So it's time for another Alpha project, which will align with Ireland's longest-running MMA show,
Chaos Fighting Championships.
This is your chance, even with no training, to get into the cage for the first time.
So the Alpha project is running out of gyms in Dere, Limavari, Oma and Korean,
where you can step into the gym with no experience, put in a 12-week training program,
and step into the cage in November this year to test yourself against somebody of exactly the same skill set.
So whether you're training at OMA MMA, Evolve and Derry, Team Rhino La Mavare or Team Rhino Cosway,
you're going to learn the very basic principles of the sports of wrestling,
grappling and striking. You're going to add them all together and you're going to step into the
cage on the 14th of November at the Everglades and Dye. For more information on the next edition
