I don't I don't have a dad but yet like still Lan so I'll take it but worry I give you my to get one no so we need so we need proof man we've heard around team chatting that is a let us know in the Warriors 179 in Rome so how's your Italian non-existent is Bono Italian is it I'm I'm likeo I've heard it sounds Italian I think it's not yeah CH I know that I I'm only F in English Irish and [Laughter] French oh stop the lights stop the lights but uh so obviously uh you've had opponent changes and everything for this for this fight um does does that affect you and obviously you're now fighting uh an Italian as opposed to I think the person you're fighting before was Dutch so you've gone you're now going into enemy territory yeah like I they I think CU oh was was it sep sorry it was a prims the first guy wasn't it yeah Orlando Prim like that was in the um September 2 Manchester card yeah the Manchester card and like uh like literally on the week of it that's when didn't work out not sure probably injuries usually whatever it is anyway but then um during that week tried to get a couple of names didn't work here I was like ah whatever I still wanted to get I was H to get two more this year but I was like if I could squeeze one more def take that so I've been looking for a name since that one just kept training like standard uh got a Nate option for London that didn't work here and then eventually when this came up I was like you know what [ __ ] I need to take a fight I need one more before the end of the year so that was it worked out perfectly and like uh so far fight week now no what's it called No P out so we'll make it amen amen baby amen is right and look all obviously like you've been perfect since you started your pro career you know I mean the finishes uh keep on coming as well um 4 and0 100% finish right obviously this is a massive Step Up in competition in terms of uh some's experience so what do you think Walter brings to the table and do you also feel like this is going to be your toughest uh opponent St by a long way yeah no for sure defitely toughest in the sense of like experience uh is like Pro experience anyway like I want to look that I'm not sure if he has on the Ami side of things bro I have like 18 MMA Amy fights 10 kickboxing a few boxing like overall experience I don't think he that far ahead of me but the pro experience definitely matters so and he's well versed in that uh skill-wise it seems like most people have seing just Tred to take him down a good bit so I feel like he might be a bit more willing to like stand there for a bit but I like once I start touching him I could see that legs sh and happen again and then I have to deal with the same people doing the same [ __ ] and I'm I've been doing that forever so like overall he's good like U I think I like his tenaciousness it seems very crazy sometimes like he just wants to walk forward and I'm like that that opens him up to a little bit a few of my toes like so it' be good either way like I'm just I'm looking forward to like let let's see what what's going to happen like experience- wise I'm not at this level everyone is good like I don't I don't know if has something so much magical than everyone else I've seen before so yeah we'll see what's up on uh the cage door closing that yeah well look I can't wait to see it all I think uh you've someone who have utilized your amateur experience um very much so into the U Move To Pro and I think you're someone who has quickly started to use the weapons of pro um straight away sometimes you see um some amateur Fighters move the proo and they you know the elbow or the knee wouldn't be as natural that you'd see um the that with that transition but you've been you've been nailing those elbows in in whenever you get the chance H do you feel like you get more well-rounded now as a pro as a post your ameter career ah for sure for sure like like they because I think what's even getting better is more like uh poent like because a lot of times sometimes like a mindset of like oh you're grappling and then it's like focused on grappling or you're wrestling is all this or you're striking is all this I think like I'm getting better at like sort of like transitioning in between the few of them so that's really what and that's what experience does I suppose like you just the more reps you have in there the better you get at it but for sure like I think overall my game is very solid and I still know that there's still so much tense I need to like add to it that I'm like I'm terrified for the rest of them because I want the as every fight the levels just going to keep going up this one I'm really really looking forward to show off a few things so I'm like open and I think will be able to take a few shots so like it be a good chance for me to actually just explore a few more for myself like all of this is just I'm using this as a like it's a platform for me to try display my skill set so like it last in there long enough then we'd like just let it go so you're just speaking about the platform there like how good has it been for yourself career-wise fighting with cage Wares not unbelievable like uh we like that's they're literally like the top ones there they like depending on where you're to go on things like that like um they they provide the pathway for my long-term goals as well so I can't like uh fault it at all and like uh you you get like a lot more credibility in that way like if you like especially in that featherweight division as well like I think fed way fed way and lightweight most organizations is like one of the tough parts so but cage war is like the amount of names that came out out there to do massive things that it's like it is the right place to be and I'm glad I think I'm I my name is getting out there a little bit more but then also I'm testing myself against like people that I know if I do well here I know like wherever else I'm going to go I'm goingon to do well as well so yeah overall it's been very good yeah absolutely and and um tell us about the the cross training because obviously you're in team Ryo Waterford um who are actually on fire at the moment uh obviously with your bro Sam zo and then Kevin K is actually uh got some really underrated wins at the moment he he's uh he he h got a good win over James slavin up at Akuma there recently he's uh someone who's Definitely Maybe flowing under the radar of some people uh and then obviously you're up in HQ we have uh Lewis Burns making his Pro debut H this week H I think J Harris is going over to Rome with if I'm not mistaken um so you know you'll be able to hear plenty from the corner when H he's there uh so tell us this what's the cross trying of been like and how good is it to have both camps considering that you live somewhere in the middle yeah n it's perfect like it's the up in Dublin I'm working in Dublin as well like uh but for a good while I was like in Dublin so I was able to go uh basically every day and then come back to Waterford one one or two days a week so now it's a bit it's switched up a little bit more I'm like heading up to doblin like twice a week just to get up to the main team sessions and then a few more days in Waterford and stuff now like that's just unbelievable like obviously we have James there as well like the big boys and then you have jar Patty Louie like like there's could start listing out names and then end up missing one person but like there's just so many what it called there's so many bodies there to work with and then when I'm in Waterford as well like you mentioned there Kevin my brother there David there's a few other names there that it's just having the bodies to work with and like everyone like cares about you they want your improvement and we all care about each other obviously like but we're constantly pushing each other like okay do this to like this oh you do this a go you do this a lot let's like try integrate that into your game be and then obviously reder Bill Andy like Neil as well and then uh back in Warford where Bobby thas like like the coaches like there's so many knowledge there that I could like pick from nonstop like I'm like okay this like this person gives me there this person giv me I could this like it's just endless and then when you have that wealth of knowledge like tends like Skyrocket so much more like it's like you know what works a lot quicker like you you don't have as much uh mistakes in the sense of like you you know messing around with techniques that probably won't be applicable like you have people there that are experienced and they've done this for a while and they're like bang bang bang bang bang do this do this do this so it's it's been great like um I feel like I have the best of both world like I have the big gym like uh to get solid solid bodies and then I have like Waterford as well like it B smaller well in the sense of uh the uh the bodies up there like not as much not as much Pro not any Prof Fighters apart from myself but the bodies is still very good to P you and whatever and what you're saying about like Kevin like Kevin's doing bits like and like that boy like it's been since like last year or the year before like I hate when we're doing sha tank rounds or any rounds and like Bobby just throws that man in I'm like for [ __ ] sake like he's a he's an animal man and like right now like again like people starting to see it a bit more but give him a bit more he's like he's still a young kid as well like only like I'm thinking man I'm jealous of all the people man they're doing bits at too young of an age now I'm like here like saying like if I started that I mean at that level at that age yeah so much more grow to to come so like and there's ner there as well another like kid in the gym like there's there's names there and I'm like just give a few more years all of this is gonna start showing up more but it's been great the two James amazing like get a lot of work out of it yeah well like that that's what we want to hear and we want to hear that you know it's a winning recipe and a winning formula so it seems to be that way at the moment um just just to touch on on on what you you were saying there the the age piece obviously you're 29 now so like you're coming towards your Prime um so obviously we're seeing you develop each time time in time out and you said the featherweight division is very busy obviously it'll be a nice win here that would send you five and0 four and0 in the cage Warriors promotion how fast do you want to put your trajectory towards that cage Warriors belt and also I must say the promo that you did after your last win with Edith was absolute fire so uh you know looks like you're picking up more than a few uh skills up a team right now maybe you're learning a few few Jerry Harris lines CH CHS yeah it's it's good like the what's it called uh the belt wise like I I if again I wanted to get two this year and then next year I could like speak about it a bit more but like uh get this out of the way like at that point like the if it's a case of like they that price fighter like that if a go that getes you the title sh straight away if not get that I'm not sure I'm not sure what the names are anymore at that top I'm pretty sure Luke is probably going to go straight to the UFC now if it's not gonna be if it's not going to be fighting for the Titan next himself like uh not too sure and how many other names are like shining out there like the guy Harry's fighting now I actually I don't know if he was with cage Warriors before if he would just came in so again I'm not sure what that title picture is looking like too much but like my vision get this F out the way and next year like get that belt get that belt and then after that then I'm like moving on from that point on that's that's how I'm I'm looking at it right now this fight out the way another fight get me something closer and then next one belt really like was this a big experienced guy uh give me someone else that's like closer to the belt or like number one Contender kind of [ __ ] get out of the way get the belt we'll see what's up after that but that's that's what I'm looking at it but one step at a time yeah well the way they match Orlando like that they're definitely trying to like give you a push Ross you see the same way man because that that would have been a really good fight and then like I was what I was more ring as like that he was fighting in London and I was looking to fight in London so like I got matched in Rome previously looking for I was like and then I saw he got matched I was like the [ __ ] can't I get that one back or whatever because like that would have been like a nice trajectory like oh he was a tit Contender uh look this whatever but look it is what it is my story is gonna work out whatever way it's going to work out I'm just gonna follow along yeah Ross would you see it the same way yeah yeah well ABS absolutely I think um I like what Sal touch on there about a prize fighter because if you think about it it looks like Luke royy is probably going to go to the UFC next H if Harry defends his belt he might also get a chance to fight in the UFC I'd love to see them then do a prize fighter with some of the top featherweights and not only do you win the 50k prize you also win the belt you go home as Champion put up everything on the line I think that's that that's a good shout um to make it happen and I think that could be a huge show H also like I feel like H Warriers are going to come back to Ireland probably the first half 2025 so I'd love to see uh I feel like obviously it's now Bran or James be the the main event uh defender's belt but like if that prize fighter doesn't come about well then I'd love to see Saul uh with the with the winning RAM and a number one Contender slot um in a co-main event because I feel like not only you know being four and0 then going five and0 but the amount of finishes like that's that's what people are looking for you know what I mean like yeah Solomon King s is the fighter J White's looking for you know I mean a young fighter who go is going in there and finishing fights like that's that's what he's looking for like he's ticking all the boxes that he needs to take and he's facing step ups and competition each time he doesn't say no to anyone so so you're you're on a you're on a trajectory like there's no tomorrow and those promos are getting better and that's what we're all here for yeah doing great bir that bad listen like give me after Christmas we might have that conversation again moving up to heavyweight hey absolutely and H I was right wasn't it Bobby and J going over wi it's Rome yeah that's right that's right yeah yeah yeah now uh have you spoke with your fiance will you be L go go out for a party after this win because uh that Harris boy know had a party Hey listen the stories I've been hearing like the stories we've been hearing online but the stories I've been hearing in the gym as well that it scares me too much man I don't think I keep up with that I don't think I could keep up with that [ __ ] man like come home and crotches or some [ __ ] or like with no limb somewhere but like n like uh I'm sure like I get through the fight and then I think back on the on the Sunday so Saturday night really is the only time there so we'll see what happens but like I'm not too I'm not as big on the PRI as they would be I want to get back on to the family quick I'm family man now you know I know that is great there so uh over the weekend UC 308 went down Ed hore defeated Max Hollow that's your division board uh what did you make of the Foy itself unbelievable like uh the like I is like so like he's basic like not basic in the sense of like oh he's not good but basic in the sense of the skills he used he like a jab on a right hand but he like so patient with it like pressures you slowly faint and slowly I like I like watching it and Max was doing really well I thought Max was like touching whatever but when you have that power as well like you still have to learn how to deliver it I mean you still have to be able to deliver it and like he's amazing at that well I thought Max was showing a good bit more like through a bit more kicks through a bit more angles different things like that but it doesn't matter when it is just slowly slowly suffocating you suffocating you gets you behind that like black line and you're like you're in trouble like kind of [ __ ] so but like I I thought it's very good like I can't really uh him and like um max as well he's still doing bits like it's like that's not like the end of Max in any way like he's still great it's just like ier IIA is the man right now so like you can't really have any arguments against him yeah did you think he was going to go that way beforehand like being honest like I thought Max would like uh the the Varity in Max's game would like put him off and I thought it was do that at the start until it wasn't and look but again ier was switching things up a bit like when the right hand wasn't working in one way he started like sort of angling himself up like when he started pulling down on Max's gloves as well like just like he was doing some really cool things there that was very very smart that I'm like he's not just like a power puncher like he's very smart in there and that those are the scary people to deal with if you like because it's Grand like when some people just come in here we're just gonna fight and I'm just gonna try L sh when you have someone that's like watching what you're doing and then adjusting to you constantly in like sort of chaotic environment that's very difficult to do and he's does that really well I wasn't I was genuinely thinking Matt will like get there on points wise uh if just with the movement or whatever but look I I was still going to expect if that punch landed I knew that was what was goingon to happen so but yeah we'll see how it goes like it might still be there when I get there so that might that might be an opponent in the future I think Now's the Time you call him out yeah I love it I love it yeah I thought uh I thought something similar I actually thought Max actually implemented his game plan but like it's very hard to completely Implement your game plan and not get caught at any stage and uh I actually went back and watched il's other fights after that fight and like he actually just leaves everybody under back staring up the lights like that's that's how he leaves his opponents it's actually scary when you go back and look at it like he is an absolute Phenom um he's got that Superstar status as well like him him doing the him doing the weighs with Sergio Ramos and like the way he's dressed all the time like he looks he looks fresh and like even the way he like has his family coming into the into the cage and they're all dressed in back like it's a funeral and they'll have the rows put the rows on the B like like these are things that like you know are so well taught planned out in advance that like this guy is just out there to deliver and he delivers every single time I I think I don't think any of the featherweights I don't think you know if you rematch Max I don't think if he rematches vul I don't think Diego Lopez I don't think any of these guys are beating him I think he he's there for a long time Solon King's time in until until Solomon gets in yeah yeah well the thing is Elia torya also fought in cage Wars as well for people that weren't aware so like like so you're on the right track that's exactly uh to go exactly where you want to go uh this weekend I am looking for a finished standing I want a KO like like all these people trying to take me down and I end up like submitting but I I I want to like put someone out like but look all I'm doing I'm just going in there pressing him from the very get go and like he likes to come back forward I think that he might walk onto something doing that but I think I don't I don't see him doing that for too long so like uh no matter how long is how long it lasts I'm going to keep hitting him until I take it so so whatever way that is if it's on the ground or but ideally I want that first oh you know Bill M had your Tak down defense wasn't on point for this C hey hey we'll see if it shoots I might my back my triangle is getting better I might be like throwing submission off and let's see it you know I can't I can't wait to see the behind the scenes of the Afterparty as well yeah absolutely was stuff was stuff and then obviously on that card as well H Conor McCarthy makes his cage Warriors debut um obviously he fought on cage Legacy as a as a pro and this man is uh probably one of the hottest uh prospects that the amateur scene has ever seen um obviously he had a great success in the omaf scene and also great success on the regional scene as well so Conor McCarthy definitely want to look out for I think he finished with an 11 and two um amateur record I think his last win was actually over uh in the amateur scene was actually over Solomon's brother Solon so uh Sam S so um yeah he's definitely one to watch out for the SG a Manan and he'll be the first Irish SPG fighter in a long time to fight even though like obviously it's not SPG HQ where the sort of royaly stem from but it'll be what it'll be can't wait to see it yeah the more people representing Irish Gams and cage Warriors the better so that's cage 179 Ram this Saturday there's actually a lot of action going down on Saturday for Irish M fans but the thing is we need to go back Ross UC see 308 I know we discussed it all Elia theore got the win um what did you make of the fight and who would you like to see Elia fight next yeah I thought it was an unbelievable fight um I think I think he just has Max's number I think that was the best Max could have done against him I don't think going back Max could have done actually much better I thought he you know was definitely definitely won at least one maybe two of the rounds some people I think the first round was tight I thought Max won the second round um and then the third round at T H obviously Ilia hit the Detonator Button as you say and he just knocked him out and that was it I think um I know they brought vul into the cage afterwards and looks like they're going there next H I know Diego Lopez was the backup fighter I know uh most of our evev uh has the longest win streak in division um they're sort of the the three Front Runners so really see I think to actually beat him I think EV probably has the best chance I don't think it'll be exciting I don't think the fans will be clamoring to see it but I think they're going to go vul Jud on the fact that they had Lopez and vul there and obviously they sent vul into the cage for the face off yeah another person that could give Toria some danger even though it's very hard to do is uh Alain Sterling that could be interesting inter as well uh Ross in the comain event kmma chv defeated rber Whitaker um the way he actually like like choked him out and like absolutely destroyed his teeth like have you ever seen it like that before no I actually saw Robert W C for saying like his his front te were sort of loose or whatever uh and they've been like that for a while and just like as soon as he put on like that was it like he was like felt his front teeth being or his front teeth being knocked in so I'm sure that is absolutely Grim as hell to feel that happening to you um Hamza is just like he's just a different animal I think people were doubting him coming into the fight is he got too comfortable um people weren't too sure on his way in whether like that way in was legitimate or not um the it seems like the dagistan seem to get a lot of leeway in Abu Dhabi um you know obviously he declared that as home town afterwards so they're they're going to be all for them um also the weighin were supposed to be an hour long and they got changed two hours and he was the last one to weigh in just a a few sort of gray areas there in the buildup to the fight um but look when it came to it and the two men entered the cage like I can't believe how amateur he made Robert rer look like he absolutely Dove on him he was like a he was on him like a wet blanket he was there was there was no no getting him off and looky took his back and got the finish and bit of ground pound in in the meantime but even like his his shot like it almost looks like desperate if you know what I mean the way he like div so low but it's so effective it's h such a unique style that he has but it's so exciting so exciting from the moment the steps in in the cage are like I can't wait to see what's going to happen and look he demolished Robert Whitaker the way putting yeah know scary dude um who would you like to see kasma take on next I want to see inv Rus I know Sean Strickland said that uh you know he he's already Lo locked in book to fight him I think in January February but I don't really need to see drias versus uh strien again I want to see Hamza firstc yeah but I think if not if not if that if that fight is locked in I want to see Co main event of Strickland versus uh Strickland versus dup Seas I want to see Israel out first have that's the fight Jesus that that fight alone could be a main event for pay-per-view without a title that's very rare you can say that nowadays yeah see I think there's issues with kasat um fighting in America and like I don't think Gano is going to be absolutely dying to come back and fight him like but yeah but at the at the moment with the landscape in the middleweight division there is no real strong American middleweights that you'd be doing to see fighting America therefore like you're yeah well I don't think like I don't think like he's the ticker draw I think he's like a lot of clicks online but I don't think like a lot of he putting a lot of boms and seats um depends where you have the event yeah but I think if if you put Whitaker on Australia big draw yeah you put adisan on New Zealand or Australia big draw or anywhere d yeah you put dck Ste on South Africa massive draw massive event put hansan on like anywhere effec massive draw you know I mean or is he anywhere massive draw so like you know obviously they go to going to go to re a lot more you can tell by the way things are going yeah it's G to be more fights in Abu Dhabi they're going to be going to Australia if Dr is is fighting strict and like his next fight could be in South Africa you know what I mean there's loads of places where all these fights are going to happen that aren't going to be in the states so like I don't think it's as much problem as you think no and I know I know someone I saw someone tweet saying like how can someone become a superstar and not fight in Vegas but I know Anthony Joshua fought in the States but none of his States fights have ever been his biggest fights and he was a big draw I think he lost I think he's only fought in America once lost he fought Ruiz didn't he he yeah um yeah but the the great thing about the fight been on in Saudi Arabia is the fact that like it's it's great timing for us here oh yeah big I mean the Vegas times are like they kill you um also H magamed and cl won by decision Lon Murphy won by decision and then Ross Sahara magamed of AK the bullet one by Shar bullet Shara bullet won in the second round um do you think he's the scariest looking fighter in the UFC right now absolutely well we were already uh say before we record the podcast if you had to be a Cate Hamza uh Toria or sh bullet Char bullet would be bottom of the list and that man is Absol terrifying and he has one eye and the fact that he did like a double spinning back back fist I've never seen someone do a a spinning backfist into another spinning backfist it was probably one of the most impressive things you'll ever see like that that that is a KO the year Contender yeah man this card is full of very SC scary people this one of the best cards of the year like uh yeah that uh uh Oro versus uh rebecky rebecky fight was something else um obviously the main event was something else uh that sh B finish was something else Hamza finished with something else like Lon Murphy versus eay was a great fight as like they like all the fights were absolutely class like this is one of the best cards of the year yeah and we don't say it that often and the the good thing is for absolute degenerate is the DC's back this weekend BR Mareno taking on alir albazi uh in the com event Aaron Banfield is f in the Ros number unit Ross in the main event what what way you Le Moreno or albazi I don't know I think Moreno sort of went 14ot out foot in uh he sort of took a el long get a break I've seen that work for some people I've seen that go against some people I going say albazi I think albazi is like one of those people who doesn't have the most exciting store no do to see an albazi interview so he has to go the long road to the title and I think one more win here against Moreno and he'll get a title shot I think that's what we're going to see okay uh moving on then uh like we just have to touch in this R SVG Ireland Steven costlo flew over to fight on EX Eternal FC in Australia got there to fight for the inum welway title and his opponent missed weight by nine pound um after it was described that Steven Costo didn't want to take the fight but like nine pounds R come on yeah I think afterwards it was described as uh Steven Costo turned down the fight H which is not how I would phrase it um I think at the end of the day his opponent Miss Way by an extraordinary large margin uh he was nearly a away class above like let's call a spade a spade and I think you know the height of unprofessionalism especially considering he was traveling that far around the world so look hope stepen costlo H gets it I think he's down to fight now on Eternal uh in Sydney on the 8th of February so I hope he's getting a totle shot because at the end of day that's what he was fighting for that's what he deserves and he does have a post out at the moment an hour ago uh said I may not have got the War I was expecting I won many battles for this opportunity one of them was mentally preparing myself to travel the other side of the world to fight a local man in his hometown I came to fight a man that was the biggest baddest welterweight in Australia and he got spooked uh there's a new wealth weight on the Australian MMA scene and he is now the interim champion of Eternal MMA due to one man's lack of respect for MMA as a sport the lack of respect uh to me as an opponent and more importantly the ra lack of respect for the amazing team and two gentlemen that run interal operation um yeah so looks like uh he says many positive come from this trip and I have met some amazing people and made some friends from this experience the winner of this fight was to defend the title or fight the champion in Sydney in February 8th so it looks like he might be getting that opportunity now I have the opportunity the night before the UFC in Sydney 12 weeks to prepare for the biggest audition so looks like he's going to fight for the belt in February that's what he deserves that's what he would have got if he won this fight I think his opponent by wh missing way for that much might as well DQ himself hopefully that wasn't too long of a ramble but Steven costlo um probably an unsung hero in Irish M uh I know we might use that phrase bit too lightly but he is someone who goes under the radar a bit he does fight on uh probably not the mainstream shows that others would fight on but uh the Jer not brings it every time yeah he's the worldwe champion of fight 21 as well I think he won that in Spain if I'm not mistaken um also well you know what's it's funny it's funny how you go over there um your opponent misses way but that much and you're like [ __ ] hell man and then all of a sudden another opportunity comes up you're going to fight the day before U see and Sydney like yeah big yeah like the world is a crazy place um Sunday levels Fight League went down T lock round got the split decision Victory I think unanimous actually oh unanimous decision Victory my bad uh Ross T lock around we had him on the show last week he now moves to tro he's also a free agent now he is he is uh look tan wasn't that happy with his performance spoke to him afterwards H he says he has a lot to learn uh told him look better off having a lot to learn getting the W than taking the L so um look the F the first round was quite quite a bad round for him and his opponent land some lovely shots but including nice head kick in there as well but uh look T and show like he has a lot of great he has a lot of determination and he came out back out and won rounds two and three um I know there's a a lot of uh hate online from uh his um his opponent and his fans saying that uh that was a robbery um I think people were saying he bought the judges or whatever I can guarantee that's not true um but yeah people just need to learn that you know yes tan lost the first round but the fight is scored on you know five minute intervals of Combat Sports so whatever you did in R war is totally eradicated for round two and then whatever he did in round one and two was totally eradicated for round three it's a it's a new round it's a new score you know so uh look I thought it was definitely close but I don't think it was robbery the turn number one if I'm honest yeah it's going to be interesting now to see what he does next because uh there's going to be other organizations sniffing around like maybe levels want to keep them I'm sure they do um cage Warriors Brave hey you name I'm sure I'm sure they're all after them I'm sure you know was it f one pfl lfl k Warriors like you said you I mean I'm sure who wouldn't love having T lock around on the show yeah uh then this weekend orish M fans this one is going to be um here we go it's a big weekend for fans cage Conflict for 14 and Clan Wars 50 go down this weekend on the same night going toet to- toe this is like toy and fury against usuy this are the two big the two big shows going toe-to-toe uh Ross before we get into them what you make it two two very very big shows going down the same night I don't think it's cool for RO J May uh Premier was supposed to be fighting on it as well was supposed to have a a fight night tonight as well they they cancel it look at to get the best shows I think you need all the fighters to be available and for all the fighters not to be available by having two shows on the one time don't think it's fantastic but again like look that's what they decided to do like they still both put on absolutely phenomenal cards uh some of the pro fights on this card are going to be absolutely epic I can't wait to see it I think it's going to be uh definitely one to remember I think uh Mario D stano versus Cory mlon about making their Pro debuts I think is probably one of the best pro debuting fights that the country's ever seen for two Ls make the debut against each other U we also have all McDonald's um making his Pro debut H Jordan Bradshaw making his Pro debut uh on K Burns making his uh Pro debut over in clown wars this show this show doesn't really uh these shows don't really get much better I'm really really excited to see it and then like clown wars also has uh Jamie mcer T versus uh Peter halpy which is a has a bit of bad blood behind it on the amateur side of things so like there's some massive fights over the weekend I can wait to see Gary Rooney as well Gary Rooney is also making it uh well he's not Mak Pro debut but he he's fting Pro as well and uh he he is an absolute Elite fighter at flyweight so I can't wait to to see them all like there's going to be a show these are going to be two shows that like you know people are going to have to get get two screens for this to be uh multi broadcasting it because uh these uh these shows are absolutely Whopper what what like I'm which one of you like we haven't decided yet who's watching what event I'm actually not even sure myself but uh like not going to lie the and and cage Warriors Rome's on as well cage Warriors Rome is on as well we have Solomon s uh and Conor mcari so like these are going to be absolutely who prents honestly I can't wait for them yeah it's going to be you know like I actually literally couldn't pick out which fight I'm looking forward to most probably fight wise I'd say Pro the Deano mlen won just because I think like two sublo talents and then amateur the mcgerty and Peter haly because I think that one's going to be Whopper as well but at the end of day like these like the amount of like people making their Pro debut or you the pro career that I want to see is going to be absolutely sick yeah and one things for sure we'll be covering everything on the we wrap things up but on this Bank Monday yeah just uh one other thing uh reports came out there that uh pfl um Battle of the joints pay-per-view did 10,000 boys oh I bought it do you know I actually bought that yeah yeah but like obviously not a number that uh to boasting about what do you make of that number if it's true and what can pfl do to change the the perception that they are a pay-per-view show okay well I remember in the buildup to the the event um I asked you how many views or how many boys are they going to do I think you said like 100,000 did you that sounds like I would say yeah 250 no no I think it's said about 100 I remember correctly and then 10,000 is absolutely frighten now most of the time I I like I get the links online but because I couldn't have like I was watching the TV and I was like here I'll get it when house some watched it um like you know Paul was there you want to watch on TV and stuff you don't want any lagging that's when when the fights are that important and then uh you hear 10,000 boys when um people they're saying this is the biggest fight in the world which I don't I I didn't believe it it's true because um steep m is fighting Jon Jones like I mean Jon Jones is bigger than any fight that any other organization can put on um even if you think about it Jon Jones potentially fighting Tom aspal would be bigger than Francis ganu against anyone in the pfl yeah but 10,000 views is 10 I mean 10,000 boys is 10,000 BS now obviously more people watch it online like kids these days or even like these days ex obviously it was well watched like it was well watched like there like I mean when you put Ronaldo in in your clips and shared them around they going to go super viral as well I love I love way UFC triy to combat that by bringing a Sergio Ramos there also Ed po by the way is the BMF champ as well now but um what I make of that overall that's that's that's very worrying for uh what pfl are trying to achieve um cuz some of the like the fights were great and like it's different if people spent like only 10,000 people bought that card and the card wasn't good but the card was very good and still that was the number um I don't know I I think people are just more invested in the UFC brand and they just see as everything else the second best and like people have that it's very hard to change people's minds on that yeah I I also think like they need to go above and beyond and the build up for their fights and I feel like pfl only start to like push the build up to the fight about a week out when I feel like they need to be like when Paul was in London was it and he was doing the yeah when he was in London and he was doing like the video cast to AJ over in the US yeah like obviously a bit of back and forth start there but like they need to get them on certain shows together at the same time like they should have made them do about six or seven shows together like a world tour like not necessar a world tour but like why weren't they like I'm not just saying us right but like they could have done like us and we covered Ireland then they could have done way and inro together you know what I mean both been on that together then they could have done you know won the UK shows and been on there they could have been on ESPN over in the States you know I mean like Jo they actually miss out on huge Market by not being able to do U things like like uh say if they they couldn't go on Bisping because Bisping is obviously pretty big yeah Cormier um I don't really know like they could have went on aial at the same time I was just thinking that yeah aiel no you know what I don't think Aerials aial on crowned have been put out yet they oh no yeah but I'm just saying in general as in like as yeah but I don't think they would have done that anyway yeah uh and like I think the issue was is they were trying to sell pay-per-views with out English speakers in like the top at the top of the card you know what I mean yeah like Paul H and AJ mcke needed to actually carry the load or John Fabian yeah but like again like I saw very little media by those two do in The Bu to fight so like and I'm not saying they didn't do the media I'm just saying I didn't see it so and if I'm not seeing it then most people probably aren't seeing it yeah so look I think you know what pfl like I'm willing I'm willing them to do better they they tried their hardest like they they were even getting Jay Paul out there and doing doing bits like yeah I feel like they I feel like they got all and Ronaldo like Ronald right I feel like they got all the on stuff like see I think that's the thing I think there's very little wrong with their on the knif performance if that makes sense but I think it's the buildup and I also think they were slow on on the social sides getting the winner posts out for some of the fights as well which I thought was not great there was loads for Paul Hughes there's loads for Francis wasn't as much for sorg wasn't much for Johnny Evin wasn't much for that random fight in the middle that should have existed in the middle you know I mean they need to be consistent across the board I think that's where they're missing as well yeah so look it is what it is but think you think they're do you think they're they're going to have to do another Pay-Per-View event for Francis again next time aren't they yeah but apparently that pay-per-view sales would generated 500,000 and they paid Ferrera 2 million and they paid in G 8 million for that fight yeah but all that all that mic money is gone like like I don't think they give a bollocks where to spend that money you know yeah look it is look it is what it is but uh look again great to see uh Paul was getting all the all the that he got like you I mean like that's what that's that's what I care most about but I feel like like he he's like a built-in star ready to go so like get him on the bigger shows get him do those those bits of media um you know H have uh have AJ mck doing his bit in the build up as well so for Nago fight if that's what's next paulu is gonna have to carry that barrier or carry that Throne carry that card in his back because the Magid offs English isn't that great so therefore p is going to have two majority of the interviews and that's just it so just bear tell them to bear that in mind when
