazing but um just looking at the action for this week for people tuning in so you know all the stuff we'll be putting out this week and what's to come there is unfortunately no UC event on which is very disappointing but next weekend UC 310 is going down Ian Gary is going to be taking on shaa rakman off we're going to be talking about that more next week and also Pantoja is going to be defending his belt in the main event against that Asian dude from ryen T his name off by heart but uh no we'll be getting into that next week but this week as I said for people who like boxing um missis boxing is going down on Thursday H it's actually going down at contar Ben Williams like Ireland's probably most popular social media star at the moment I'd say especially male um even he's a m musician he's everything he's actually an absolute Mogul I think he's only 21 he's actually going to be F fighting a guy called FaZe Jarvis if I'm not mistaken for I think it's like uh it's for a title I'm not sure what Clan I don't that like I just did it could be it could be a lightweight title I'm not too sure but it actually is a pretty big fight for him he's after like really stealing the show since he started fighting there and so make sure if you're interested check that out was it was it n Dar was fighting Tommy Fury last time he spoke no oh no I did ask you I did ask you I I asked you last week and you're like I don't care and I was like I was like I was like all right I was like who no I remember bad form you're in terrible form man uh I asked I asked who do you want to see Dar till next the to should F my to next year like I don't care um pfl Saudi is going down on Friday as well it's being headlined by Brendan Ln he's taking on the one and only Tor kurv for the feder weight World title H Dakota TOA is taking on Talia as well in that in the co- main event and no other massive names are jumping out me right now and CA vste is is actually like the curtain jerker he's actually quite interesting to watch um but that goes down on Friday night UFC 310 headline by Alexander pona versus asakura asakura there we go I remember it um for uc5 pass fans SEC goes down on Saturday and there's two Evolution shows going down this weekend one's uh one's Muay toy the other one is an MMA event so one the Muay toy one goes down Saturday Sunday the first evolution Fighting Championship goes down to tmore Sunday the first Ross um also I want to give Reese m a shout out as well from earlier for the fight project he's doing great things up there as well Ross anything else you want to say before he did a great job of uh summarizing what's going on this week we look forward to uh we
