Whether you’re looking to sharpen your wrestling, test your grappling under a fast-paced ruleset, or gain valuable MMA experience without headshots, this event is designed to give athletes meaningful competitive rounds in a safe, controlled and well-organised environment. 🥇

TWO COMPETITION FORMATS

🥊 NOVICE MMA
A developmental MMA ruleset allowing athletes to work their striking, takedowns, cagecraft and grappling without head strikes.

🤼 SUBMISSION WRESTLING
A wrestling-focused grappling ruleset where pins and submissions matter, designed to encourage takedowns, control, scrambling and attacking grappling.

DIVISIONS FOR
KIDS | TEENS | ADULTS | MASTERS

With Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced divisions, matchmaking will take age, weight, gender and experience into consideration.

Where entries allow, we’ll aim to provide competitors with multiple matches rather than a simple one-and-done tournament experience.
